I would recommend you move into the community. They totally take care of the resident that lives here. They care for the families as well. The communication is very good. They are quick to follow up and answer your questions.

Our loved one really liked it here. It is an older facility that is not as big as some others that she looked at. The reason we did not choose this facility was because you could not transition to assisted living (they have care you can hire) and she did not want to have to move again.

We chose Maple Suites because of the convenient location to family and the environment fit my mother very well it was very clean and comfortable. The apartment sizes here are very spacious. The facility is big and has plenty of room to walk around and has nice scenery.They did just get bought out by another company, during the transition period there were a lot of administration coming and going. I would recommend to others looking.

Jackson Oaks was a good community while our loved one was there, unfortunately we needed to move her out because she needed more care than just independent living. However they had a really nice dining room and it was nice to see all the people out and about, and it was just a pleasant place for seniors.

The experience overall has been very good. The food was not very good. The community is very clean. The staff is very nice and it is a good location and they have a shuttle bus for dr appts. I would recommend this community to others.

We chose Victorian because we liked the feel of it, it was a more homey atmosphere. The apartment sizes here are good, his is small but perfectly adequate for what he needs. I think it is amazing that we have still been able to visit with him during everything that has been going on. I would recommend to others looking.

Everything has been really good so far, and the people who work there make it a pleasant place. The facility is great but it is all about the people. They are active, caring, and the care they provide has a real sense of genuine to it. These folks really care and treat the residents very well.

It's a very friendly, very clean, nice community. My loved one has really enjoyed the interaction with all the different people who live here, as well as how clean it's kept. The apartments are nice, decent sized, no complaints. The food is good overall. It would be nice to have a little more variety, but what they serve is good.

The Regent is an amazing place to live due to the excellence of staff, meals, service, and hair salon amenities and activities. The managing team is caring, knowledgeable, and supportive. They keep an eye out for my mother, and I value their expertise.

It was a very nice place, the staff was courteous, the place was clean. My loved one liked the food. We purchased the add-on 24-hour care. My loved one wasn't able to participate in the activities, but I could see things going on, like puzzles, outside activities, movies, etc. I would definitely recommend Blue Water Lodge.

I like the community. The community is good at assisting my loved in making they the call button. The communication is very good with staff, about keeping the family updated on our loved one. I would like to see the residents be outside more. My loved one enjoys the exercise classes.

The place is great, we've been super happy with it. We really like the people. They're all very nice and accommodating. The facility is very nice, the rooms and the setting in general. I would absolutely recommend this community.

I think it's a nice community. It's a little difficult to come and go. I often have to make u-turn and circle back around because I can't make a left turn where I need to. The staff is friendly, and the place is neat and clean inside. We're very happy. When you come for a visit, the front staff is very friendly, and they don't make you feel like a criminal when taking your temperature and checking you in. They provide 3 meals a day. Our loved one reports that the food is a little bland, not seasoned well and not enough salt. But we can understand why salt would be reduced for health reasons. Our loved one absolutely loves the weekly church service. And we love that they treat every one nicely and with respect, and don't talk down to you like you're a 3-year old just because you're a senior.

If your loved one is in a tough financial situation, this is an excellent affordable option. The staff are very tolerant and patient. They don't bother me for every little thing, but they do call me for the important things. They know very well when to step in and when not to. The communication from the general manager is very good - he checks in with the residents and families on a weekly basis. He's been very communicative and informative on the whole vaccination process. I trust him a lot, and he's a great person for that job. The common areas are very clean, and they clean the apartments once a week. Activities are a little curtailed due to Coronavirus, but they do provide a weekly activities schedule for residents. We had to move in on really short notice, and I was connected with many communities. Forsyth Court was by far the best one. They waited after hours for me to arrive, and went way above and beyond.

It's a very good place, run very well. The staff is great. nothing is perfect, no matter where you go, but this was an incredible move. The staff really make this place. The cleaning person who also delivers the meals is mediocre, but everyone else is great. A Place For Mom sent me here, and I would have bene lost without them.

I chose Sky Peaks because they allow smoking here. The apartment sizes here are good it has been a good experience so far and I would recommend them to others looking.

Our loved one is happy at The Manor at Woodside so that means we are happy as well. The facility is clean, she says the food is good, and the staff members have been great.
