My mother in law was at the manor. The staff was wonderful. They went out of their way to be sure she was ok and that she was getting out of her room when she was feeling down. I was always surprised how well the staff knew little things about her and seemed to truly care about her well being even during her most trying times. The room was always clean as is the entire place. The manager [name removed] , who was my introduction to the manor, was an ever present friendly face and reassuring word. You can tell he loves his job and the residents definitely love him. He is a great asset! The additional care she received from aides and nurses was excellent, in particular her aide [name removed] who really took a special interest in her and was so helpful to me. I appreciate the manor and would definitely recommend it!!

My husband and I were looking into senior community for my second aunt and her husband. After visiting few places we were not satisfied with what we saw, it was very frustrating for us. Someone at Lutheran Care Nursing home asked us to visit Manor at Woodside in Poughkeepsie NY. We went to visit without getting exited, we didn’t know what to expect after going through some communities. At our arrival sales person was very friendly and Knowledgeable, he carefully listened to our needs and then showed us how our Aunt and her husband will thrive out there. People were very friendly, we didn’t see a lot of furniture in the common areas but we were told that it was because of the pandemic, so they can keep social distance. After 45 minutes we agreed this is the place for them.

Staff very nice and considerate. Very clean and organized. Meals are always good and have options to choose from. Management cares about resident and their safety.

I came to Manor at Woodside with our family, trying to find a place where my Aunt would have a better quality of life. She was discouraged, lonely and almost giving up after coming out of a rehab in the area. Went and met with the sales person at the manor, he showed us around. Pleace was clean and well kept, even though there were a few spots that need some care but he told us they were under some remodeling and the pandemic set them back, but residents were happy, they even say hi to us and we were very pleased. Staff seems on point, so we have decided that manor was that place we were looking for. She moved in few weeks ago and she is very happy.

My wife is a resident of the Springs, Escondido. Place is always clean and well maintained. [names removed] are great managers and staff are very friendly. Food and beauty shop services too. Great place-my wife likes it very much. -been there 10 months now.

My mother lives at The Springs of Escondido and loves it! The staff has been there for a long time and are very caring and friendly. After things opened up in July, they have begun adding all of the activities, concerts, etc. back so residents are getting outside and enjoying the community (and each other) more and more. I highly recommend this community for anyone wanting a hassle-free life with people who care surrounding you.

Hi, I am a friend of a family that recently moved in at Manor at Woodside. Residents here seems very happy. My friend’s aunt always was complaining she was lonely at home and now she has friends and for our surprise she is going to activities. Place is clean and the staff is awesome. Food can be improved a little bit but over all I will say this is a place I would like to be when I get old.

Fleming Point has been super at protecting us from the COVID. We are all safe!! This is a great community for those who don't like to cook anymore. Good Food!! I'm looking forward to having the dining room fully open like it was post virus. It is great having choices in Hot Meals. Super for finances to have food and housekeeping included in the rent. Activities are good but could be more geared to those without cognitive impairment. A work in progress. This is a great place to be..

So much to do, walk around the beautiful lake, inside and out activities daily. The management have done an amazing job keeping us all well from the Covid virus. Management are always willing to listen, very funny at times and always helpful when needed. The chef here delivers a nice array of good food! I've met many new friends here and can truly say I enjoy living here with this big family.

When I moved here over 4 years ago, I adjusted to community living. My daughter and family about 6 mi away. I would give it a good rating (at that time). Since the virus, Covid-19 our world changed here, and rightly so. Outside activities ceased and I had to rely on my daughter to meet my needs that would have been met otherwise. However, at age 93 I feel safe and secure. Our managers are great!

I've lived here for 5 years and I love everything about Golden Oaks. The staff is wonderful and gives the best hugs and good mornings. They have become family and have done great keeping me safe during Covid-19. I can't wait for hugs again and smiles with no mask.

The general manager took her time explaining the "aging in place" process and took her time in answering questions and the follow up was great! The place was very clean and screening protocol was quick and easy. My father is a wanderer so it was not a good nit but was definitely a great place.

Great staff at front desk. The entire place was extremely clean and well presented. The manager has very good communication skills and helpful. She followed up and went alone to answer our questions. Yummy cookies too.

I am a resident at Fleming Point and have been for over 5 years. The GM and staff there are very attentive to our needs. All of the staff there go above and beyond and make it feel like your home. We have been safe and well taken care of when the COVID broke out. I think of Fleming Point as my home and I have made many friends here. I came from another facility to this community and I don't regret one day of it. Even when people call to solicit other places I tell them up front that I wouldn't move for the world.

I am so happy to be living at Pinegate. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They have handled Covid very well keeping residents safe and well cared for. I highly recommend Pinegate Retirement Community.

The staff is amazing. Due to the pandemic my friend hasn't been able to meet any other residents. I would want to go to The Chateau if I needed a place in the future. The staff is very supportive of my friend and other residents. I would recommend The Chateau to anyone.

I chose Rock Creek because they worked with me on the price and they also helped me move. I am in studio and it is spacious. My favorite part about the community so far has been the people that clean the rooms are amazing, they do great at their job. They have a whole bunch of activities here. I would absolutely recommend, it is a great place to live.

The staff is amazing. Not many people have our view, our location is wonderful. I love having the lake to walk around. We love our neighbors and enjoy being able to be independent.

Love the safety and security. I love my beautiful apartment. I especially love the staff because they are always so nice and so helpful. This is the nicest one in town.
