The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is very good and the chef has been for many years. The communication between the staff and family is very good. They keep us updated and informed. I would recommend this community to others

I think it's a nice community. It's a little difficult to come and go. I often have to make u-turn and circle back around because I can't make a left turn where I need to. The staff is friendly, and the place is neat and clean inside. We're very happy. When you come for a visit, the front staff is very friendly, and they don't make you feel like a criminal when taking your temperature and checking you in. They provide 3 meals a day. Our loved one reports that the food is a little bland, not seasoned well and not enough salt. But we can understand why salt would be reduced for health reasons. Our loved one absolutely loves the weekly church service. And we love that they treat every one nicely and with respect, and don't talk down to you like you're a 3-year old just because you're a senior.

If your loved one is in a tough financial situation, this is an excellent affordable option. The staff are very tolerant and patient. They don't bother me for every little thing, but they do call me for the important things. They know very well when to step in and when not to. The communication from the general manager is very good - he checks in with the residents and families on a weekly basis. He's been very communicative and informative on the whole vaccination process. I trust him a lot, and he's a great person for that job. The common areas are very clean, and they clean the apartments once a week. Activities are a little curtailed due to Coronavirus, but they do provide a weekly activities schedule for residents. We had to move in on really short notice, and I was connected with many communities. Forsyth Court was by far the best one. They waited after hours for me to arrive, and went way above and beyond.

It's a very good place, run very well. The staff is great. nothing is perfect, no matter where you go, but this was an incredible move. The staff really make this place. The cleaning person who also delivers the meals is mediocre, but everyone else is great. A Place For Mom sent me here, and I would have bene lost without them.

I chose Sky Peaks because they allow smoking here. The apartment sizes here are good it has been a good experience so far and I would recommend them to others looking.

Our loved one is happy at The Manor at Woodside so that means we are happy as well. The facility is clean, she says the food is good, and the staff members have been great.

Our experience has been good, the staff members are cooperative, we have had no complaints they are amazing. They do a great job keeping the community clean. From what we have seen of the meals they look to be nutritious and well thought out. They do have some activities like bingo, puzzle and a hair stylist. We do think it is a good value.

The communication is very good between the community and the family. We receive email updates all the time. I would recommend this community to others

We chose Rock Creek because I talked with the director and he was so thorough and described everything to us. It is also in a convenient location to me and it is also within walking distance from everything that he likes to do. My cousin who lives here said the food is great, it is very good quality meals. They also bring around mid-morning and mid-afternoon snack carts so they get that option. They provide a lot of activities here and he is actually participating in them because of where the lobby is. It is a really great place and I would definitely recommend to others looking, especially for the value.

The community is kept clean and the staff members are very friendly. The meals and dining service here is very good, and the activities they offer are very good.

We would absolutely recommend this community to others

We chose Primrose Chateau because we knew someone who had previously been here and had a good experience. The apartment sizes here are perfect. Overall, it has been good experience and I would recommend.

Overall we are very happy, and the activities are very limited because of the covid restriction.

It has been a good experience so far with Genesee Gardens. We chose this facility because of the value for the money and it was a very nice place. It included all utilities and even cable, so the only thing you have to pay for is your phone. One thing I am disappointed in is that they said they would have a bus available to take residents different places, but because of covid they hardly run at all. They go to doctors 10 miles from the facility, but only Tuesday and Thursday, so we have to make special trips more frequently than we thought we would have to. Overall, I would definitely recommend to others looking.

It is working out well for us. They have done a good job at keeping the virus out of the community. They have been able to get vaccines for some residents. My loved one seems comfortable in Niagara Village. He likes the housekeeping staff.

We have great activities and we really like this community. We take off each other and this is a really close community. I would recommend this community to others. The staff is wonderful, nice, and friendly.

Please come and let me recommend Hartland Hills. Everything is open that seems more like an atrium. You can enter from any side. The rooms are bigger than some other communities in the area. All meals are available for residents. You have the option of entering in the dining room or have the food delivered due to the pandemic. There are no laundry facilitates in the apartment, but they are down the hall and free. The sprinkler system is good. No electric hook-up for any electric car. The grounds are nice, and have the ability to walk the grounds.

We chose Greenwood Terrace because of the convenient location and it was a great value for the money. For the level of care she needed which is not a lot, it was the best option for us. My mom is in a studio apartment and it is ok for her needs, she is disappointed that it only has a kitchenette and not a full kitchen. Overall, I would definitely recommend them.

My favorite part about living here is walking around the lake. I enjoy all the natural light and they take care of everything here.

Greenwood Terrace was great! We had no issues with them, they did everything they could for my mom, but she ended up needing some more care. I would recommend them to others who are looking.
