The staff was nice on the tour here. We were looking for something alittle more in a area that would fit us both. The grounds and community is nice, but we wanted a closer location.

I did not get to see a lot of this community as it was still under construction. What I could see of the community looked nice. The people I met were nice and answered my questions.

During my tour the guide gave me all the necessary information that i needed. He explained the services provided by the community. Watercrest at Katy is a pet friendly community. They have available transportation for the residents. The community was clean during my tour and the staff were friendly.

My mother has adjusted nicely here and is quite satisfied. Just wishes the pool and spa would open.

Staff was very patient, kind and helpful. Nice apts with nice big balconies. Light switches in wierd places but overall a good place to live!

My parents moved here to enjoy a larger apartment. The staff at this community are very nice and helpful when you need something. The food is good the community is well taken care of and I would recommend this community.

Mom has adjusted better than I could have hoped to living at Raider Ranch. I have not tried the food but she seems to like it ok. They offer choices and they even show the memory care residents food on a plate for them to decide instead of looking at a menu. The staff are considerate and the only small issue I have is waiting for one for them to let you in and out of the community. The community is clean and well maintained.

Brand new facilities , which can be a problem. Has opportunity to be a founder. Like pool water aorebics, and meal purchase plans. Price great. Unsure what to expect on utilities. Like dog run

I've resided here for four years and have enjoyed the two different apartments while living here. I have made many dear friends here and I have been very grateful for the many activities and appreciate the transportation service. And last but not least the people who work here and make sure we have the things we need.

Things are going pretty good since I've lived at Town Village. The place is a lot better than most. There's not as many activities as I'd like. One main asset is the floor space in the apartments, the floor plan is laid out well. The dining room staff is the only problem. Sometimes they don't have enough of one menu option for everyone and they run out. They should accommodate everyone's food allergies. I have a problem getting real sugar, not artificial.

We really like the general feel of this facility. When on tours the residents would come along with us and talk about life there...all were positive about their living environment and food quality etc. the only two downsides are the size of the private rooms (much smaller than any other facility) and the fact that this has JUST changed ownership and management so we are not sure if the program will remain at current levels.

Everyone is very friendly here. I really like the staff and the way they interact with the residents. It is so warm and inviting here. There are quite a few activities for the seniors to enjoy and the facility is always clean and comfy.

All things considered, I think Raider Ranch is a good place to be. I have lived here since 2009. My husband died after only 1 year at Raider Ranch, and we both enjoyed R.R. We were pioneers, having been among the first residents we have seen lots of progress.

Very nice accommodations and interesting activities. We have housekeeping once a week, 3 meals a day and interesting activities.

At Isle at Watercrest the parking needs improving. A lot of times you get there and there is no place to park. Other than that it has been an overall good experience at this facility.

Doors are locked at 8:00 pm. Arriving after 8.... Slow Response time to get doors unlocked.

At The Landing at Stone Oak the biggest issues we had with them is they seemed to be extremely busy. The day we contacted them to try to get it set up they had a surprise inspection by the state. It took them several days to get the paper work to get him in. He was only in this facility 4 days and passed away. We got a final bill and thought we had paid it all in full. It said we owed a community fee that was supposed to be waived. They did end up correcting that. The staff was very nice to us and negotiated with us since we were only there 4 days. The facility had a nice family area. His room was right by a nice area with sofas and chairs. The staff was all very pleasant with all the ends and outs. It was very secure and a very nice facility. A lot of the residents were very friendly. Some of them would come by and sit with us and were so nice. Overall it was a good experience in the short time he was there.

It is a nice, comfortable place where we all live. It is clean and safe. It is a gated community.

More vehicles + drivers are needed to meet transportation needs, which is part of the package. Housekeepers are given too little time to perform their duties well. The 60 notice required before you can move out of Raider Ranch is highly resented by the residents. (perhaps 2 wks or even 30 days)
