Thank you for all you do for my dad to make his home happy and fun and safe. I appreciate you very much.

Our family had an in person tour and we thought it was outstanding, but at the time it was just not what we were needing.

The community is fabulous. The meals can be bland due to cooking for all the residents. The community will allow you to bring your own spices with you to spice up your meals. There are so many activities for the residents to choose from. Wii bowling, walks, outings, games, movie night, and more are some of the activities available. I can't imagine a better place to live. The money I spend is worth every penny. I feel safe here, and the staff will check on the residents if they don't see them. They allow cats and dogs in the community.

We love it. The staff really care. The community members all really care about each other as well. One of her neighbors sees her coming and opens the outside door for her so she doesn't have to get her key out. They come and find her if she hasn't shown up. She sits with several people at dinner, and they joke and laugh and talk, and genuinely care about each other. That's one thing that really stands out to me, and something she really likes about the community. The apartment is great as well. It was completely redone before she moved in, new flooring, etc.

This is a nice community to go to for you or your loved one. This is a nice place.

Everyone at this community is friendly and the meals are very good. The halls are very clean and the staff take good care of everyone. If you ask for extra help they step up and are available for anything that is needed. They are very conscientious and helpful with the residents needs. They have activities like going to the casino and more for the residents. Every morning my loved one goes down and they chat. They have puzzles, a library and card games. There is also an attendant who does the puzzle with all of the residents together in the newspaper.

This community was too expensive. It was nice but I was not able to get into it due to the amount of how much it would have been to get in. This was my first choice and it was very nice and great amenities. However, it was just too expensive.

I chose Redwood Retirement because of the great value for the money. The apartment sizes here vary and the price varies as well depending on the size that you get, but I think it is fair for what is offered. The meals are good and there is a chef on site that prepares them. I think the facility is well managed and I would recommend them to others looking.

My mom loves it here! Especially her room that has cathedral ceilings and a balcony. There is supposed to be a housekeeper coming in once a week, but that has not been happening due to their staffing retention. The food is good, but the portions could be bigger as my loved one does have to ask for seconds. In regards to the staff; I did notice when touring, everyone was overly friendly and welcoming. But now that my mom has moved in, that vibe has changed with the people in the front office. When I walk in, I don't get greeted anymore. Moving into a community can be an overwhelming transition, so I do think that the staff should do a better job of making the residents feel at home. They should introduce the new residents who may not be as extroverted, my mom stayed in her room for a few weeks because of this. The first few weeks in a new community come with a lot of questions and confusion. I understand that there is information provided in pamphlets and paperwork, but when you're elderly, taking the time to read, comprehend and remember pages of information can be difficult. I do think the staff should up their customer service by making it a priority to show the residents around and personally introduce them to the other staff members (the chef, beautician, housekeeper, etc), as well as providing more emphasis on small details like when to be ready for the shuttle. Overall, they should be more patient with the elderly and with explaining things, as it can be a lot to take in.

I would tell others that my loved one was very happy and safe here. I wish we would have made the move a year ago. The staff and residents have a family oriented attitude and this makes for an easy transition into the community.

My loved one really liked the food at this community. They do an excellent job with the meals and cleaning the rooms at this community with independent living they do everything that they said they would.

This is an excellent community. There are a lot of activities for the residents to participate in. The staff was excellent to deal with. The food was delivered to the residents rooms due to the pandemic. My loved one enjoyed the time they had in the dining room. Their billing could be improved because they never sent an invoice to the family and when they did there were several mistakes on it.

Our tour at Echo Ridge was fine. They made everything look good. It just was not the environment that I was looking for for my mother.

We had a really nice tour with Blair House, but my dad needed more care than they could offer.

This community was nice but too far for where we wanted my loved one to be. Very nice and would have picked just wish they were closer to me.

This community was our second choice maybe even our first choice but it was just a little bit further for me to be able to see my mother and it was more expensive. Also the kitchens were not as nice as another community. We really liked the community and the people there seemed great

I like here. I have the freedom to do what I want and I appreciate the dog treats the sales lady give my girls.

I have been very pleased at this community for myself . It may not be the swankiest but it is the homiest community. They are good with everything. They have a lot of activities and different things for us to do.

I chose Anchor Pointe because I watched this facility being built and actually put a deposit on it at the time. The apartment sizes are great, I have one of the biggest that they offer. I am on the corner I have 3 windows and lovely carpet in the living room and bedroom and wood floors in the kitchen. I think they could improve on the food, the soup is amazing but some of the variety on the other meals is not what I would expect. I love it here, the grounds are absolutely beautiful. If you like to go walking or be outdoors you could not find a better place. I would definitely recommend to others looking.
