I have been very pleased with Rain Forest Landings. It has been good for my mother. She's not trying to leave. She seems content (more so than she was at home with me). She's eating. All the things you want to see for your loved one. The rate did go up significantly after we moved her in. Our contract is for the previous lower, rate, and I feel the rate we are paying is a good value.

I bring my dogs in on occasion to visit some of the residents! I have been doing it for a few years. I love seeing the residents faces light up when they see the dogs and it’s great to talk to everyone. They staff has always been very kind and accommodating!

I toured this facility for my family member, I’m Seriously considering this place. It was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Residents were happy and smiling. It seemed to have a busy but well established glow. Even a little short staffed, you would not have known. Everyone was very helpful and welcoming.

Overall everything seemed to go smoothly. The building was clean and tidy. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My loved seemed to decline once there and needed more care than I felt she got. All the staff members were very helpful and caring. My loved one likes all kinds of food and said it all tasted good. They did assist her with her meals. The up front cost to enter the facility was extremely high. The basic cost to stay was similar to other facilities that I had looked into.

I think the most important thing is that my Mom says how nice the staff is. They welcomed her right away and she has become very friendly with some of them. It feels good to know she is somewhere that I know she's being well cared for. I'm in the facility very often and I agree that everyone is very friendly. I would recommend Woodview Estates to others

My mom has been living in a studio apartment at Leighton Place for about a month now and her experience and mine has been wonderful. The staff are all professional and friendly, going out of their way to make my mom feel welcomed. Everyone there is responsive and the top priority is to make their residents comfortable and happy. I'm so happy that my mom has a place of her own where I know she's being properly cared for while enjoying a variety of fun social activities.

I go there every day, and my experiences have been good. I eat there. Everybody there is very nice, and I know they're taking good care of my husband - that's the most important thing. It's a beautiful facility as well. I would recommend it.

Our family had an in person tour and we thought it was a very good tour experience, all of the staff members we met with were incredibly friendly and nice.

This is a good place for your loved one, I would highly recommend. 3 meals a day provided to the residents. The communication with the staff is good.

In a workforce environment where people have many options for employment, it is refreshing to enter a building with genuine, welcoming smiles and a staff's willingness to help get our mom in a place that she is cared for by people who get to know her and our family and provide a home that we have developed a great deal of trust in to not only make sure mom is well cared for but that she is busy doing activities that engage her mind, outings that are fun and new friends that keep her company . We often visit and find her hanging out with her friends on the front porch rocking chairs or gone out for lunch. She has more of a social life than I do, lol. The caregivers treat her as they would their own family and it shows. The nurses keep us up to date on her care and are always there to help us understand changes we see in mom. No place is perfect but all I've worked with handled any concerns I have had quickly and we work as a team to give mom the best.

The staff at the community go out of their way to make residents and families feel welcomed and loved! It's wonderful to see the team connecting with residents and going above and beyond to exceed their expectations! The community is clean, warm, bright and all around inviting.

Since moving my loved one in, I have nothing but compliments. I feel like my family member has purpose, which is all I could ask for. The community is great and has been very accommodating with my mother. We were unsure of how she would feel after coming to an assisted living and she loves it there. The staff always do their best to make sure she is taken care of and included. They have all been so warm and welcoming. My family and I are extremely grateful!

I would give the Reserve at Citrus a 5 across the board for services provided, but I would like to explain my father's individual circumstance. My father was in end stage dementia and he only survived for 18 days after he entered this facility. He was in very bad shape and was a very difficult patient. The Reserve admitted him with VERY short notice, which was greatly appreciated by my family. He was treated with kindness and compassion. I cannot comment on the food quality although my Mother said that the food appeared to be nutritious and well presented. The facility was clean and well-staffed, but my father was not able to engage in any organized activities due to his medical condition. The only difficult part was the paperwork involved in the admission process. The facility, due to the litigious nature if 21st century America, requested waivers for what seemed like every possible negative event. Overall, my family is very satisfied with the services provided to my Dad in his final days. It was expensive but Memory Care is expensive everywhere because of the high level of vigilance required by each patient.

My dad has done very well at Holiday Creekside Terrace. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. And they have a lot going on for the residents every day.

Dover Place has changed my mom so much; she is happy, lucid, she is also the "Resident Ambassador". She loves it there and considers it her home.

What really stood out to us abut Milford Place was the cleanliness of the community and overall friendliness of the staff. It looks like it is very well managed and based on our experience so far we would recommend this community to other families.

I had a great tour at Dover Place. The lady showing me around was very helpful in explaining everything. The facility itself was older and the room sizes were smaller in comparison to a newer place we were looking at. It was also more expensive.

I toured this facility and it was beautiful. It's very nice, clean, and staff is friendly. The only downfall is the location, it's in a busy area. Also, during the tour the staff made some negative comments about other facilities, which I didn't appreciate.

I transferred my wife from another facility due to what I considered poor care. After arriving at Wyncote, within 12 hours They determined she had a UTI and was dehydrated. They sent her to the hospital. When she returned to Wyncote her health was dramatically better. The care at Wyncote is exceptional. The doctors, nurses, aides, and administration are exceptional. I now feel like my wife is getting excellent care both mentally and physically. Could not ask for more.

While my wife as a resident has only been here less than a month, I am pleased with the overall attention paid to her and the care she received so far.
