This is a good place to go. I liked the staff and they were very friendly and helpful. It is expensive, but it is what you pay for. We were pleased with having our friend in the community. There were three meals a day and snacks available. The cafeteria was open. The meals were delivered to the resident's rooms.

They are very accommodating and friendly. They got in touch with us quickly during the admissions process. I would say the only problem is if you're not available during the day because you work, it's hard to find a time to talk with them. But my mom seems really happy there, which is a real plus.

Everything that I have seen, I have liked. The staff have been helpful, kind, and friendly. When I asked different residents about their experience, the responses were consistently positive. I feel my loved one is doing well and the staff are good at redirecting my loved one when needed. They have options for meals for the residents to choose from. There are activities for the residents to participate in as well.

My mom is very happy here. She even calls it home when we take her somewhere-she states she is going home when we return her. She feels staff are very attentive and take good care of her. She is very complimentary of the menu servings and choices.

We had a great experience with The Gardens at Cuyahoga Falls. The staff were all very informative, they knew the business well, and everyone was just overall super friendly and kind. I would definitely recommend them to others looking.

I would rate the community 85-90 out of 100. The rooms are nice & the staff is always helpful.

Not enough nurses. More food on the plate. Cleaning needs to be a little better. It feels like home. I appreciate everything they do to make me comfortable.

Kanawha Place is excellent. I like everything about it.

The facility is excellent. I feel comfortable, safe, and loved.

Overall pleased. Has been difficulty maintaining adequate staff but this is COVID related. Rooms are nice. Kept clean. Food is good. Daily activities. [name removed] the nurse has been very helpful with my mother.

Staff is available and willing to help.

Wyncote Place is a warm and welcoming home-like facility that provides superb care and social activity for my dearly loved one. Since my loved one can not be at home I am happy that they are at Wyncote Place where it feels like home.

Willowbrook Place looks like an upscale hotel, right when you walk inside it is calm and happy. The women who runs it [name removed] and the intake gal [name removed] are just lovely and really fought to get our loved one moved in. It is not a medical place - you can have medical problems but it is not for skilled nursing. We are not allowing in the dining hall right now just due to the covid restrictions, but when we do come to visit the meals overall are quite good but occasionally they can vary. There are a ton a different activities for all the in house residents. They have happy hours, exercise classes, movie nights, holidays parties and religious services. They have the rosary and church services every day. This is just the right place for her and we would absolutely recommend them to other families.

Milford Place has more than exceeded my family’s expectations for providing care for our mother. Placing a loved one in the care of others is a difficult and emotional experience for all involved. Our concern was to ensure mom a safe, comfortable, caring professionally run and staffed facility. Her safety, well being and contentment being of the utmost importance. Milford place excels with providing this and more. It is clearly apparent that mom is in receiving wonderful care. . She is treated with respect and kindness. The entire staff is to be commended. Our family has been and remains extremely satisfied with all aspects of Milford Place.

My aunt entered residence at Amity Place directly after discharge from a hospital. She was weak, unable to get up or around on her own, having memory issues, and in addition was grieving the sudden death of her sister that same week. The staff was welcoming and kind and did so much to help my aunt and our family through a rough time. Within a week she was remarkably improved, eating well, participating in activities, conversing with others and getting stronger and more able to help herself. We credit this amazing transformation on the care and interaction she is receiving in a tranquil and homey atmosphere.

I've been really pleased. The staff is very supportive. They really listen to what I'm saying. Even the person at the front desk is always doing little things to help. And everybody makes sure that my mom is well cared for. There are plenty of activities - news and exercises in the mornings, and in the afternoons they have things like word games, balloon volleyball, cornhole. They even have happy hour on Friday afternoons. It's a great place overall. I wish they had a weekly activity sheet and menu online for families to see.

We had a very good experience with Rolling Meadows Place. The facility is nice and clean. The care was fine, although I think they're understaffed. There were times I couldn't get ahold of anybody. And one time when I called, a resident answered the phone because it was ringing so many times.

Me and my family looked at quite a few Independent living apartments for our mom and we all, including our mom, chose The Gardens at Wakefield! The apartments are spacious, the residents and staff are very friendly and helpful. My mom loves the outdoors so she loves having a balcony. She has a full kitchen including a washer and dryer which you normally do not find. Housekeeping comes around once a week. They have a chef on duty for all their 3 meals they are served daily. The location is great as my mom is only 15 minutes away from me and centrally located to shopping, etc. They have many activities daily that the residents can participate in. When looking for independent living apartments I would strongly suggest you check The Gardens at Wakefield out!

My Father was very nervous about changing from his house of 30+ years to Gardens of Wakefield. However, after only a month he was very settled and thankful for the move. This community is absolutely perfect for him in every way. The food is outstanding and the wide range of activities offered is beyond what I thought was possible. He is never bored and has made friends with the residents as well as the wonderful supportive staff. I can't thank them enough for the service they provide. I can't give a better recommendation!

My loved one had been in here since [date removed] and everyone has been helpful and friendly and they go out of the way to help you any way that they can. They have a wonderful activity program and the food smells really good. Overall I think that this is a good place and they make sure that they get them involved in the activities and the director always has something going on for the residents. They have activities that are listed on the calendar and they have a movie theater, bingo, crafts and more for the residents to do.
