Our family had a really positive experience with The Reserve - the staff members were friendly, helpful, informative and seemed to really enjoy having us around and the genuinely cared for the residents. They had a lot of different activities going on every week - the activities coordinator [name removed] was just fantastic. He was there go to guy for everything, he really stayed involved with the residents and with the community. He has a special heart and we were blessed that our loved one was able to be apart of this community - the director on down were fantastic

WE absolutely loved The Gardens at Cuyahoga Falls. Everyone was very caring and kind whether it was [name removed] who introduced us to the facility and then once we made the decision the administrative office staff was great. The facility itself was not fancy (but that is what we liked). It was very clean and homey and there was no smell to it. We had a wonderful experience and my mom really enjoyed it. Our family would highly recommend The Gardens.

The community offers a lot of activities and engagement which is exactly what my client was looking for. The pricing is very good especially for all the amenities they offer. Would highly recommend this community!

Every month we hold a special event for the residents and staff. The staff members are extremely kind and caring. All of the residents appear to be happy and well-adjusted to their environment. From the moment you enter the lobby you get a sense of peace and joyfulness. It is easy to see why others want to call The Gardens "HOME!"

I am happy with our experience. The community has been good at making this the best transition for my loved one and family, during a difficult a time. It may not be the newest or fanciest, but overall the people that work here have tried to assist my loved one in getting settled into the community and taking care of them. The staff communication with the family is very good. The community provides lots of activities for the residents to participate in.

The Senior Network provides a program monthly at The Gardens. Everything is neat and clean. Staff, especially the sales community manager, is very friendly and helpful. There is a good attendance at the event.

W.P. has not only become my father's home now, it has become our home centered around the family of dedicated, skilled, caring nursing assistants, licensed nurses, enrichment coordinators, therapists, housekeepers, doctors, maintenance technicians, community relations and center director. Their passion and compassion are evident in their interactions with residents, as well as with family members, demonstrating that they care and it is a privilege, as well as a responsibility, to ensure the physical, health, safety, and well-being of each and every resident with their unique needs and personalities. I cannot say enough good things about their patience and experience my father is receiving. I congratulate the center on their 2022 award in U.S. News and World Report as one of the Best Senior Living Memory Care Centers. Congratulations, Director [name removed] and Wyncote team family for providing the highest value of care for my father and other residents.

The staff and administration are really great to work with. If there is an issue that arises they are really good at responding to the family and the situation. The staff communication is wonderful with the family, they send emails and updates about the community to us. The food is really good here for my loved one.

The staff is very accommodating - I text them and set up facetime calls and am able to see my mom and talk to her and they manage the whole thing. My sister is the same way, she just calls and asks them to set it up and it's done. They have done so many nice things for us and really help out, they are awesome and I appreciate it especially since I live so far away. I would absolutely recommend The Reserve at Citrus.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The food is very good for my loved one and my family has had a chance to eat with our loved one here. There are lots of activities for the residents to participate in. The staff communication could be a bit better in responding to questions or concerns the family has. There is a small number of staff for the community.

We toured Maiden Creek Place while looking for a place for my mother. It is the smallest place that we looked at which would be good for Mom. She would feel overwhelmed in a large place. The staff was friendly and the residents were engaged in activities. We happened to see someone that we know while she was visiting her sister; she said that they take good care of her sister.

My mother has severe dementia and has pretty much lost communication abilities. But [name removed] and her aides have gotten Mom to participate in many more activities than I was able to get her to do when she lived with me! She is well cared for and seems comfortable-not sure she can express happiness anymore. [Name removed] sends pictures of her smiling, doing exercises, coloring, etc.

It has been difficult but they were kind and helpful. The community looks and SMELLS clean. All of the staff members have been sweet, kind and cheerful. The care services have been so far so good. We have not seen breakfast but lunch and dinner usually look and smell good. Because of our loved ones blindness my mother can't do some of the things but they try to include everyone in some way. Very cheerful and positive. We have nothing to compare it to, it's all expensive but it is well staffed and she gets a lot of attention and needs a lot of helps so I believe it is money well spent. It is now under new ownership and they say very few things will change except for updates, new paint, flooring, etc. But that remains to be seen.

From the administration to the nursing assistants to the receptionists - everybody has been helpful, friendly, pleasant, and accommodating. They also seem to be good at diffusing agitation, which is common with dementia patients. They had a calming effect on my dad from the start when he moved in. They took the time to learn things from our family about what he liked, and would use those in their interactions with him to make him feel comfortable. We've ben very happy with the care there. Its a little bit pricey, but I think you get what you pay for.

I absolutely LOVED Auburn hill and would move to this facility myself. It is beautiful and they gave us a wonderful tour experience. Unfortunately it was too expensive for our budget otherwise it would have been our first choice.

The Rutherford is not a huge community and they really helped us with the transition, we really appreciated all of their help. Everything about this community is positive and for everything they have done for our loved one and family so far it is a great value. We do have one little thing and that is sometimes they don't return calls quick enough but we do understand just how busy they are

The friendliness of the staff really stood out to us - they have absolutely been wonderful and based on the experience we have so far we would absolutely recommend The Gardens to other families

My parents lived in a 55+ community in Ocala FL for 30 years. Health issues were becoming more apparent so my 3 siblings and I decided they needed to move close to one of us. NJ was too cold for them and so we got them to NC where I live. I toured 6 facilities in a two week span, making a chart of pros and cons for each. Gardens was #1 on my list because of the Sales Representative [name removed] and the entire staff. When they got to NC the plan was to see all 6 facilities. Gardens at Wakefield being the first. They had no idea which I liked best. We went to the 2nd of 6 and as soon as they finished that tour my dad said "we want Gardens at Wakefield". That was that. They are very happy at Gardens and are making friends. The staff goes out of their way to make them and other residents very comfortable. I would recommend your facility to anyone looking for an Independent Living home.
