They are doing a good job at this community. The staff are nice, helpful and open to suggestions. They are still working with the residents to get the activities started. They currently offer a lot of good fried food. We have been working with them to improve the menu to include more fruits and vegetables. They are still working out some of the bugs and I think they are only going to improve going forward.

This was one of my favorite tours that I had looked at for my loved one. They had a really great facility that was well maintained and taken care of by the staff. I liked the open floor plan that they had and the apartments where very clean and spacious. It just was not the right fit for his budget and a little to expensive for us.

This is a wonderful community, and I had a very good tour of it. Everyone was a very kind, and friendly. It was one of my top picks for my father. The staff was friendly, and answered all my questions. Unfortunately they were not able to take my father in the condition he was in at the time.

So far my father in law is doing pretty well here at this community. He is still adjusting, but we know he is safe, and in good hands. They have lovely staff, they have been great to work with. It has been good experience so far, and I would recommend this community.

When we walked around touring the Town Village, everyone was very friendly. The place was nice but I did not like the set up at all. When she showed me the rooms, the first one was just a square, it was tiny. The second one was way too large. It was not what I was looking for.

We moved Mom in the weekend of Thanksgiving , 2016. She seems to be very happy there, but of course missed her home in Mercedes, Tx. I have come to Watercrest at Mansfield quite a few times, and have always found the staff very friendly and helpful. The people living there also seem very happy and friendly. I would recommend Watercrest to anyone looking for a happy place to live.

My favorite thing about this place would have to be how friendly the staff are and helpful they have been with making sure I am satisfied with my new living environment. I enjoy how spacious my apartment is, I have a full kitchen and a very relaxing living and bedroom area. Overall I have no complaints and would recommend this community to anyone looking into retirement.

This is a nice community, and my tour was nice one. From what I saw the community looked nice and very well maintained. All the staff was very kind and courteous. When i took a tour of this community i thought that the place was clean and nicely organized. It was a small place and the price was a little high. This didn't work out for us, but i did think it had nice staff and the tour guide was very informative with me in regards to their meals and activities.

Mom has adjusted better than I could have hoped to living at Raider Ranch. I have not tried the food but she seems to like it ok. They offer choices and they even show the memory care residents food on a plate for them to decide instead of looking at a menu. The staff are considerate and the only small issue I have is waiting for one for them to let you in and out of the community. The community is clean and well maintained.
