We chose Crescent Heights because of the value for the money as well as the fact that it feels more like a home rather than a nursing home. We toured a couple of places and this one was by far the best. She is in a studio apartment and she loves it she thinks its perfect size for her. They also allow pets which has been great. It is a bright, clean place that makes it very homey. I would highly recommend.

I would recommend this community to others. The community is fairly new, the staff is nice, rooms are large, and the food is good.

I got a very professional virtual tour with [name removed]at Riverheights Terrace in Brandon MB.. [name removed] took time answering my questions and showing me around. Then he sent me an information package with further resources. I was able to share the information with my mom which was so helpful.

Tour went very well, very informative. I met several staff members and got all my questions answered.

The staff are wonderful, they go above and beyond. The meals I find are ok at the beginning and now they aren't as good. The amount of servings could be better. The meals are being delivered to the resident's rooms because of COVID. I wish there was a choice for food being delivered.

We went with Fleming Point because it was the best that we looked at. Our apartment size is perfect for us, we have a 2 bedroom. We are able to fit a king sized bed and it is very comfortable. The meals here are chef prepared and we do not have any complaints about it at all. I would recommend to others looking.

According to our loved one she says the food is not good at all, There are a couple of things she likes but most of the food is not that good. The people who work there are very nice and the house keeping is terrific.

The Blair House community is kept very clean, and when it comes to the activities they offer a lot of diverse activities for the residents to participate in.With everything that i get here and it being all inclusive i do think it is a good value for the cost.

We chose Genesee Gardens because it was a facility that was recommended to us. The apartment sizes here were very nice size. The meals that are served are chef prepared. I would recommend to others who are looking.

Exceptionally warm and welcoming!

We chose this facility because it is smaller, it met all of my aunts needs, and everyone seemed very friendly. She is in an apartment with a stove, washer and dryer, and it has plenty of room for her. It is a very lovely place, the activities are fabulous, it is decorated nicely, and they have a walking trail around the complex. Everything about it is just top notch.

Great suggestion for my dad and he wanted to move in right away. Fortunately the moving company had a cancellation so we did it today! [name removed] was great and [names removed] at Pinegate have been awesome. Hoping daddy will enjoy living here.

I love Montara Meadows community, and the staff members are wonderful. It is a little more on the expensive side, but i do feel it is worth my value. They do have live entertainment which i think is nice.

We chose Hartland Hills because my mother in law was here also so we knew what it was like. They also had a room available when we needed it. They have various sizes of rooms but his is adequate for his needs. The food here is incredible, they have a very nice dining room and a menu that has good variety. I would absolutely recommend to others.

The community has room service, and make sure the rugs are cleaned each week. The community does allow some assisted living residents in the area due to them being at the community so long. Most of the residents are independent in the community. We are starting to get back to the dining room. The food would was being delivered to our rooms. There was a menu for us to choose from and it is picked up every Friday night. We are able to speak to the chef. The chef is willing to work with the residents for the dietary restrictions and preferences. They did have a van that would run from 9 am to 1 pm to take residents shopping or to doctor appointments and outings. There is a beauty salon on site to assist residents needs.

We chose Rock Creek because of the staff members, the happiness of the residents who were already living there, price, and location. The apartments here are very nice, they also have choices for different sizes. They all have balconies as well. The best part about this community has been the caring nature of the staff members, especially the manager and his wife. He was out at every meal visiting and mingling with residents. He remembers everyone's name, even family members, I would highly recommend this community.

Everything was great until the end. The activity director was amazing and does all she can to keep the residence engaged. When my father passed away they tried to charge us for an additional month due to saying they needed a 30-day notice.

We chose Briarcrest Estates because of the location, it was close to family as well as the affordability. The apartment sizes here were wonderful, we were very impressed with the size. The food was excellent and my mom loved it, they were chef prepared meals off a menu with variety. The chef would come around and talk to the residents and knew everybody by name. The activities directors here were incredible with the residents and always keeping people active and busy. I would definitely recommend.

This has been a great experience for us. The management and experience in this building has been great. The director, Janet, that runs the community is excellent. The nurses are always available for any questions. They will even call when there is an issues we need to get involved with, with our loved one.
