A Place for Mom took the initiative and called me when I was searching for a place for my mother. After finding out all about my mom, her needs and her limitations, they gave me options that I had not thought were even options. They arranged for tours of 2 facilities the very next day. My mother was able to move into the facility we chose in just over a week. She has been there going on five months and we are so very pleased. They treat her so wonderful. It is clean, excellent food, warm friendly staff, skilled nurses, plenty of activities. We love it - she loves it and is so happy there - never a complaint, only praise. I recommend Leighton Place to anyone I talk to who has a similar need.

Everyone at Brookdale has been so kind to my Mother. She loves everyone there she meets. I wish [Name removed] could be more involved with the activities and he really brightens all their faces, especially Ice Cream Sundays and has such a great rapport with them all. Thank you all for caring and truly showing that you care. Not enough events for them in the early evenings.

i loved it as soon as I walked in. Staff have been very friendly and accomodating. When entering for the first time, unannounced, I was given a tour by [Name removed]. She answered any questions professionally and was as sweet as could be! Woodview Estates is immaculate and feels more like a home. Mom loved it and is moving in a week early.

Very affordable, very clean, They were great and have everything we would want in community living but they are unaffordable and don't accept medicare.

Toured facility with [name removed] on the spur of the moment. [name removed] was more than accommodating. Thank you for having me tour your facility on such short notice. As mentioned to all three locations, we are seeking potential temporary respite / short-term memory care for my Mom at this point as we have already applied to CCRC type of facilities waiting to hear back on their application process. Great location. Well maintained turn of the century mansion with interesting history ... and beautiful grounds.

I can't say enough about how impressed we are with this facility. My Dad was so happy after he toured Dover Place that we cancelled our other tours and signed the paperwork. He is moving in on [date removed]! The staff are excellent and the facility was clean, well cared for, and beautiful!

me and my wife were told to look for a home for her to stay since I could no longer take of her needs. when we walked in she said this is the place I want to stay because it gives you a feel of home.no sooner we were there we got welcomed by [name removed] and the staff.it makes you feel like home [name removed] took us on a tour and all the people we passed said hi.so she moved in and enjoyed playing bingo and other games and the entertainment they had every Tuesday night. the food was great and if there was something you like they would make sometime that month . she was there all most 3 years till she passed away from her illness.to this day I stop in every wednesday and I get greated and welcomed by the staff making it feels like home and the people are glad to see me and thank me for stopping to see them because they were like family to me and my wife.so to [Name Removed] and your staff keep up the good work .I would recommend maiden creek place to any one mark seaman sr.

I toured Maidencreek Place about 6 months ago. I was impressed as soon as I walked through the door. [Removed], the sales leader held my hand the entire way. She was so kind and understanding. She related so many stories to our family situation. We were looking for a community for our father. A place that was safe, clean and could keep him busy. The staff was so kind and friendly. We met the Executive Director, [Removed], who spent time with us talking about how the community runs. Talked about her open door policy. Everything just felt right so we moved my father in two weeks later. My father has not been this happy in a very long time. My family and I are thrilled about our choice and are so very thankful to [Removed] and the team at Maidencreek Place.

My Loved one is very happy at the Terraces at Parke Place, and I feel she is very well cared for as well. The staff here have been great, and they were really helpful when we made our decision to move here. They answered all my questions immediately, and have made my loved one feel very comfortable. There is always some sort of activity going on in the community, and the food is great, My loved one says if they were to just add water, she'd feel like she was on a cruise! She really likes it, and I definitely feel that the Terraces at Parke Place was a great choice for our family.

Convenient location. Added to waitllist. Gardening as outdoor activity. Lots of room to take walks. Gym in building

Our experience with Foxbridge has been very good so far. The staff has been really personable, which is so important to me. They are always available to answer my questions or accommodate our needs. There are so many comforts here for the residents, and I have absolutely no worries about my loved one being here and getting the care he needs.

The visit was very pleasant. We enjoyed the lunch. We were shown things we wanted to see. [Removed] was very good at explaining the things we wanted to know. The residents seemed to be happy. The building was recently renewed and was very lean. We could be happy living there.

Was so very impressed by this center. Everyone from the Director, nursing, housekeeping and so on were so friendly and helpful. The place is very well maintained. Decorated beautifully. From my observations it seems like a very well run center. Residents seem happy and pleased with the center and staff. I will most certainly keep it in mind for my family and clients.

The Palmerton provide excellent coordination from care package selection to move-in assistance ! Very Professional !

I am a local vendor in the Knoxville area and am familliar with most of the Assisted Living Facilities in the area, and to me, Raintree Terrace is the one that always sets themselves apart from the other facilities. Their caring and compassionate staff are The main reason for this. Their facility is new and immaculate from both inside the facility and from the outside view. When any of my family members or friends are looking into Assisted Living Facilities in the Knoxville area, Raintree Terrace is always the place that I feel confident on sending those loved ones.

I toured this place recently and was happy with the customer service. A nice lady showed me around and was helpful. The place was very clean and beautiful! We moved in and are thankful we picked Raintree Terrace !

Quality place.We are pleased with Raintree. Definitely one of the better places in the area. I would recommend Raintree.Located in a nice area. Most of the residents seemed to be enjoying themselves. [Removed].

I looked at many places, but I liked this location because you get your own privacy. You have an apartment and you can keep your door locked. You can be private when you want to be. Many other places do not allow you to keep your door locked. The staff here is great and friendly. The food that they serve is good too and you have many options. The facility also provides lots of activities for you to participate in. I recommend this location to others because it has been a difficult change for me but I am starting to get used to it. The other residents are friendly as well and I made some friends while being here.
