My father is doing well, he is adjusting. He is part of what they call the, "Bridge Program", and they provide him the higher level of service, which has been nice. Because it's a new facility some of their procedures like any maintenance request, slip through the cracks. They did just open in March, so I hope as time goes by things will get better in that aspect.

I was very impressed with my tour of this community. It is an amazing community. Everyone was very kind to my family,and I. The community looked beautiful. I would say this is a community for a very independent senior, it is a very nice place. My tour went very well.

I'am very pleased with my mothers move to this community. Everything is working out very well, and I'am satisfied with all they have done for us. This is a great community. The staff is extremely friendly, and kind. They do a great job with the cleanliness of the community. Everything is very well-kept. My mother is doing very well since her move to this community, and I would recommend it.

Beautiful place and wonderful staff. But it took 45 minutes to get to it because of all the construction.

I am glad I moved my Mom to this facility. Though expensive (she needs extra care) it seems to be worth it. The management truly seems to care and if problems do arise they are handled quickly. Overall she is being provided with good care, and that is the important part. She is safe, and in good hands at this community. I would recommend it.

So far my father is doing pretty well since his move to this community. Everyone has been kind, and friendly. I'am comfortable with his move to this community. They have a kind staff. They do a good job keeping the community very well maintained. The meals could be better, he isn't satisfied with the meals. Overall this is a community I would recommend, it is a really nice place.

The community looks so nice and clean all the time. It has a comfortable atmosphere that mom can enjoy. She has activities like therapy, games, and etc. The staff are friendly and keeping me updated about how my mom is doing there. The only complaint she has is about the repetitive meats with the meals. They can offer more variety for the residents.

They are doing a good job at this community. The staff are nice, helpful and open to suggestions. They are still working with the residents to get the activities started. They currently offer a lot of good fried food. We have been working with them to improve the menu to include more fruits and vegetables. They are still working out some of the bugs and I think they are only going to improve going forward.

This was one of my favorite tours that I had looked at for my loved one. They had a really great facility that was well maintained and taken care of by the staff. I liked the open floor plan that they had and the apartments where very clean and spacious. It just was not the right fit for his budget and a little to expensive for us.

This community has nurses on staff and the people I met were nice. They have a swimming pool and beautician on site along with various other amenities. They seem to keep the community clean.

I had a good tour of the Town Village. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. They took us around the entire buildings and answered any questions we asked.

This is a wonderful community, and I had a very good tour of it. Everyone was a very kind, and friendly. It was one of my top picks for my father. The staff was friendly, and answered all my questions. Unfortunately they were not able to take my father in the condition he was in at the time.

So far my father in law is doing pretty well here at this community. He is still adjusting, but we know he is safe, and in good hands. They have lovely staff, they have been great to work with. It has been good experience so far, and I would recommend this community.

When we walked around touring the Town Village, everyone was very friendly. The place was nice but I did not like the set up at all. When she showed me the rooms, the first one was just a square, it was tiny. The second one was way too large. It was not what I was looking for.

We moved Mom in the weekend of Thanksgiving , 2016. She seems to be very happy there, but of course missed her home in Mercedes, Tx. I have come to Watercrest at Mansfield quite a few times, and have always found the staff very friendly and helpful. The people living there also seem very happy and friendly. I would recommend Watercrest to anyone looking for a happy place to live.

My favorite thing about this place would have to be how friendly the staff are and helpful they have been with making sure I am satisfied with my new living environment. I enjoy how spacious my apartment is, I have a full kitchen and a very relaxing living and bedroom area. Overall I have no complaints and would recommend this community to anyone looking into retirement.

This is a nice community, and my tour was nice one. From what I saw the community looked nice and very well maintained. All the staff was very kind and courteous. My questions were all answered, and they were very informative as well. Everything went really well, and they were very kind to my family and myself.

This community did not have the same feeling like home as the community we chose. The staff we met were nice and the community seemed clean. They offer activities and you are able to have pets.

When i took a tour of this community i thought that the place was clean and nicely organized. It was a small place and the price was a little high. This didn't work out for us, but i did think it had nice staff and the tour guide was very informative with me in regards to their meals and activities.
