I love the ambiance and the staff is very warm and friendly.

The people here are really friendly. At lunch with get warm rolls and the entertainment is great.

Wonderful staff, beautiful grounds, enjoy activities and live musical entertainment. Love being on the ground floor, food rated plus or minus on various days.

I would tell others that this is very much worth the value for your money. Meals are good. Meals and activities are included in the monthly price. I love it here, and would recommend you come here to take a tour at least. The staff loves us so much, and check in on us.

My loved one is vegetarian and they bring her vegetables and fruit to her. It would be nice if there was some way that they could have some additional selections and maybe even some vegan or raw vegetable options. She also prepares meals sometimes and goes to have it with her friends. They try to help and accommodate to her needs. My loved one also loves the activities and participates often.

This community was great and the tour was great also. This community was a little more expensive and that is the only reason we did not go with this facility.

This was a nice community. The only reason I did not go with this community is because I was not familiar with this area. I wanted to be somewhere closer to home and what I was familiar with.

My mother- in-law moved from an apartment in Queens after partially recovering from a fall. The Manor was the ideal place to bring her. The layout of the rooms was perfect for making her very comfortable. Right from the first day she felt at home. The manor staff was always there when needed, being caring and helpful. Her aides where outstanding, making her comfortable and doing what was best for her. Although, because of the effects of her fall, she could not partake in the activities, she greatly enjoyed meals in the dining room with the new friends she made. In net the Manor was the perfect place for her.

I know all of the people by name already and they are very friendly. The staff are very friend and look out for my loved one. They recognize her needs and care for her to make her comfortable. The breakfast is a little early for my loved one. They have a lot of activities, my loved one does not participate but there are always things going on.

Our family had an in person tour and the staff we met with were very receptive, and they did a great job taking us around the community and showing us all the amenities. It is a very nice facility, but we were not interested in it at the time because they did not have an assisted living side, you would have to hire outside services for extra assistance.

The staff are the nicest people ever, they are absolutely wonderful, very caring and attentive, they are just great I would recommend them to anybody.

We chose Essex House because of the location for our family, it does allow my mom to still have a car on property, she also has an exterior door where she can go right out to her car. She has a 2 bedroom apartment and it it good size but it does not have a kitchen to cook meals. What they show on their website for meals is not what they actually serve, so I think that it needs improvement. The residents here have all been friendly. Overall my mom is very comfortable here and I would recommend them to others who are looking.

We were warmly met, given a great tour of the "manor', and left feeling that it would be a splendid accommodation of our needs. I am care partner to my wife, and we were looking for accommodation where we could live together and have our domestic, health and social needs met. I felt that our needs would be considered and appropriately acted upon.

This is a very nice community, All of the residents are very friendly and helpful. Nate Coleman is very friendly and helpful. He was very Knowledgeable about everything and answered all of our questions. He gave us a tour of the entire community Everything was clean and neat; smelled good. My sister ate a meal at lunch, said food was delicious.

I want to express my appreciation for the staff at Forest Pines. They have all been helpful, especially [name removed] and [name removed],.

Great place to live, especially with the lake tp enjoy and walk around. rooms was very comfortable and good floor plan. Front desk [Name removed] were super nice. And best of all [name removed] (sales) helped us from the very beginning to the very end. She always had mom in view to make sure everything was right for her. they are all very great. I will miss them all.

This community is very old and I feel like it needs to be redone and updated.

I would recommend this facility. They have a clip board with all of the activities listed so that my loved one can sign up for all the activities that she wants to participate in. The staff are always nice.
