We chose The Isle at Cedar Ridge because of the cleanliness as well as the different levels of care that they provide. The room sizes at the facility are on the smaller side, they do have different sizes depending on how much you want to pay. I would tell others that the staff members here are very easy to work with and I would recommend to others looking.

Very nice facility with great people. I really liked this one and it is a good location and price point. It is a little darker inside decor. Not a lot of energy going on, but I liked this one better than several I have seen.

This is a nice community. They have friendly staff. The admin staff are good to work with. There is a high turnover of caregivers and nursing staff. They don't have enough care staff to give the care you are paying for. The amenities are nice and the location is good. The rooms are generally nice.

I would tell others that it is a good place, but it has issues with staff that need to be worked out. I feel they haven't been able to get things completely worked out for my loved one and family. I would make sure you have cameras in your loved one's room.

Some activities they have are aerobics and happy hours. The send out emails showing what they have going on, and they were always offering some sort of inside activities.

The people are nice and its really clean and the rooms a great for one person. I would recommend this community to others.

The director went above and beyond while helping us move from CA. to TX. She was amazing and made my in-laws feel comfortable with the transition. I would recommend this community to others

We chose Isle at Watercrest Bryan mainly because of the location, it was close to family but also the overall appearance of the inside, it is very elegant. The room sizes here are on the smaller side compared to some others we saw. The food is not good, the ladies that I interact with along with my mom constantly complained about the food. It is chef prepared, but the food is constantly cold by the time it got to their rooms. They advertise a side menu where if you don't like what they are serving you can order something different, but that was not case. The best part about the community so far has been the staff members, they were very accommodating and helpful. I would absolutely recommend.

Watermere community is a little expensive but the staff members are great. If i could rate the staff members higher than a five i would. For the care services they do clean my apartment once a month. One negative i have would be the food. When i first got here the food was excellent, now the food quality has not been good.

Nice place but the added occupant fee is not realistic for us, this fee offsets the free utilities and cable bill. I would love to live here but financially for us, this is not doable. But if I had the resources I would live here. There are other Perks that make this property a nice place to live.

The staff here went above and beyond in assisting us to move out parents here into the assisted side from the independent side. Dad was in the hospital, and would only be discharged into the assisted side. One of the staff gave my dad a virtual tour of the assisted side so that he could take part in choosing what room to move into. After we moved them , he went in and out of the hospital five more times and received excellent care from the staff here each time he came and went. They do a great job here, and they genuinely care about the residents here.

I had a good first impression overall. Residents were busy and talkative and a couple said it was a great place to live. The deluxe 1 BR is a nice size, but the tiny kitchenette is a little disappointing, but I have noticed that most communities have this same set up. I guess if three meals a day are provided, one doesn't need to cook.

This is a large 3 part facility. The memory care unit was okay, just not exactly the fit I am looking for.

a nice place to live, some of the housekeeping needs to be improved in public areas. There is a dog park for dogs which makes it a nice place for dogs to do their business. Several of the residents do not take their dog to the dog park. Do not know why? There are nice activities if you want to get involved with other residents and if you do not you can do what you prefer. There is a nice library where you can read in comfortable chairs or take the book with you to return after you finish the book. You can also take books you have and share in the library. Most of the staff is very pleasant, only a very few are rather curt to the residents, maybe one or two. We have a shuttle we can use for trips to the doctor, stores and movies. Men have a monthly breakfast they attend. Good location to live.

My uncle has been a part of this community since it first opened. The staff is amazing, they remember each resident and their family by name. It is a quiet living facility with the upscale feel. Dining halls on each floor with so many amenities and activities for the social butterfly. It is refreshing to have found such a pleasant place for my uncle to retire in comfort. They offer really long leases to lock in a rate which was a huge help with creating a budget.

Excellent management

The facility was new. The apartments are a good size and the price is affordable. Our only concern was that my mom's dog could only walk in the dog park which is on one side of the property. If an apartment was not available close by, it would be a long walk to the dog park. I did like that the community is gated.
