I would highly recommend this community to others based on our experience. The only disappointment we had is the food. my loved one dont really like it.

Echo Ridge is a very clean and well kept community, house keeping either comes every week or every other week to clean my apartment. They also help make my bed and some other things which i appreciate. The meals and dining is very good and very healthy, they also have a lot of activities. I love it here and everything about it, I am very happy.

We loved Birch Heights, it was just out of our price range at the time. It seemed to be more of assisted living rather than independent, so if my mom ever needs more care in the future, we will be considering this facility.

We toured this community and the tour was very good. They answered all of our questions and were very informative. They were very accommodating and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

We toured Sky Peaks and it was a very nice facility. We actually know a few people who have their loved ones in this facility and are happy with it.

We chose Kittery Estates because it fit everything we were looking for at the time. It is a wonderful place and I would highly recommend them to others who are looking, there have been no complaints yet and he loves it here.

I love it here. Everybody is so friendly to you and ready to help if you need any help. The food is good, almost too good! They offer a wide variety of choices, and they make fresh baked goods every day - bread, muffins, cookies. Everybody is eating together now, so you get to know different people every night you sit down to dinner. If you miss a meal, they always have sandwiches and fruit and drinks in a little fridge where you can help yourself. Overall, it's just been a great experience so far.

We chose Genesee Gardens because of the services provided for the value. The apartment sizes at the facility are sufficient for what she needs. She likes the food for the most part, if there are any meals she does not like she can go warm something up in her room. She gets 3 meals a day here, has a studio apartment, they have activities daily for residents to participate in and have a trolley bus that takes them where they want to go if they sign up. Overall I would recommend to others who are looking.

I lived at Hidden lakes for 90 days right after my husband's sudden death. The kindness and caring of the staff allowed me to be in a safe and supportive environment for my greaving. I am so glad I could live at hidden lakes during this difficult time.

They vibe is extremely friendly and warm. The property is beautiful, with huge grounds and lots of outdoor space. I would definitely recommend it. They're awesome. The handful of staff that I've met have been very friendly, just great. Activities have just resumed recently, and my loved one thinks the activities are great as well.

Very welcoming community from staff and residents! Easy to check in at front desk. Was able to sample food and was quite pleased! Liked the living and common spaces; especially how residents decorated their doors to show personalities. Appears to be a good value for the cost!

These remarks are “ditto” all of the above and the residents here that I met all seemed to be in their 90s or mid 80s and extremely jovial and knew [name removed] well as we toured about. [name removed] was also VERY accommodating Whenever I said the refrigerator or microwave was too small or whatever, he replied that he could fix that! They were renovating the front dining and other areas that already seemed attractive. The location was surrounded by other apartment buildings and in a more commercial area—convenient but lacking views as such. I noted, too, that this was a Holiday property—very nice!

We bonded with [name removed] who attempted in every way possible to fulfill my needs for closets, storage, etc. The common areas were attractive, comfortable chairs, and very livable. All staff was responsive and the residents cheerful and the event we watched from the library balcony well attended. This, too, could easily be “home”. However, in our search we found a place with walk-in closets , same floor storage area, and garage in unit on first floor. In calling [name removed] before I left Oregon, she asked for the name and after giving her one of two we were considering, she replied that was considered a “luxury” place that they could not compete with. (My daughter got names thru several friends)

The community has lots of great activities and clubs for the resident to enjoy. The community is kept The staff is very friendly and helpful and they have transportation for us also. I would recommend the community to others based on my experience.

Our fathers experience and our families experience has been excellent. This place pretty much gets 5-stars across the board, we have not see another place like this. Just walking into the front doors you immediately feel the welcoming, warm and healthy atmosphere. The residents are all very happy as well.

It's a great place. They're so friendly and so welcoming. I definitely recommend it to others. The rooms are huge, and the bedrooms are massive. It's kept really clean, and they offer a weekly cleaning service. It's the perfect size apartment for seniors. The other residents are super friendly. Everyone loves to sit and chit-chat, and they were all very welcoming when my loved one moved in.

We chose Country Squire at the time because of the reasons above and we knew people already there. We also liked that they had a dining room available and my dad likes to eat with others. We liked all of the staff members here, they took great care of my mom but she just needed more care than they were able to provide. I would recommend them to others who are looking and already have.
