I want to express my appreciation for the staff at Forest Pines. They have all been helpful, especially [name removed] and [name removed],.

Great place to live, especially with the lake tp enjoy and walk around. rooms was very comfortable and good floor plan. Front desk [Name removed] were super nice. And best of all [name removed] (sales) helped us from the very beginning to the very end. She always had mom in view to make sure everything was right for her. they are all very great. I will miss them all.

This community is very old and I feel like it needs to be redone and updated.

I would recommend this facility. They have a clip board with all of the activities listed so that my loved one can sign up for all the activities that she wants to participate in. The staff are always nice.

Rock Creek is a great place for seniors. They are currently renovating the community and it's looking fantastic! Their location is ideal for Veterans, Kaiser and Providence medical. Shops and grocery options are within walking distance.

From the very beginning when I first started speaking to the admissions person, he was very informative, helpful, and family-like. And that has just continued ever since my loved one moved in. With her mobility issues and introverted personality, it's been hard to meet people outside of the cafeteria, but she feels comfortable there, and she knew a couple of people who already lived there, so that helped. The apartments are small but nice, but that's just the nature of senior living. The staff is too small, but the ones that are there are doing a good job. There's just not enough of them. She's had no complaints about cleanliness and tells me the food is pretty good.

The staff at Rock Creek are the best. They are like family here! I've loved my studio on the first floor next to the pathway. I moved here almost two years ago from assisted living and realized I could have in-home care to take care of a few things and live independently. Good thing i made that decision, because during the peak of COVID we didn't have to follow assisted living rules like my friends at the other communities and that made living a whole lot easier during the pandemic.

Beautiful facility - staff is wonderful.

After 3 years here, I remain a very happy camper. Food - administrative - executive - cost - all are OK!

The staff at the Chateau is amazing. They are all so kind and compassionate. I'm so fortunate to have found this wonderful community for my mom.

Moving our father from another local facility to the chateau and Harvestone was a wonderful experience. The staff were welcoming, helpful, and accommodating as we navigated a pandemic and a new environment. The friendly, available, and well-trained staff made our father feel a part of the community and make our visits safe and inviting. Things are not perfect, but when a concern is expressed or a question is asked, every attempt is made to solve the problem or answer the question in a timely matter. The staff seems to be well trained in geriatric awareness and skills as they care for the older residents. We are so pleased with the community spirit and the kind service the chateau at harveston provides.

The friendliness of the staff members would be a 5 plus plus. and even though they have like 100 residents they know everyone's name which is really impressive. The activities are great, our loved one LOVES the bingo and could play it everyday if she could. We like how Hartland Hills has individual independent living, but they do have onsite people who you can hire if they need more assistance. We like the choices of meals, they are good with everyones dietary restrictions and they offer several options.

This is the best place to be. Overall, the activities, cleanliness, friendliness, and they have really good meals make it a great. There are snacks and treats out for you to pick up and go. Some of the activities offered are walking group, library, beauty salon, and more for the residents to choose from. They even have special music on Sundays.

The staff members are always very friendly and our loved one is enjoying the activities. However, we do have two complaints, one would be that we are paying all of this money a month and they are supposed to have a bus service that takes them to and from appointments, but that has been broken down 80% of the time. Also, the community is big and has a lot of residents and their is only one elevator and one staircase. The elevator is not big so when people with walkers and wheelchairs are using it there is no room, and it has broken down a few times. If there were to ever be an emergency you cannot use to elevator but the staircase is small and would cause a cluster. So whoever came up with that design was not thinking about the residents.
