I would highly recommend this community. They seem very caring, and very responsive to care and questions. My loved one has a private room. There is a room for a bed, chair, television kitchenette. Overall the food is decent for my loved one.

We looked high and low for communities for my loved one. The community worked hard at pulling new people in and getting them involved in activities. The community assigns residents to be an ambassador for the new residents to help them feel welcome. The apartment was nice, it was one of the best rooms available. The room was upgraded due to the previous resident upgrading the room themselves. My loved one's room was only 27 steps for the dining room. The food was good. The grounds are well landscaped, there are sidewalks that wrap around the building. The sidewalks create a safe walking area, and encourages the residents to get out and enjoy life.

We are very satisfied with this community, at the time this was the best option for us. Some activities they have are bingo games and other card games. The staff is very friendly, and the communication they have with the families is fantastic. This community is very clean and odor free. The food seems to be ample in nutrition, and is tailored to the everyone's dietary needs

I enjoy living at Cedar Woods and know I am in the right place for me. The staff are all wonderful and have taken very good care of us during the pandemic, keeping us safe, well-fed, and informed. I am very glad I moved here.

We chose Creekside Terrace because of what they offered amenities wise. They have physical therapy on site, the dining room, and separate caregivers that you are able to hire on site if you need that extra care. We love the general manager, he is amazing. He goes above and beyond for everyone in that facility. Before COVID, she loved the food. They had a great chef. Since COVID, they have to get meals delivered to their rooms. But they are on time and they are doing the best they can. They have not had one case of COVID. My favorite part about the community is feeling like my mother is safe. They offer more care than you think, so it is not just a retirement community. I would absolutely recommend.

Their staff are quick to respond and are very helpful. They are kind and seem to actually care.

Living in this community have enhanced me to live soberly.

Hilltop has been a family to our mother during this Pandemic and more than helpful to help us connect with our Mom. The staff has always been so concerned and watchful for Mom and attentive to her needs. Our questions and concerns are ALWAYS addressed as to her well-being. Our family truly feels Hilltop was a blessing to us for Mom's physical care. She will be 101 years old in September and we feel her family at Hilltop has made this happen. [name removed] is great ! My mother-in-law has been a resident at Hilltop for about 2 years and we couldn't be more pleased with our decision. The care she has received has been top notch and 2nd to none. She started her residency with an independent living status. She participated in meaningful activities and made friends with other residents and members of staff. As she aged in place, it was necessary to move her to the dementia care unit where she has received undivided attention. In fact one of the care providers, [name removed], sends us pictures and gives us updates even before we inquiry. Way to go [name removed] and Hilltop!!! In addition to the friendly staff we have found the facility spotless and the food looks and tastes like a homemade meal. It really has put our minds at ease to know that mom is located in as safe and nurturing environment.

One of my favorite parts about this facility is the staff is very friendly, they also have a great chef. They have a good variety of different types of food. They also make special meals for mothers and fathers day. Some activities include book club, social activities, games, field trips,and a knitting circle. We chose this community because of its overall value.as well as the location. We were recommended by friends. The staff and general manager always keep us in communication. We used to have resident meetings and newsletters. They also have a social director who organizes activities.

Activities they provided before COVID they would bring in parrots and birds for the guest, they also had a kids dance school come visit and perform for the guests. Dad used to be a mechanic, him and the activity director built a model car together. Also providing painting classes. Once COVID hit they had an ipad available for the guest, but can also sit outside and visit. The location is great as well, and we really liked the memory care floor, it is one of the top levels provided. They have big bright open windows that provides a lot of natural light, very inviting.

A place where ones last home is full of Friendship And loving care by staff. Comfort that all one needs are taken care of.

The staff is great, very caring, and friendly. They are sincere, caring people. The food was better when it was served in the dining room. They are serving chicken and turkey numerous times a week with no seasoning very limited options. The rooms are nice sized and the layout of the community is good.

Routinely, they have kept things very clean and have done a good job with keeping up with the hygiene of the residents. The common areas like the dinning room as well as the individual rooms are also kept very clean. The management staff is very friendly as is the front desk staff. The care giving staff are very concerned about the residents and their well being and I cannot think of anything better that they could have done.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, they have locked down the community. They've done a really good job with keeping us informed but a lot of the programs have been put on the back burner. The staff has done a great during the whole thing. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and have overextended themselves to try and help the residents.

It was a difficult decision and a difficult time for my Sister and me to place our parents in a Living Care Facility but both of our parent needed care and assistance we couldn’t provide them. Moving our parents to Wyncote Place was the very best decision we could have made with assistance from “A Place for Mom.” Wyncote Place is a great Memory Care Community. The staff are very caring and loving to all the residents. The staff goes above their duties to assist the residents and their families. They are a Group of attentive and caring staff who are responsive to unique needs of its residents. My Mom has Dementia and I appreciate their knowledge for dealing with dementia residents. I like the fact that staff are available 24 hours a day to assist the residents with any time sensitive needs that may arise. Before the passing of my Dad November 2019, he shared a great relationship with the staff as does my mother. They were both comfortable, happy and well-adjusted to being at Wyncote. (Dad 89 was a difficult person and hard to please) That said a lot to me. Wyncote was HOME to our parents, they enjoyed being there and the staff was their extended family. See that’s the GREAT thing about Wyncote Place, it’s more than the Memory Care Facility with Medical Care Services, Meals, Personal Service, On Site Activities, it’s also the genuine authentic relationships the staff cultivates with the residents that mean so much and the residents can tell. For me, I know my Dad passed in a loving caring place surrounded by people who truly cared for and about him as a person not just a resident they were caring for. That ingredient is what sets Wyncote apart from other places my Dad had stayed in the past. My Mother (89) is still residing at Wyncote Place and I feel good that she and my Dad shared Wyncote as their home together before he passed. Mom is living in a community with care givers and residents she knows and is familiar with who is familiar with her. That’s very comforting to me as I live in Atlanta, Georgia. So, hats off the awesome administrators and staff at Wyncote Place. Special thanks extended to [name removed], you are the very best, Thank you for your warmth, caring and emotional support you provided Dad. You could get him to do what no one else could and Dad Loved you.

I think we will like it a lot but we haven’t been able to get in since we put my uncle in there. They have been very good with the FaceTime that we have requested.

I really like it here. Think this is a good fit for my Dad. Clean, staff was seen and polite. Like that dad will start in primary care then if need be, go into memory care which is right on the premise. Thank you [name removed].
