[name removed] is housekeeper, meal server and seemingly jack of all trades for me and 29 others on my floor. She is always cheerful and most helpful. She even won over my cat who disdained most humans. Thanks to her for all she does for us.

I have enjoyed my stay, the Staff is very Friendly and sincere and always willing to help with problems. When I arrived the food and service was excellent but as the CORONA 19 progressed and was delivered to the rooms, food became below average.

I just want to thank the staff here at Bridge Park for keeping us safe. They go home every night and have sacrificed to kept them selves safe so they don’t bring in the virus. Staff remains to be upbeat and very friendly. Always a treat to greet them as they deliver meals, snack, housekeeping and providing activities. Will miss [name removed] who has done outstanding job managing all of this. Thanks again

Willow Gardens is a very lovely facility. I have been here over a year, and have enjoyed every day. Even with the lockdowns, the staff does a wonderful job of making sure the residents are well cared for. I am so thankful to be a resident here.

The entire staff is wonderful, friendly and professional. During the Covid19 pandemic, all are proactive and strive toward making safety a priority. The available care services provide practical and compassionate assistance. The common areas are always clean and residents are eager to participate in social activities. My Mother has a safe and caring place to call home. Overall, I am confident that the services provided are proportional to the value.

A shout out and a loud THANK YOU to all staff and caregivers. Living here with your wonderful service and so many wonderful friends us making my "declining years" as special as I could ever wish!

I have received nothing but very curtesy from any of the staff. I love living here. [name removed] keeps us all busy with events and things to do. Since the Clovis virus came the staff kept us safe. We had no cases of the virus in this facility. That to me says a lot. I do not think you will find a better place for the price.

The staff here are great. They care and put an effort in to making residents happy. The last couple of months has added to their stress, because of Covid, but they are always cheerful and accommodating.

I am very grateful for the new way you package food now. Everyone on the staff is helpful and all seems good thus far we’ve all gotten thru the numerous lockdowns, the Two blackouts and the generator and the two fire alarm problems just fine, I’m working on my own in my room in projects, reading, composing, practicing a lot, and have friends and family outside of the Regent. And I practice safety measures at all times when I DO go out, so I’m in good shape. So, I thank you for continuing to run the Regent very well.

Everyone is very kind,fun, and very accommodating to all of my needs.

As of [date removed], my wife and I have been at Peninsula retirement in Gig Harbor WA for 2 years. All things considered, we can’t imagine being anywhere else. The staff has taken very good care of us and we love and appreciate them all. The food can be an issue, but the kitchen staff tries very hard and we’ve seen improvement. The service delivered to our door has been prompt and caring. Our activities director works very hard to keep everyone positive and active. The location and atmosphere here is superb, quiet and yet close to everything we need.

The staff is really great and I have a good time. I love living here. Friendly people.

Our Staff has knocked themselves out trying to make the situation as best as it can be. They are well trained and as friendly as they can be. I am constantly impressed with our staff. The Food has really let us down however. Edgewood Downs could thrive with a cook who has an idea of nutrition for Seniors. Our diet is high sugar, carb and full of high cholesterol. Tasty meals can be made without such a high level of unhealthy meals. Many residents are Diabetic or have High BP and heart problems. This is my suggestion for am improvement that could keep people here longer. We praise our Staff otherwise.

The staff here is outstanding from management all A across to maintenance the staff that I come into contact with, food deliveries, and housekeeping, are tactful, friendly, cheerful,helpful, and always mindful of our well-being. This pandemic has added extra work for all personnel, yet they are doing a yoman’s job cheerfully. Harveston Chateau is our Happy Place and we feel blessed and privileged to live in this community

I wouldn't want to live anywhere else!

I loved my year at Devonshire. There are interesting, talented residents; a capable and considerate staff; good and varied music and entertainment; and for those interested in traveling there is the bonus of staying free at other Holiday Retirement Communities around the U.S. I visited my granddaughter at college in California and stayed in a large apartment with meals and free shuttles to campus and shopping.

They have a wide a wide range of of activities available for the seniors but during COVID activities are limited. We chose this community because the cleanliness of the facility, friendliness of the staff, and the the amount of activities that were not offered at other facilities that we visited. The food is actually good, I have eaten there many times as a guest. I would recommend this community to other families.
