We chose Hartland Hills because my mother in law was here also so we knew what it was like. They also had a room available when we needed it. They have various sizes of rooms but his is adequate for his needs. The food here is incredible, they have a very nice dining room and a menu that has good variety. I would absolutely recommend to others.

The community has room service, and make sure the rugs are cleaned each week. The community does allow some assisted living residents in the area due to them being at the community so long. Most of the residents are independent in the community. We are starting to get back to the dining room. The food would was being delivered to our rooms. There was a menu for us to choose from and it is picked up every Friday night. We are able to speak to the chef. The chef is willing to work with the residents for the dietary restrictions and preferences. They did have a van that would run from 9 am to 1 pm to take residents shopping or to doctor appointments and outings. There is a beauty salon on site to assist residents needs.

We chose Rock Creek because of the staff members, the happiness of the residents who were already living there, price, and location. The apartments here are very nice, they also have choices for different sizes. They all have balconies as well. The best part about this community has been the caring nature of the staff members, especially the manager and his wife. He was out at every meal visiting and mingling with residents. He remembers everyone's name, even family members, I would highly recommend this community.

Everything was great until the end. The activity director was amazing and does all she can to keep the residence engaged. When my father passed away they tried to charge us for an additional month due to saying they needed a 30-day notice.

We chose Briarcrest Estates because of the location, it was close to family as well as the affordability. The apartment sizes here were wonderful, we were very impressed with the size. The food was excellent and my mom loved it, they were chef prepared meals off a menu with variety. The chef would come around and talk to the residents and knew everybody by name. The activities directors here were incredible with the residents and always keeping people active and busy. I would definitely recommend.

This has been a great experience for us. The management and experience in this building has been great. The director, Janet, that runs the community is excellent. The nurses are always available for any questions. They will even call when there is an issues we need to get involved with, with our loved one.

I love living here. I feel safe and secure. The food is good. The best part is, I don't have to shop, cook or clean. I have many friends here. My son does not have to worry about me.

Looking for the future and the staff was so nice that when the time is right I will move here.

My mother has lived at Golden Oaks for almost two years. She loves it. It's the best decision we could have made.

As we know, this has been a very difficult year in this pandemic. But I want to give a big shout-out to our staff who has worked tirelessly to keep all of us safe and happy. They have delivered meals to us three times a day, our daily newspaper, our mail, coffee, snacks, and other things that help to keep our mind alert and happy. Their attitudes have been positive in every way. The times of lockdown have prevented us from being carriers of the virus to our families and are grateful to each staff person. It is a joy to live here in peace and security.

This place is great! The people, the food, and the service is wonderful here! I'm very happy with everything.

Very nice people. Lots of activities. I always knew I wanted to be at Hidden Lakes. The staff is very caring. Residents are easy to talk to. Warm and friendly atmosphere.

I love all the management team. I've seen a lot of other teams, but I love everyone here.

I absolutely LOVE visiting at Hidden Lakes! As an outside vendor, I get to visit many communities. No other place gives you the beautiful view and happy family feel better than Hidden Lakes. They truly understand and embody the word "community".

Impressed with friendly and helpful staff and residents when I first moved. I look forward to when i can ease myself into activities and when virus restrictions are eased. Visually pleasing- especially holiday decorations.

Beautiful surroundings. Convenient to town. No complaints about the food. Come and go as you please. The people here really do care about us. I've lived here for three years and don't plan on going anywhere.

6 years ago I never dreamed of being here. It takes a lot off from being a homeowner. Good, wonderful community. Lots of time to read. when you get right down to it, it's a carefree life.
