The staff members really stood out to us when we first were looking at this community, they were all very friendly

We chose Jackson Oaks because of the friendliness of the staff members and the value for the money was good for what you got. It is a very nice place and the apartment sizes are very reasonable. I would recommend to others who are looking.

We toured Maple Downs and it was a great tour, you could tell they really wanted us in there. I thought that it was a little pricey for what we would be getting. The studios and 1 bedroom apartments were small. Also, it was an older facility.

The service is great, the location is great and the meals and dining service is great. The community is very clean and very well kept, I have had absolutely no problems so far

Did a virtual tour. Very nice looking establishment. Will do a personal tour when [name removed] visits in the fall.

Everyone is so friendly. The staff are all wonderful, but the woman in Marketing who shows the apartments goes above and beyond. She's friendly and loves everyone. Everyone just smiles when she appears. All the residents are very friendly as well. They offer so many activities to do here, and the food is great. There's not been anything bad, and they have a big variety. You're offered small plates or regular, depending on you r appetite. And they always have a great dessert.

The staff is great. They work hard and are very friendly. But I think they're a little bit short on help, probably because people haven't come back to work after the virus yet. But I think they're doing a great job. The food is excellent. Generally people are happy with the activities that are available, but there are a lot of things like bingo that don't really interest me. I'm looking into starting up some golfing and playing pool, things that are more in line with my desires - more adult activities. They work very hard to keep things clean, and they clean the resident apartments once a week.

I came to have lunch with my father yesterday. Lunch was awesome, and the service was fantastic. The food was flavorful and fresh. The coffee was wonderful too! Thank you Hidden Lakes!!

We did a virtual tour with The Manor at Woodside because it was during covid. The facility was very nice and we really liked it, but it came down to location and this one was further from our loved ones doctors.

Interview was very accommodating with computer issues we had and allowed us facetime. The lady even added my mother in. Dont have any reviews on the actual place because at this time looking for financial assistance but a VERY welcoming interview

They have gone way out of their way to get our loved one moved in. They had the place all set up and ready for him to walk right in as soon as he got off the plane. There have been times that they reach out to see if he needs any extra help with daily activities. They give monthly calendars and let him pick his own meals. They encourage independence while at the same time fulfilling any needs for his daily lifestyle. The staff make sure that he knows how to reach out to get their help. His internet broke and it was fixed in the same day. They help provide referrals to medical people as needed. Pricing isn't all-inclusive, so they add charges as needed for the assistance he requires. He's very happy with the food, and the staff have been very friendly. He has a little balcony where he can get outside and see his birdfeeders. It's small, but it allows some outdoor space, and it backs up to a wooded area. There's a walkway around the property to encourage the residents to get outside and enjoy life.

We chose Rock Creek because it was during covid times and they allowed visitors so we would be able to see him. They had a machine the took your temp and you answered questions before entering. We also liked the looks of the facility as well as the price. He was in a 1 bedroom and it was good size. They do have a pendant available for residents, and you can pay extra for one with fall protection. The staff treated us very nicely and the residents who live here seemed to be nice and friendly. Everything about the facility is great and I would recommend them.

I have met so many lovely people with this community. I am reiterd worked for 50 years as an RN and love how this management runs the activity and offers so much to the senior needs

I was not able to tour the community, but my friend who would was looking for a place was able to tour it. She told me the community was absolutely beautiful but monetary just out of her reach.

So far our family has had no complaints about this community, and the staff members are extremely friendly. Our loved one has given us no negative feedback regarding the meals so we assume they are pretty good. This community is pet friendly and it was nice for them to accommodating our wishes of having a ground floor unit so our loved one could easily exit to accommodate the dogs needs.

It is a good community and I have lots of friends. The food is good.

My experience so far has been excellent, I like everything about Montara Meadows. The meals here are really good, the activities are awesome. The staff members are just excellent and down to earth.

I would encourage to go for it. I think for the price it is very good. My loved one is being treated very well by the staff. The residents are kind to my loved one, and there is a gentleman from my loved one's town and it nice.

The community was very nice and they had a welcoming basket when my loved one arrived. The staff is very friendly and did an amazing job communicating with me as I am out of state. I feel the covid precautions were also very good and they worked hard to keep the residence safe.

My mom's apartment is perfect for her. She feels safe here. Staff are warm and friendly.
