Moving my dad to Wyncote Place is the best decision I ever made. He is thriving, content, well-taken care of, loved, respected. The staff is absolutely wonderful - they treat him with love, respect, compassion, patience, and humor. I am so grateful for Wyncote Place.

I have lived at Maidencreek Place for over a year. The food is delicious and the desserts are amazing. The dining servers are first rate. I look forward to the next meal sitting with my friends I made. The care staff are so kind and loving and will do whatever you need. I am so happy here.

Our family had an in person tour and the tour experience was great, we really liked the look and layout of the community. Everything was on the first floor so the residents did not have to worry about stairs or elevators. They had a beautiful outdoor space for the residents, they could sit outside on the patio that was surrounded by nature and a big field. The dining room and common area was very nice. However we were misinformed about them being able to handle memory care, which is what our loved one needed and they just weren't able to care for that level.

I visited several residents here and they really enjoy living at the Gardens. The staff is exceptional and present. There is always something going on to keep the residents engaged.

Overall, I'm happy with this facility. It's clean, staff is friendly, and communication with the family is good. They're very responsive. They have some remodeling plans in the works, which I think will be good when it's done. The only suggestion I have would be easier entrance/exit access. I think they have some push button/automatic doors, but they don't always work. I toured several communities and this was the most friendly and welcoming. I felt at home here. Food quality is good, but I wish they had more variety. That would help those who are on a more restrictive diet like my mom is. I would recommend them to family and friends.

The Garden offers everything a retired senior might need at the present and is able to accommodate changes in medical and physical needs. They have a full program of a variety of activities to stimulate the mind and body. All programs consider the requests of residents and the type of enhancements that will enrich their lifestyle here at The Gardens at Wakefield. The food and food service is outstanding. Nutritional formulas are utilized in order to present a suitable diet for all of the residents. Employees work multiple jobs so that all needs and services are available for everyone. Physical Therapy is available on sight ! Transportation to doctor appointments is available upon reservation ! Activities and shopping opportunities are made available through the bus reserved on sight. Building , apartments , and all areas are keep clean and well cared for. Management is available to hear suggestions , to arrange for supportive maintenance issues , and to facilitate medical issue

The Gardens have plans for a variety of issues that help to meet individual and group needs. They work with each resident in order to realize any specific requests and medical needs that need to be addressed in order to provide comfort , a majority of health issues , and emotional support . The results if their efforts can be assessed by observing the resident interactions with others , the programs, and each particular phase of their daily life at The Gardens ! The Gardens have established and nurtured an atmosphere of family which conveys their excellent overall planning and implementation of service well deserved by our senior citizens. Management works diligently to maintain and develop an environment that serves everyone.

We were completely pleased with our entire experience at Amity Place. We were there almost everyday and sometimes twice a day and they took extremely good care of my mother. It was much better than I had ever expected and I really appreciated all of the staff members. I would highly recommend this facility to other families.

I've had a very good experience here at the Gardens of Wakefield. The employees are all very professional, friendly and especially responsive (same day) to any service requests I've had, from air conditioning issues and repairs to appliances such as dish washer and fridge. I would give them an A+ RATING. The entire facility is well taken care of (inside and out). The food is excellent. I've never had one disappointing meal.

He is on a heart healthy diet restriction and the kitchen staff caters to him for this so they are wonderful. I feel like I do not have to worry, so that is priceless. If you want to deal with kind people, super amazing residents. If you have any questions and challenges, they are always quick to find the correct person to provide you with an answer very promptly.

We had a few deciding factors when it came down to choosing The Palmerton and right off that bat the neatness and cleanliness of the community stood out to us. The staff from the day to day workers to middle management are all friendly. The location was also a big part with it being in our loved ones hometown. Based on the experience we have had with The Palmerton we would recommend it to other families.

Each time I visit The Gardens of Wakefield I come away impressed with how engaged the staff is with the residents. The community appears to be clean, well-run with lots of activities for the residents to participate in. Everyone seems so happy to be living there. I'd strongly recommend anyone to visit The Gardens of Wakefield if they're considering Independent Living for their loved one.

I provide therapy at facility for a little over a month now and from the moment I walked through the doors I’ve been nothing but impressed with the facility. There is so much life in the building! It’s amazing seeing how happy the Residents are and the amount of residents who participate in all the great activites that the Willow provides. The staff is warm and welcoming as well as very knowledgeable and knows each resident personally. If I have any questions about a resident the care staff is able answer with great detail. Those questions range from where their room is, to what their personality is, and to how they physically function. The facility is beautiful , clean and easy to navigate! I would recommend this facility to any family!

My dad was a resident at a community that is also a [name removed] community and comparing the two, Creekside is leaps and bounds above where he was previously. I never experienced anything but a clean and inviting community space as well as the dining space and grounds. Everyone that I ever spoke with at Creekside was always knowledgeable, kind and eager to help and just overall great to work with. Technically Creekside is an independent community, however I found that everyone, residents and staff, looked out for each other and I always knew he was not alone. My dad always said that he enjoyed his meals and he seemed very happy with the dining experiences. I specifically knew about the bingo that my dad took extreme pride in :) He had his little stash of quarters and had bragging rights. I moved my dad to Creekside from a sister location in Concord. He did go from a one bedroom to a studio as well as from the first floor to the third, but the cost was [fee removed] cheaper. With it being a much more caring and upbeat environment, I was happy to move my dad from being 2 miles from me to an hour away. So the value was much better at Creekside than it was when he was closer in Concord. I only gave a 4 because of the increase each year and lack of option to lock in a specific rate.

Our experience has been better than what I ever expected it to be. Everything has been very, very nice. And my loved one is very content there. The whole package is great. The staff, from the administrator on down to housekeeping and everybody in between has been very pleasant and outgoing. She receives very good care. The only aspect that she has mentioned could use a little improvement is the meals. Sometimes the portions aren't uniform from resident resident, but that isn't anything that couldn't be corrected.

The staff are extremely friendly and good to work with. And I'm very satisfied with the care my family member is receiving.

Our experience with Milford Place was wonderful from start to finish. The staff was professional and very helpful in all aspects. My dad was very well taken care of and always treated with dignity and respect as were we, the family. I can't say enough about Milford Place and would recommend it to anyone looking for an assisted living facility.

The value for the money is pretty good. Everything seems to be good, and there has been a lot of interaction. I chose this place because it doesn't give a hospital-type atmosphere, like other places that I have visited.

We chose The Gardens at Wakefield because of the level of activities they have provided. My dad is very active and they offer a lot of outdoor activities as well like cornhole. He is a smoker and they have a beautiful smoking area outside where he hangs out with his friends. He appreciates having his apartment cleaned every week and they change his linens and sheets. My dad would give the food a 10 if he could, he raves about it and he says he has not put a bite in his mouth that is not delicious. They have a GPS that all residents wear around their belt and it runs off of a Verizon tower. So if he presses that button no matter where he is they can send help. I even have an app on my phone so I can track him as well. That is a wonderful feature and it gives our family peace of mind. We would absolutely recommend this facility to others looking.
