I am so happy to be living at Pinegate. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They have handled Covid very well keeping residents safe and well cared for. I highly recommend Pinegate Retirement Community.

The staff is amazing. Due to the pandemic my friend hasn't been able to meet any other residents. I would want to go to The Chateau if I needed a place in the future. The staff is very supportive of my friend and other residents. I would recommend The Chateau to anyone.

I chose Rock Creek because they worked with me on the price and they also helped me move. I am in studio and it is spacious. My favorite part about the community so far has been the people that clean the rooms are amazing, they do great at their job. They have a whole bunch of activities here. I would absolutely recommend, it is a great place to live.

The staff is amazing. Not many people have our view, our location is wonderful. I love having the lake to walk around. We love our neighbors and enjoy being able to be independent.

Love the safety and security. I love my beautiful apartment. I especially love the staff because they are always so nice and so helpful. This is the nicest one in town.

I would say Forest Pines is a wonderful place for an independent senior. The community is friendly, and responsive. This has been a good experience for me, seeing my mother in the community. My mom loves the food. The meals are balanced for residents.

Very nice people. Lots of activities. i always knew I wanted to be at Hidden Lakes. The staff is very caring. Residents are easy to talk to. Warm and friendly atmosphere.

The friendliness of the people who worked at this community really stood out to us, and it just had a very homey and comfortable feeling to our loved one which was important. Our loved one hasn't said to much about the food, but from our understanding it is fine. She did say during quarantine, they would bring the three meals to their rooms along with two extra snacks, so during that time it was just a little to much food. Her room has plenty of space and is just a perfect fit for her,

My father, [name remove] has lived here for the past few years. It is a lovely facility and I feel that he is very safe and happy. The food is AMAZING, the weekly cleanings are so helpful for a guy in his 90s that likes to spend his free time enjoying life. The staff is so nice and friendly. I highly recommend this place for your loved ones.

My mother lived at The Springs of Escondido two years ago and absolutely loved it! She needed to move to a memory care community recently but we always knew she was safe and happy at the Springs.

The community is very good for my brother. My loved one is very energetic compared to his prior place. I would recommend this community to others.

Our visit to Hidden Lakes Retirement Community was very pleasant, informative, and welcoming, we felt like part of the Hidden Lakes community before the tour was done. Everyone, employees and members, all, appeared to be very happy in their environment. We are very much looking forward to making Hidden Lakes our new home. We also would like to thank [name removed] for her time, knowledge, and warmth during our tour and for being available any time of the day to help facilitate the move to our new home

I found all encounters with employees at Hidden Lakes to be very pleasant and helpful. I found [name removed] to be very helpful and knowledgeable about the Hidden Lakes facility which made the decision to make Hidden Lake our new home an easy decision! [name removed] answered all of our questions without hesitation, as well as helping with many moving arrangements . We are very excited about our new home and we are very anxious to meet many more of the wonderful people living and working at Hidden Lakes.

A top notch community in Salem!

I love how big the community is. I love the staff, all of the residents are so friendly. We have been here 7 years and plan to be here for many more! All of the amenities like activities and transportation is so nice to have. if you link Bingo, this is the place for you!

My father has been here as a resident nearly 3 years now. The staff is friendly and very caring and the facility is clean and beautiful. My father especially loves walking around the lake several times a day and chatting with the friends he’s made. You can’t even see the lake from the street because it’s situated behind the main building but it’s a picturesque setting. I gave them four stars on activities but that’s not their fault, that’s the fault of the pandemic… Just saying. Aside from that, my father seems happy here and I am grateful for that.

The entire staff seems to really love the community of residents! They go our of their way to be helpful, supportive, and keeping them safe.

Thank you for hanging in all of these difficult days. I appreciate that you can show up every day to help us--and I realize that you have fears and responsibilities away from hear. Many days it feels like there's not end to this--but there will be. Keep smiling--it helps brighten my day!!

I've been around here for a long time, and I have to say this by far the hardest working staff I've ever seen! You're not perfect, but who cares...thanks to your caring and dedication, we will get through this together. Thank you for all you do for us and I look forward to hopefully getting back to normal!
