We are all healthy here! That is because we have been cared for so well during this difficult time. I appreciate the effort made by our kitchen staff who prepare our meals and the servers who bring our meals to us and those who clean our apts. The managers have made the right decisions for our daily lives to protect us from this terrible virus. Thank you!

"Heroes work here" Apply to all the staff at Village Gate! Hurricanes, snowstorms, a pandemic, sunny days. The priority is to provide a safe environment, complete with all the necessities to ensure the residents they have chosen a caring place to call home!

I've been searching for an assisted living facility for about 2 years and I'm so happy I chose Village Gate. The people who work here are just wonderful. The food is great and the facility is nice and clean. There is no doubt in my mind that I made the right choice.

This friendly staff and management make this an enjoyable place! 5 years. Our chef and culinary team continue to delight us with flavor and flair. In our honest opinion, the chef deserves 5 stars. And the Covid 19 service, sanitation is aggressively thorough!

We love Rock Creek! The staff is so caring and helpful.

From our understanding this community is pretty clean, and from what we have seen the care services are also good. The layout is pretty nice, as well as the apartments they have. It is a pretty good setup for our in laws. the food varies from time to time. They have several different chefs so it just depends on who is cooking that day.

Nice place. Run well. Employees really seem to care. My dad really enjoyed his time at Golden Oaks. He always said he wished he had made the move sooner.

I found this place on google and immediately emailed them. [name removed] has been fantastic helping me with my aunt and getting her moved in. My aunt is really excited about her move to this location! Everyone is extremely helpful and caring!

I have loved having my mother live near me. She enjoys living here and feels she is lucky to be here. We have both been pleased and as long as she is happy, I'm happy. The employees are very friendly.

We have been pleased with the management and staff. They are friendly, courteous, and efficient in making all the changes that were necessary during the Covid lockdown. We thought this would be temporary but we are in our 80s with failing health we will probably stay.

We looked around at several places and we were most impressed with Golden Oaks from the outside and the feel when you walk in. All of the staff members here are very friendly. From the management down to the cleaning ladies. They are doing great with activities even with COVID, they have yoga in the hallways, movies, concerts outside, etc. The room sizes here are very good, they have a 2 bedroom 2 bath it is beautiful. They have a balcony as well. My favorite part about the community so far has been the friendliness and genuine interest of the staff members in getting to know the residents and the residents family.

I am relatively new to the communities and came early in the COVID restrictions. This place is serious about precautions, which I appreciate. Staff members and other residents are friendly and helpful. The building is well maintained and comfortable, and feels safe. There is enough flexibility in the menu to choose meals I enjoy, and a wide variety of foods offered. I just began participating in activities and have enjoyed meeting like-minded people.

My dad has lived at Rock Creek for a few years and is quite happy there. The staff have been supportive of his needs and gone beyond what was required on more than one occasion. I have also been impressed with how the staff have implemented the Covid lockdown requirements and tried to maintain quality of life for the residents during this time.
