What we really like about the Milford Place is the friendly open atmosphere, and we would recommend this community to other families.

Great place, caring staff, family atmosphere! The caring staff at Kanawha Place has made my friend's transition from home to assisted living much easier. The place feels like home.

I love Milford Place! The staff are very friendly and very easy to work with. Everything just moves along quickly and easily. At other places, things were a pain in the neck to get done, but Milford Place has made the whole process very easy. My dad's care has been great. The facility is incredibly clean. There's not one thing I'm not ecstatic about. And I think it's a fabulous value.

Staff are very attentive and kind and helpful to the resident and family. They call if there are issues. And answer our questions as necessary. I would highly recommend Kanawha Place

The Gardens at Wakefield is not only a beautiful community in a great location but you feel like family when you’re there - the staff engages with the residents and provide many opportunities for connection and involvement.

My loved one likes the food. The offer, go to easy meals, like sandwiches. Having a variety of things to offer, would increase their ratings. We picked this community because it was close and because of its affordability. They have been very responsive and were good at working with me, to get my loved one settled in. I would recommend to other families.

We had a really good first impression with Rolling Meadows place and out of all the communities we had looked at this one was very clean and did not have any odors lingering. The staff members are all very friendly and it just has a bright feeling to it. Our loved one occasionally complains about the meals but we take that with a grain of salt. They try different activities throughout the week for the residents and they have movie nights. So far as the value we do wish it was less expensive but we do think it is pretty good.

My mother, almost 92 years old, was a resident at The Gardens for the last 9 years,. She has now move to an assisted living facility because she requires more help in her daily living. My mom thoroughly enjoyed her time at The Gardens. The staff treated her with such love and respect; they became her family. She made so many dear friends! In her first 8 years, she was very active and participated in many of the planned activities. She enjoyed Bingo, the hand bell choir, frequent musical entertainment as well as many off campus activities in her earlier years. I am so grateful that my mother was able to maintain her independence for so many years in such a beautiful, caring facility.

So grateful for the care and compassion our mother receives. The staff is attentive to her needs and is always available to us for questions and concerns. We know she is safe there which is a great relief to our family as her dementia worsens. Our family visits often, and we see the interaction of the staff with the residents there, and they are all wonderful. Their patience and attitudes in caring for the community is wonderful to witness. We are so glad our mother lives there.

I like that everybody's welcoming and friendly. I never feel alone. They are kind, considerate, and respectful. The meals are good. The activities are good and they have something every day to help us socialize with other people living here. They can meet us one time and know our names. I can go to the staff with any need and if they can't do it, they find someone who can. I love that bus driver. He takes me to Walmart and the doctor and any other place we want to go. There are people here who have come with nothing and they have done their best to help aquire furniture and other items

The Reserve at Citrus is amazing, they get all 10 stars. They are very caring and the food that they serve is fantastic.

I have been in the process of touring many places for my parents and have come back to the Gardens. Not only is it a great place to live the staff are exceptional. [Name Removed] has giving several tours to us during this process and has always answers all of our questions. Looking forward to my parents living there within the month.

Our experience moving mom into Wakfield Gardens was very seamless. There were minimal issues moving her in and they were all resolved quickly and with kindness. The set up of mom’s account and and her meals and and cleaning services haeve been very good. Mom’s personality type is more of an introvert and she has memory and hearing issues, so she doesn’t reach out to other very much. Therefor, having an ambassador is very helpful for mom. The facility is undergoing renovations which is always disruptive; however, they have tried to minimize the disruptions during meal times. The staff from managers to office staff to dining staff are friendly and go out of their way to be helpful.

They have a lot of activities listed but they don't always do them. They allow pets, and it's a lot of community interaction. The care services and friendliness, they are doing well with. Overall, I would recommend to other families.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. It would be nice to see more staffing, as the community is short staffed. I do realize that staffing is a challenge is a lot of businesses nowadays. There are three meals a day served to the residents. Some of the activities available include arts and crafts, bingo, game room, exercises, and more for the residents to engage with.

We liked the community, it was further than we wanted from family.

I picked this community because of the way that it is set up in cottages with a dining area , living room and activity area, as well as a sitting area. There is privacy for the residents, as well as community. Residents can go outside , at will, and even the memory units have field trips. They are very considerate and patient with the residents. They have plenty of activities. Their meals are excellent. No one has ever been rude. It is a wonderful value. I highly recommend it.

The staff have been excellent. The care services have been great. They try to keep my loved one busy with activities. They really keep an eye on the residents, and make sure that they are active. I would recommend to other families.

Rain Forest Landings gets a 5 +++++. Everyone from staff to people who serve the dinner CARE!!!! They all know the people who live there. The facility is beautiful. It reminds me of a ski lodge! The fireplace is wonderful. The rooms have personality in the way they are laid out with shelves, desk and frig areas. Plenty of space. There are many activities for them. My stepmom loves it!! We all do!
