Cedar Ridge is a wonderful place to call home The staff is awesome. [name removed] is our manager and is wonderful. During the pandemic he has strived every minute to keep the residents safe. The management team also includes Tee who can be seen helping a resident and staying late to accommodate their needs , [name removed] who works tirelessly and everyone loves her so much and always lends a helping hand and [name removed] our activity director. She is so caring and is constantly thinking of ways to entertain us and comes up with special games and activities while maintaining social distancing which can be very challenging She is indeed a GEM. All these wonderful people are amazing and truly are a blessing to each and every resident. God bless them. They are our HEROES

Next month it will be 9 years, that my mom has lived at Hartland Hills. My mother and I have nothing but good things to say about Hartland Hills. The managers are great!!!!! They keep me informed with my mom. If my mom or I ever had a problem, it was immediately addressed!! Food is good! They get quite enough food to eat, throughout the day. I cannot thank Hartland managers enough for all they do for my mom!!!!! Thank you!!! You all are a blessing!!!!!!!!

The staff at BBE has been outstanding. My mom loves every one of them. They have been kind and generous to her. She has a beautiful home there and cannot imagine herself anywhere else.

Excellent through the pandemic and during my 5 years here. Our present GM is the best so far.

While looking for a place for my mother 2 years ago i found Birch Heights to have a very homey friendly environment. And since my mother moved in I have found that that same attitude persists. Also the attempt to invite families to share different occasions with their loved ones

[name removed] loves her residents and she will go out of her way to help them and their families we are a really lucky bunch to have her in our cornor

The Indigo Pines staff continually goes above and beyond especially during these unprecedented times, it is much appreciated. Thanks for taking care of my Mom ([name removed]).

I especially appreciate their ability to keep my father safe during this health crises.

I am very pleased with the staff at Cedar Ridge. They are always friendly, attentive, helpful and sincere about taking care of their residents, our loved ones. I have always been treated with great respect, as well as my Mom. It is a relief to me to know my Mom is in their great care. Also, I love the activities they have to keep everyone alert, connected and having fun, while keeping the up most safety of everyone in mind. Cedar Ridge has been a godsend for our family. I want to thank everyone who was there to help make my mom's 100 birthday special, especially [names removed]. Things changed every day and they were terrific with handling everything. I appreciate the phone updates letting me know how Willow Gardens is dealing with the pandemic. I feel Willow Gardens is the safest place for my mom to be! My only criticism would be the quality of the delivered meals. I'm assuming that it is due to limited staffing and resources during covid & will hopefully improve! I think Willow Gardens staff have the hearts of everyone their in mind when making decisions. Thank you!

I am grateful for the team at Forest Pines who personally care for and care about my Mom. The handling of the safety of residents during COVID-19 has been exceptional. Protocols have been put in place immediately as needed, and the concern for the residents’ emotional and mental well-being has matched meeting the physical needs and safety of everyone. Communication to residents and their families has been outstanding. Thank you FP staff for all that you do! Mom and I appreciated each and everyone of you!??

Redbud has done a wonderful job during this pandemic — responded quickly to the changing conditions to keep my Dad safe. I am very grateful.

First, let me say having my mother and her sister in there and knowing they are safe from the virus is monumental in peace of mind for me and my family. I think the fact that there have been minimal exposures in the community speaks volumes for the staff and how their residents are cared for. My mother is very active physically and all of the activities that were previously offered were all activities that she participated in and always looked forward to. She is someone that likes to constantly stay active and be involved. Of course with the pandemic upon us, those were forced to be cut back but any little offerings that have popped back up to be available when possible, she was there. I've been nothing but pleased with the care that both my mother and her sister have received since the moment they took up residence there. Thank you to all that help to keep our loved ones safe and healthy.

What a great achievement keeping the virus out of bluebird the staff is incredible ??

Echo Ridge has the best staff! [name removed], the bus driver for Echo Ridge, is always willing to accommodate the residents’ appointments and errands—and she always does it with a smile! [name removed], a member of the housekeeping staff at Echo Ridge, is the very best! She works so hard to make sure the residents’ needs are taken care of. We could not ask for better caregivers for our mother than these two wonderful women.

Thank you to all staff. You all cater to my mom no matter what the circumstances. You are always there for me when I call with crazy requests. During this horrific time, you work at keeping everyone engaged and healthy. You are quick to inform us if any changes. You are accommodating. You are all fantastic! [names removed] to name a few. Thank you so much!!
