The staff at The Palmerton really helped Mom adjust quickly. She is thriving and doing quite well. Based off our our experience, I would recommend The Palmerton to other families looking for their loved ones.

My grandfather lived here months ago, and has since passed on but I will never forget how welcoming they were when he moved in. The nurse and ED greeted us at the door and introduced themselves and took us around the building and introduced us to some residents. They made sure he was happy and comfortable all the way to his passing. He felt like this was his home. My family and I are very grateful for everything they did for him and us.

This is a great place to get more. More space. More value. Larger than most units at competitors and love that they have in-unit laundry facilities. Staff is fantastic! Definitely worth a visit!

My mother loved her wonderful stay at the Gardens. We both thought the staff was wonderful and she made several good friends there. They were all very friendly, thoughtful, supportive and professional and offered a lot of amenities and activity options. When my Mom was temporarily unable to attend meals in the dining room, they were very accommodating and delivered the meals to her for free. We only moved her to me closer to me and my family. I highly recommend the Gardens at Wakefield.

The difference between The Gardens and many other independent living apartments is the staff - you see day in and day out that they are people who care about the residents, guests, and what they do for a living. Thanks for doing what you do so well. Care.

We selected Windsor Ridge over others that we saw because the level of care they offered was necessary. We also chose this location to due proximity and our experience meeting with their team. The staff have been quite responsive and helpful whenever we have needed anything.

My mother is at the Gardens at Wakefield, and after 2.5 years, she's still very pleased. Her apartment with the full sized kitchen lets her continue to enjoy her hobby of baking. Her large 2 bedroom, with washer/dryer, looks over the beautiful garden and gazebo. She has made nice friends, enjoys the activities, and lives close by, so I can visit often. The Gardens at Wakefield was recently renovated and redecorated in a beautiful, modern decor. The kind and compassionate staff gives us all a sense of safety and security. What's not to love?!

This facility offers a homelike setting and staff that are knowledgeable and compassionate. The activities department keeps the resident's active doing a variety of activities. The residents and staff always have smiles on their faces.

Our family had an in person tour with WIllowbrook Place, and even though we ended up finding a different facility for our loved one, we thought the staff were very professional and did a thorough job with the tour.

We moved my loved one here from another facility and there was a big difference between the two. The care he received from Kanawha Place and hospice during the last two weeks of his life was fantastic and we all would have suffered greatly if he had still been at the previous facility.

My loved one loved it here! The staff were wonderful and they treated my loved one with respect and kindness. I would recommend them to everyone.

I would recommend this community to anyone. We looked at multiple communities in Bellevue and none could compare to Vantage Pointe. The rooms are spacious, the community is clean, and the staff is very attentive and friendly.

We moved our parents there after 6 weeks of very poor care at [facility name removed]. Kanawha Place was amazing from the first day. My in-laws were well cared for, clean, and well fed. The staff was always available to lend an extra hand. When our family had to spend the night to be with our dying loved one, the staff offered meals and support. We highly recommend Kanawha Place.

It was a beautiful community, and a great place but it was more expensive.

So far we are having a much better experience now that our loved one is in Amity Place. So far the upper management, and day to day staff are great to work with, and their communication is much better. We appreciated how the director and sales representative continued to follow up with us and check on us after our tour. hey were not pushy at all, they just wanted to check in with us to see if we were happy and if there was anything they could do which was very nice.

We picked this community, because they were friendly, they took me on a tour, it was really nice, and very clean. They were wonderful, with my loved one. They had activities, such as; Bingo, trivia, movies, and they read the newspaper dailiy to the residents. It's a very nice place. The nurses were very kind and friendly. They were compassionate. I would recommend to other families.

This facility is absolutely wonderful! Everyone here is great. Communication is absolutely great, their doors are open anytime. Housekeeping is daily and they do a good job. The food is good quality and good variety. The front desk and office staff are absolutely great. The overall staff is absolutely fantastic, I'd rate them at a ten if I could. Everyone has been wonderful to me here. I would absolutely recommend this facility to family and friends.

My loved one enjoys the food. They have activities such as; church services, and different holiday parties. Overall, they are helpful, and my loved one seems to be happier. They call me with any updates, which lets me know that they really care about the residents. I appreciate the staff, and they really do care. I would recommend to other families.

Everything at the Garden is wonderful for both moms, the entire staff and management are excellent. Professional, friendly and caring service. The major complaint from our moms and others is the refurbishing was done in a very modern, cold and sterile environment. The population tends to be older and likes warm and cozy atmosphere. The continuing rise in rent causes concern and worry.

The food was good to begin with. We weren't too happy with the cleaning. They were supposed to check on my loved one more often, and they did not. They are a bit short staffed. It's a nice place but we had concerns.
