The maintenance team is quick to fix items for the residents. All of the community is good. The home is bright once the sun comes up. It makes me cheerful and ready each morning I see the sun. The food is good. They have something different each day for meals. Today for example they had Boston cream pie for dessert. There are sugar-free options available.

Everyone on our tour was super friendly. It didn’t feel like an institution. It felt more like an apartment complex for seniors, which is what we were wanting. There were a couple of problems when it came to compatibility for my loved one. 1) They're located in Las Vegas, so a lot of the activities are gambling and casino based. And my loved one is staunchly Mormon. 2) She mentioned she smelled cigarette smoke in several places, including the lobby. Again, she's staunchly Mormon and against that type of behavior. So those two things really turned her off. But friendliness and activity level for the residents was good. The food was really good, and not cafeteria style. So I think it’s a great place for people not bothered by those types of things.

All staff were very welcoming and seemed to know all of the residents. The dining room was so open and bright. The was a nice selection of activities.

I would tell others that it is a very good place to live, but it is expensive. The opportunity for activities, housekeeping once a week, three meals a day, and free laundry facility make it a great place. Due to the pandemic the dining room is closed, and the meals are being delivered to our rooms.

We chose Mulberry Estates because the future availability of socialization and the activities provided. The demographic also fits where my father is, so he is amongst his peers. He is in a studio apartment which is the smallest one that they offer, but he finds it cozy and he likes it. They do have a good variety of meals, they have options everyday that residents can choose from. The facility has a lovely green space so they have formed social distancing walking groups. Also the shuttle service is a lovely asset for doctors appointments and grocery shopping. I would absolutely recommend to others looking.

We chose Jackson Oaks because of the price for what you got at the facility. The apartment sizes are good, she is in a larger one and it is more than what she needs. They are loving the food and they are prepared on site and whoever the cook is is doing a great job. Overall the staff here are very friendly and helpful and I would recommend to others looking.

The staff members were great, they treated our loved one very well. A big strength this community had is even with independent living they still have onsite skilled nursing. Our loved one needed to be on a low vitamin k diet which included at least one meal with broccoli and spinach. We had made that clear in the beginning and we just felt that they were not capable of doing so, which affected our loved ones health. The dietary individuality could use improvements, but other than that they food was great and he was very happy with it. Our loved one choose not to participate in the activities but we believed they were excellent, and due to the pandemic they discounted the value which worked greatly for our loved one.

I would recommend this community to others based on my experience. The staff was very helpful and friendly and very understanding. They treat the residents with dignity and respect. Communication was good between the staff and our loved ones also

We chose Court at Brooklyn because of the location as well as there was a unit available close to the elevator and the value for the size of apartments as well. The apartments are great, they are in a 2 bedroom and they have lots of room. The staff members are very good about answering any questions you have. I would recommend to others looking.

I would tell others to check out the community. Overall aesthetics and the rooms are nice her. The grounds are very nice and appealing. The communication with the staff was okay and took some time for the community to let us know when it was available to see our friend.

[name removed] was wonderful and thorough and I appreciate his time very much. I personally believe the community is just what my mom needs and has so much to offer. Unfortunately, she is not the least bit receptive to finding a safe and pleasant enviornment. I will simply have to wait until her disease progresses further and the decision is entirely left up to me.

We chose Sky Peaks because at the time it was during covid and it seemed that their protocols were very good and they were very clean. The apartment sizes here seem to be adequate. The meals are chef prepared and they have choices to choose from off the menu. I would recommend to others looking.

The apartments were very spacious and they had great views. It is an overall very friendly, accepting community. The director who showed us around was excellent at answering all our questions and trying to fit our needs.

There's a really big sense of community there. My loved one lived there for so many years. The residents all helped one another. They had a lot of activities that he enjoyed doing, including sports competitions where they competed against nearby facilities. The only reason we moved out was because he was losing his vision and I needed him closer. Otherwise, he would never have moved. The staff were pretty good. I rarely had to contact them about things. The only things I dealt with them on were if there were any rent increases, setting up automatic payments, etc. When he moved out, they were very helpful. We had missed the cut-off by a day, and they were able to work around that so that we didn't get charged for an additional month.

Rolling Hills Ranch is community is very clean, and the staff members would be a ten plus, they are amazing. Our loved one there is very happy with the food, and considering what they were up against this past year, the director came up with ways to get activities done whether that was smalls groups in the hallways doing sing-a-longs. Also, the value for cost is pretty good.

I love my home. I have many friends here and I know I will be safe. My baby [name removed] gets so much love and attention here. We will be here forever.

We thought the place was really nice and very hospitable. During the pandemic the community was very clean and whenever we were able to visit a lot of people were spraying things down and keeping it sanitary. The staff members were all very friendly, and our loved one moved in on July 4th, and they had a ribbed dinner and he that it was fantastic. It is on the lower end but great amenities for the cost. It was the economical choice, and full of high class amenities you would find at larger and more expensive community.

We looked at a lot of places and ended up choosing Birch Heights because it is entirely independent living but they feed them 4 times a day which is exactly what he needed. My dad loves the food, they are chef prepared meals and they get a couple of choices for every meal. They just started opening up the dining room so that has been good. I only envision it will get better and better with things starting to open up again. I cannot speak highly enough about the facility and I would absolutely recommend them.

I haven't been there for a while since I live long distance. My loved one doesn't like the food, but he has dietary restrictions and just doesn't like what they offer him. They do offer activities, but he's not one to participate. I do talk on the pone with the staff, and they 're receptive. They've reached out to give the families Covid updates.

We chose Greenwood Terrace because it had the right amount of independence with care options available if needed. They have a lot of variety on apartment sizes and the one we chose for my dad is perfect for him. The way they handled covid up through vaccinations was great, the staff members here are very caring. I would recommend to others looking.
