The staff is great, very caring, and friendly. They are sincere, caring people. The food was better when it was served in the dining room. They are serving chicken and turkey numerous times a week with no seasoning very limited options. The rooms are nice sized and the layout of the community is good.

Routinely, they have kept things very clean and have done a good job with keeping up with the hygiene of the residents. The common areas like the dinning room as well as the individual rooms are also kept very clean. The management staff is very friendly as is the front desk staff. The care giving staff are very concerned about the residents and their well being and I cannot think of anything better that they could have done.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, they have locked down the community. They've done a really good job with keeping us informed but a lot of the programs have been put on the back burner. The staff has done a great during the whole thing. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and have overextended themselves to try and help the residents.

It was a difficult decision and a difficult time for my Sister and me to place our parents in a Living Care Facility but both of our parent needed care and assistance we couldn’t provide them. Moving our parents to Wyncote Place was the very best decision we could have made with assistance from “A Place for Mom.” Wyncote Place is a great Memory Care Community. The staff are very caring and loving to all the residents. The staff goes above their duties to assist the residents and their families. They are a Group of attentive and caring staff who are responsive to unique needs of its residents. My Mom has Dementia and I appreciate their knowledge for dealing with dementia residents. I like the fact that staff are available 24 hours a day to assist the residents with any time sensitive needs that may arise. Before the passing of my Dad November 2019, he shared a great relationship with the staff as does my mother. They were both comfortable, happy and well-adjusted to being at Wyncote. (Dad 89 was a difficult person and hard to please) That said a lot to me. Wyncote was HOME to our parents, they enjoyed being there and the staff was their extended family. See that’s the GREAT thing about Wyncote Place, it’s more than the Memory Care Facility with Medical Care Services, Meals, Personal Service, On Site Activities, it’s also the genuine authentic relationships the staff cultivates with the residents that mean so much and the residents can tell. For me, I know my Dad passed in a loving caring place surrounded by people who truly cared for and about him as a person not just a resident they were caring for. That ingredient is what sets Wyncote apart from other places my Dad had stayed in the past. My Mother (89) is still residing at Wyncote Place and I feel good that she and my Dad shared Wyncote as their home together before he passed. Mom is living in a community with care givers and residents she knows and is familiar with who is familiar with her. That’s very comforting to me as I live in Atlanta, Georgia. So, hats off the awesome administrators and staff at Wyncote Place. Special thanks extended to [name removed], you are the very best, Thank you for your warmth, caring and emotional support you provided Dad. You could get him to do what no one else could and Dad Loved you.

I think we will like it a lot but we haven’t been able to get in since we put my uncle in there. They have been very good with the FaceTime that we have requested.

I looked at 6 places, there were places that I like that were closer to my home with no availability, Oak Hill Place had availability when I needed them. They have been great with the Covid virus. Nursing is top notch. I really like my dad’s nurse. They have great communication. They always tell me how much they enjoy my dad which makes me feel good. They are good with billing. They are easy to work with. They also have skilled care on site for when the time comes. They are great with honoring the Veterans and they had my dad’s service time photo on the wall when we got there.

They are a great place. They have their own staff which leads to a high quality of care. We have had good communication. We have been pleased across the board. They have handled everything with Covid and quarantine very well. Staff has a very good rapport with the residents. Food is of high quality.

Food is very good. Milford Place is very organized and they take everything into consideration. With everything going on right now they run a very tight ship. They are doing a great job keeping all the residents safe and healthy as far as I can tell.

I have shared with many people what a nice place this is. I think people can get a negative attitude about facilities and really need to go see it for themselves to see what assisted living really is. They have so much to offer. It has a family feel. No matter if it's the office staff or the people preparing the meals, it is a real family atmosphere. My mom really loved it there and was fitting in well. The food was very good and my mom was gaining weight. We ate meals with her a couple times there, and the food was excellent.

I would like to thank the staff as an EMS personnel for taking all the right precautions to keep the patients, the staff, and us safe during these trying times. Keep up the good work.

I love the set up and the staff here! They are very caring, loving and I couldn't ask for more for my mother. I'm so blessed I found this place.

Very Clean! Each staff member I encountered was cheerful and helpful. Needed guidance on my mom for dementia. The Director of Nursing was extremely knowledgeable and patient with all the questions I had as this was all new to me. They helped me through a very difficult time. My mind is now at ease knowing my mom is taken care by a responsive staff.

I have several friends that live at Vantage Pointe and to be honest, when you think about nursing care, I think of my Grandmother who stayed in a 8' X 8' room that was dark and her care was horrendous but Vantage Pointe isn't your grandmothers nursing facility. This place is amazing. The place is spotless. Everyone is so friendly and constantly asking if they can help you with something. The rooms are spacious and has everything they need. When my friends tell me how much they enjoy it there and about the new friends they have made, it really warms my heart. If I could, Vantage Pointe would get 10 stars.

I thought the facility was very clean and seemed very well run. There were quite a few amenities available and it looked like the majority of them were being utilized during my tour. Overall, a beautiful campus!

I have looked at many facilities and found Vantage Pointe Village to be the nicest. The setting is beautiful, the facility is clean and welcoming, the staff is friendly, and the amenities are topnotch. You would think that it is too far being in Ashland City but it is actually closer to us in Franklin than many others in Nashville. It takes me 30 minutes to get there but feels like you're out away from it all in the country.

I have visited a lot of Assisted Living communities, my mom having spent her last years in memory care gave me a great insight as to what the family and the loved one want, need and can afford. This community and its staff are second to none, the Executive Director has assembled a staff dedicated to a mission of care not to a job for income.
