Brand new facilities , which can be a problem. Has opportunity to be a founder. Like pool water aorebics, and meal purchase plans. Price great. Unsure what to expect on utilities. Like dog run

I've resided here for four years and have enjoyed the two different apartments while living here. I have made many dear friends here and I have been very grateful for the many activities and appreciate the transportation service. And last but not least the people who work here and make sure we have the things we need.

Things are going pretty good since I've lived at Town Village. The place is a lot better than most. There's not as many activities as I'd like. One main asset is the floor space in the apartments, the floor plan is laid out well. The dining room staff is the only problem. Sometimes they don't have enough of one menu option for everyone and they run out. They should accommodate everyone's food allergies. I have a problem getting real sugar, not artificial.

Everyone is very friendly here. I really like the staff and the way they interact with the residents. It is so warm and inviting here. There are quite a few activities for the seniors to enjoy and the facility is always clean and comfy.

All things considered, I think Raider Ranch is a good place to be. I have lived here since 2009. My husband died after only 1 year at Raider Ranch, and we both enjoyed R.R. We were pioneers, having been among the first residents we have seen lots of progress.

Very nice accommodations and interesting activities. We have housekeeping once a week, 3 meals a day and interesting activities.

At Isle at Watercrest the parking needs improving. A lot of times you get there and there is no place to park. Other than that it has been an overall good experience at this facility.

Doors are locked at 8:00 pm. Arriving after 8.... Slow Response time to get doors unlocked.

It is a nice, comfortable place where we all live. It is clean and safe. It is a gated community.

More vehicles + drivers are needed to meet transportation needs, which is part of the package. Housekeepers are given too little time to perform their duties well. The 60 notice required before you can move out of Raider Ranch is highly resented by the residents. (perhaps 2 wks or even 30 days)

Very Satisfied- I like being here because it is a nice place. I get to keep my independence

Enjoy Bingo- I have a choice to join or not join activities- no one bosses me around.

Raider Ranch Assisted Living is great. I have lived here over 5 years!

generally, excellent. sometimes management is loose- maintenance for apartment is little short of excellent. Facility maintenance is sometimes slow and insufficient

Facility is large and somewhat sterile. very hotel like. I don't think mom would enjoy this environment since she is from a rural farm setting. Was not impressed by the memory care unit activity going on but they did have other thnigs in the unit which seemed good like the hall stations.

Both of my parents have been residents here, it has been good for mom however my dad needed more care than they were able to give.

I visited this community while looking into care options for a loved one. Watercrest at Kingwood seemed like a very nice place, and was a close runner up to the facility we ended up choosing. It is an absolutely beautiful property, and the staff that I met were friendly and helpful.

My parents recently moved in, but so far our whole family is very happy with Town Village. The staff seems helpful and friendly. My parents are enjoying the activities like bridge and exercise plus they love the meals.
