I would recommend to others. We picked this community because of the satisfactory, and it was the nicest that we saw.

My loved one was previously a resident at Willows Landing and everything was very good for him during his stay at this facility. The staff, cleanliness and friendliness were great. The food was okay, though my loved one was not easy to please. The care services and value for cost were good. Overall, I would recommend Willows Landing to others.

We love how our Mom has so easily acclimated herself to her new home, thanks in no small part to how caring and warm the nurses, staff, kitchen folks and others are to her. Our only real concern is the regime River Glen uses for getting and distributing medications. The process seems confusing, wonky and a little too bureaucratic.

It's all good but, they should tell what all you need for the room before moving love one in. We picked this community because of the memory care unit.

Our family had an in person tour with The Ridge at Lansing and we found they did a good job on the tour experience but at the time there was not no room availability for our loved one

During the time, that my loved one was there they enjoyed the food. We picked this community, becasue the head nurse at the time was amazing and my loved ones were familar with the facilty. It was clean, and the staff was friendly. It was really good. I would recommend to other families.

Staff is friendly and helpful. My mom is well taken care of and feels this is her home.

Very friendly and happy staff and residents at Milestone Senior Living Tomahawk, that says a lot. There are lots of opportunities for activities on and off site. The facility is very bright and cheery with great Assisted Living apartment options (modern 1-2 bedroom, spacious living-kitchenette area, access to outdoor patio from apartment...). On-site walk in tub spa with fireplace for resident use, bar and entertainment room (Thirsty Thursday weekly event). The meals are wonderful (shrimp on their menu surprised me, they grow on site and use fresh vegetables), great chef! I would absolutely recommend the facility to others! The only reason I didn't give the overall rating of five is because we had some delays in getting the financial approvals through their corporate office. That's the only negative that we've experienced with this facility. My mother is extremely happy and has made many new friends. When asked if she would move to a site closer to her hometown if something became available and she, without hesitation, said absolutely not. This too says a lot. We haven't seen our mother this happy in a long time.

Based on the experience we have had so far we would recommend Willows Landing to other families but it definitely depends on the needs of their loved one. A area they could improve on would be - better connection to the medical services - it is not to good currently.

We toured River Glen of St. Charles and it was a very good tour. The facility also seemed very good. During our tour, everyone was friendly and engaging. Also, very informative!

Arbor terrace was nice, friendly and helpful staff as well,but unfortunately just not the right level of care needed. Had to move my parent into assisted living facility instead.. I would recommend for independent living.

The pricing structure changed so we're paying more than the original quote but it's still a good value compared with other options. The staff are very caring although they seem short-handed at times. The facility is very clean and inviting and is kept up well and our family member's apartment is very nice. Many of the activities promoted do not apply to memory care by staff try and get them involved when they can. Overall we are pleased and glad we could get our family member a room here.

So far everything is working out well. The care partners are extremely nice and friendly. The facility is extremely clean. I would highly recommend it unless your loved one needs one-on-one care, because they're just not equipped to do that.

Home was always clean, well kept, friendly staff. The area I felt they fell short would be in the needs of seeing the patient as an individual. While Dad was there, he did not adhere to the meal times of 8am breakfast and the standard lunch times. But the food offered to him was just plain sandwiches... no nutritional value... he would not eat it. Also ... trained staff for dementia care were not always on site. The main reason we placed him there and then also brought him home was we were told after the assessment that he would acclimate there after 2 to 3 weeks. Although knowing my father we felt he would have an extremely difficult time, we leaned on the assessment and their experience. However, after the 3 week period of no contact with him per their suggestion, he did not adjust. He felt more abandoned and alone. So we brought him home. To make matters worse... he had missed his first grandchild's wedding, which was difficult for us all.

I would recommend you check the community out for your loved one. The staff are easy to work with. The communication with the family is very good as the staff are good at keeping us updated about our loved one. My loved one is very active with their activities provided. It seems more like a family, as the staff gets to know all the residents. There are three meals a day served, and there are choices for the residents to choose from.

This is an acceptable community and experience. The staff are trying to do what they can to make sure the residents are comfortable and taken care of. There are three meals a day served to the residents. Some of the activities include singing, tv, events, and more for the residents to participate in.

We picked this community, because Parker Place was the most for the least amount. They have a new kitchen manger, so hopefully the food improves. Overall, they are very good.

Parker Place is excellent. So far, they've been very friendly. I know they are short staffed, but they seem to be working through that. The community itself is small and I would recommend them to others.

River Glen of St. Charles is a smaller facility than some of the other new high rise ones making it easier to maneuver around. Also they have a nice outdoor environment that's pretty and serene.
