We liked the community and the rate structure. We needed 3 meals a day and a huge bedroom for a king size bed. We did have a good tour and everybody we met was nice. They were professional and they were able to give me answers I needed. When I was shown around the community the bedroom was not large enough and they offered 1 meal, not including the continental breakfast. They were not fitting for our needs.

My mother is doing well with her move to this community. It is a nice facility with kind people. They do a good job with the cleanliness around the community. They provide good meals, and nice activities. My mother is safe, and in good hands here. This is a community I would recommend overall.

The Isle at Watercrest was the best choice for my mom. It also very close and convenient for us to come and visit mom. The staff is very welcoming to family members when we come to visit. The overall atmosphere is very warm and inviting and nicely decorated. The staff is very friendly and attentive to my mom's care needs. I have not had a chance to dine there with my mom but she thinks the food is really good. They offer activities and the staff encourages the residents to participate. We are very satisfied with the good care they are taking of our mom and we are happy that she is comfortable there. I would recommend this community to friends and family.

I wasn't feeling all that well when I moved in a couple of weeks ago so I haven't spent much time here but so far I seem to like it. My apartment is spacious and I have enough room for my things. I am currently not on a meal plan due to me being ill but from what I was told the food is quite good so I am looking forward to eating the food. When I am feeling better and I have my strength back I plan on joining the activities that are offered. So far from what I have experienced the staff is friendly and the overall appearance of the place is well kept and clean.

I took a tour of this community for my mother, and her needs. Everything went well, and my tour was a nice experience. The community looked nice, and clean. The staff I met was kind, and friendly. My questions were. This wasn't the community for us, but my tour of it was a good one.

I was able to speak with the nice staff on the care that is offered at this community. I was informed on the menu that is offered. They have nice activities for the residents. This community was not available at the time. We were impressed that they were able to inform us on all the night qualities that are offered. Families might want to contact this community.

This is a very nice facility and the staff were very friendly. The apartments also are nice; however, the one I was able to see seemed very small (probably because I need to adjust to living in other than a house.

I am very pleased with my decision to move here even though it is a big adjustment going from a house to an apartment. I feel very safe and secure here. The property is lovely and there are lots of things to do here I just have to be open to participating in things. I have joined a book club and I joined a singles group. They offer housekeeping services at an additional cost but I would rather do my own just as I would rather do my own cooking since I am on a salt-free diet. They do have a dining room that you can go downstairs but they don't seem to accommodate to special diets. I still drive but they do offer transportation services twice a week for shopping and doctor appointments. I would recommend this community to anyone the reason why I chose it was located not a very busy area for traffic and the cost it fit within my budget for what I was looking for

The person that took us on tour was nice and the community looked clean. They seem to offer some nice amenities. This community just seemed ok compared to the community we chose.

The people were very nice, and the place is huge. I was extremely tired after the tour. [Removed] showed me every aspect of the pace. I was impressed.

It was a nice facility and we enjoyed the tour. I noticed some little things that would be hard to give up if we changed like my garage and grilling. It would also take some getting used to people everywhere. It was definitely city like living.

My father is doing well, he is adjusting. He is part of what they call the, "Bridge Program", and they provide him the higher level of service, which has been nice. Because it's a new facility some of their procedures like any maintenance request, slip through the cracks. They did just open in March, so I hope as time goes by things will get better in that aspect.

I was very impressed with my tour of this community. It is an amazing community. Everyone was very kind to my family,and I. The community looked beautiful. I would say this is a community for a very independent senior, it is a very nice place. My tour went very well.

I'am very pleased with my mothers move to this community. Everything is working out very well, and I'am satisfied with all they have done for us. This is a great community. The staff is extremely friendly, and kind. They do a great job with the cleanliness of the community. Everything is very well-kept. My mother is doing very well since her move to this community, and I would recommend it.

We loved the place. Excellent community. Very impressed

Beautiful place and wonderful staff. But it took 45 minutes to get to it because of all the construction.

I am glad I moved my Mom to this facility. Though expensive (she needs extra care) it seems to be worth it. The management truly seems to care and if problems do arise they are handled quickly. Overall she is being provided with good care, and that is the important part. She is safe, and in good hands at this community. I would recommend it.

So far my father is doing pretty well since his move to this community. Everyone has been kind, and friendly. I'am comfortable with his move to this community. They have a kind staff. They do a good job keeping the community very well maintained. The meals could be better, he isn't satisfied with the meals. Overall this is a community I would recommend, it is a really nice place.

The community looks so nice and clean all the time. It has a comfortable atmosphere that mom can enjoy. She has activities like therapy, games, and etc. The staff are friendly and keeping me updated about how my mom is doing there. The only complaint she has is about the repetitive meats with the meals. They can offer more variety for the residents.
