I would recommend this community to others based on my experience. The staff was very helpful and friendly and very understanding. They treat the residents with dignity and respect. Communication was good between the staff and our loved ones also

We chose Court at Brooklyn because of the location as well as there was a unit available close to the elevator and the value for the size of apartments as well. The apartments are great, they are in a 2 bedroom and they have lots of room. The staff members are very good about answering any questions you have. I would recommend to others looking.

We chose Country Squire because our parents had other friends who had been here and recommended it to them. The apartment sizes here are nice and spacious. All the people were very friendly, residents and staff members. It was a very welcoming place and I would recommend to others looking.

I would tell others to check out the community. Overall aesthetics and the rooms are nice her. The grounds are very nice and appealing. The communication with the staff was okay and took some time for the community to let us know when it was available to see our friend.

[name removed] was wonderful and thorough and I appreciate his time very much. I personally believe the community is just what my mom needs and has so much to offer. Unfortunately, she is not the least bit receptive to finding a safe and pleasant enviornment. I will simply have to wait until her disease progresses further and the decision is entirely left up to me.

We chose Sky Peaks because at the time it was during covid and it seemed that their protocols were very good and they were very clean. The apartment sizes here seem to be adequate. The meals are chef prepared and they have choices to choose from off the menu. I would recommend to others looking.

The apartments were very spacious and they had great views. It is an overall very friendly, accepting community. The director who showed us around was excellent at answering all our questions and trying to fit our needs.

There's a really big sense of community there. My loved one lived there for so many years. The residents all helped one another. They had a lot of activities that he enjoyed doing, including sports competitions where they competed against nearby facilities. The only reason we moved out was because he was losing his vision and I needed him closer. Otherwise, he would never have moved. The staff were pretty good. I rarely had to contact them about things. The only things I dealt with them on were if there were any rent increases, setting up automatic payments, etc. When he moved out, they were very helpful. We had missed the cut-off by a day, and they were able to work around that so that we didn't get charged for an additional month.

Rolling Hills Ranch is community is very clean, and the staff members would be a ten plus, they are amazing. Our loved one there is very happy with the food, and considering what they were up against this past year, the director came up with ways to get activities done whether that was smalls groups in the hallways doing sing-a-longs. Also, the value for cost is pretty good.

I love my home. I have many friends here and I know I will be safe. My baby [name removed] gets so much love and attention here. We will be here forever.

We thought the place was really nice and very hospitable. During the pandemic the community was very clean and whenever we were able to visit a lot of people were spraying things down and keeping it sanitary. The staff members were all very friendly, and our loved one moved in on July 4th, and they had a ribbed dinner and he that it was fantastic. It is on the lower end but great amenities for the cost. It was the economical choice, and full of high class amenities you would find at larger and more expensive community.

We looked at a lot of places and ended up choosing Birch Heights because it is entirely independent living but they feed them 4 times a day which is exactly what he needed. My dad loves the food, they are chef prepared meals and they get a couple of choices for every meal. They just started opening up the dining room so that has been good. I only envision it will get better and better with things starting to open up again. I cannot speak highly enough about the facility and I would absolutely recommend them.

I haven't been there for a while since I live long distance. My loved one doesn't like the food, but he has dietary restrictions and just doesn't like what they offer him. They do offer activities, but he's not one to participate. I do talk on the pone with the staff, and they 're receptive. They've reached out to give the families Covid updates.

We chose Greenwood Terrace because it had the right amount of independence with care options available if needed. They have a lot of variety on apartment sizes and the one we chose for my dad is perfect for him. The way they handled covid up through vaccinations was great, the staff members here are very caring. I would recommend to others looking.

We chose Quail Run Estates because of the value for the money and during our tour when we talked to the management staff they were friendly and informative. He stayed here on a weekend and tried it out and it was great fit for him. The meals are chef prepared, they have 2 main options and then a sandwich option if they do not want the other 2 choices. The facility is very nice, clean, and open and I would definitely recommend them.

They have been great, the people who work there are very nice and the grounds are very nice. It is just a good environment. We would recommend this facility to others, but not if their cognitive ability is far gone. Those with mild cognitive issues or none at all would be fine because you can hire care givers there to assist with any needs.

I would recommend the community for your loved. on I enjoy the staff and the safe friendly environment they provide for my loved one. The meals and meal plans I think they provide a wide variety of meals. My loved one doesn't enjoy the meals, and possibly adding dietary restriction options for residents could be beneficial.

We checked out all the other places but Hidden Lakes had the best location. Everyone seems to be quite happy here. Being about to walk around the lake, in a safe environment, is nice. Place is neat and clean and we enjoyed our lunch.

I would highly recommend Sherbrooke Heights. It is a pretty good price. The staff is pretty good, and there hasn't been any COVID breakouts. The staff is attentive, answer all your questions, keep you well informed, and the activities are really good.

We think the place is wonderful and the people there are marvelous we have absolutely no complaints. They have done a great job with the facility, everyone is very friendly and helpful. Every time we go to visit we say we can easily live here ourselves.
