[name removed] at the facility stayed in touch until we found the right apartment and was flexible and accommodating. The issue may not be cleanliness as much as the building being a little run down. Some new paint would go a long way. Also like on my moms 11th floor there's a place in the main hallway where someone seemed to drop bleach and it should be replaced. Everyone has been wonderful from management to maintenance to housekeeping . The quality of the meals vary depending on the day. Could stand some improvement here I think they're working on trying to build/improve the activities. Considering the condition of the building, I definitely would not be pleased with a price increase without some upgrades.

They are extremely nice people. I picked this community because you recommended it, and the price was right & my daughter and granddaughter inspected it and they approved.

We found The Gardens thru a PLACE FOR MOM. My mom has been happy living there when it was a 55 and older community, then became Holiday then Atrium. Things sure did change but always coming up with a great way for Senior Living. She was happy there for many years and became part of a wonderful family. We believe she was there for about 12 years. She was there with many staff changes and renovations but always happily. Thank you all for loving and caring for our Mom.

My mother lived at The Gardens for four years. Throughout those years, the resounding reason for her contentedness was the sincere care with which she was treated by both staff and fellow residents. Whether a simple, hello, how are you, or the settling of any particular issue, the staff was always warm, welcoming, and responsive. The community is joyful and authentically caring. The residents know and engage with one another. They look out for each other and keep each other in their hearts and prayers, especially if one is ill. The facilities are clean and welcoming. The maintenance director is top notch and fixes anything in a timely manner. Both the Chef and Activity Director are fun, approachable, listen and plan according to residents’ desires.The administrative staff is phenomenal.They truly listen, engage and problem solve. Each is always there to help or to simply convey their authentic appreciation of each individual.My mother loved living atThe Gardens.It was home and family.

I toured with Wyncote Place. The staff here is amazing. Many have been here for well over 10 years and several have placed family members here, which I think says a lot. They went out of their way to answer questions and check in with me even after I chose another place. The facility itself is in an old quirky castle like building . The common areas seem a little small and dark but it might not bother the residents. My biggest hesitation here was that I saw few people who seemed as functional as my relative. But I highly recommend this place for it's dedicated staff.

The first experience at TGAW was the feeling of being welcomed and accepted, specially at a difficult time. Moving from Florida, the first day we were staying, my husband did, but I was admitted to the Duke Hospital for 9 days before arriving at TGAW. Worried by all, I was later relieved knowing my husband had a very warm welcoming by the Staff, employees and residents at the TGAW. Also, a Resident Ambassador was assigned to him for orientation. When I arrived after being released from the Hospital, it was a similar pleasant experience for me too. During the short period of time we stayed, we enjoyed the environment and amenities of the facilities. We won’t forget the sharing with friends during meals at the dining room. Also, the members of the Staff and employees of the TGAW were like part of the family as well as professionals, each on their own role, most of them exceeding expectations. We are very grateful for the services received and will miss them all. We will keep in touch!

Our family had an in person tour with Amity Place and we thought the tour experience and the facility was great! However they were just not able to take our loved one due to her care level.

Our loved one is not require a lot of care, but what she did receive was great. Our loved one enjoyed most of the meals that the served the residents. Compared to the other facilities we visit before selecting the Gardens, we believe it was the best value for our price range. I really can't think of anything negative to say. The staff we interacted with were kind, caring & knowledgeable. I would, & have recommend the Gardens.

If you need a place for a loved one, Rolling Meadows Place is a good choice. Good staffing, and chef cooked meals. Based on our experience there, I would recommend it.

The staff is awesome and they really spoil the residents.

My dad moved here two weeks ago. HIs apartment is gorgeous with a nice balcony view. The staff is amazing and the community is like home. My dad has been suffering with dizziness and the staff brought him his food three times a day. It is such a comfort knowing he lives at The Gardens at Wakefield.

My sister has been a resident here for close to two years. Initially, I was concerned as it was further away from where I live than I wanted. However, once I visited the facility and noted its cleanliness and nice furnishings, I felt reassured it was the the right place for her. I have been reassured over and over again of this not only due to the facility itself. Indeed, the primary reason is due to the hearts of all the staff. Residents truly become part of an extended family with staff going above and beyond to show loving and kindness to the residents. I will be forever grateful to and for all of them.

My sister has been in mc for about 8 mos. I can't give the facility and staff enough praise and gratitude. When she went there she had some anger issues and refused to get out of bed! They have gotten her meds figured out and she smiles and is up an dressed every time I go to visit. I can't ask for anything more. The staff keeps me informed on her progress and when the Dr. changes anything. For the first time in along time I know I can rest assured she is safe and in good hands. VERY greatful for them

We are mostly pleased with Holiday Windlands South. Only wish they had more group activities for seniors, like art, singing songs, etc. That is the biggest disappointment. But folks are kind and pleasant. People sit around in rocking chairs watching jets take off from Nashville Airport nearby.

The staff at Wyncote Place are extremely professional and friendly. My mother, 97 years old, says that the food is good, and they keep her busy. The staff has gone out of their way to welcome my mother and cater to her specific needs.

We took a tour of Auburn Hill Senior Living when searching for a facility for our loved one. The facility was great! Our tour guide was great. The atmosphere, cleanliness, and friendliness all seemed very good as well. Ultimately, it came down to cost and location when we decided on a facility.

I have noticed over the past couple of months during my visits with my aunt that things have gotten much better. This is due to the new ED ([name removed]) and the changes she has made. My family and I are excited for my aunt as she appears much more at ease and happy. Management is involved everywhere I go in the building, it’s a breath of fresh air.

The property had everything I was looking for, and then some! [name removed], The manager, is absolutely phenomenal. She makes you feel right at home, from the moment you walk in! and most importantly, at ease with the transition. The residents are so caring and friendly unlike some of the communities we had visited. Her new neighbor, even put a welcome sign out in front of our door for my mom! I’m so relieved, knowing that I have my mother somewhere, she will be well HAPPY and well taken care of! A big thank you to [name removed], for going above and beyond and making this process as easy as possible.

My loved one lives at Vantage Pointe Village. The facility keeps me apprised of my loved one's condition and well being. I regularly visit at different times (I can access the facility 24/7) and have never observed anything that I considered to be problematic. The staff is kind, hard working, and knowledgeable. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

I would give each category a 5. The staff is so friendly and helps my mom so much. There are so many activities for her to attend. It is always clean and food is good and nutritious. They really work with families. It is also a very pleasant atmosphere.
