Blair House is definitely a great place for seniors who are still able to take care of themselves but need a little help with meals. It's a great community, and my dad has been able to make some new friends. He still feels independent and not like he's in a nursing home. He seems genuinely happy there.

I would recommend Blue Water Lodge to others for their loved ones. The staff are very friendly, helpful and willing to answer the family's questions. The buildings have communal washer and dryer for the residents to use for free. The apartments have a kitchenette in them There are three meals a day with multiple choices for the residents to choose from the community provides. The meals are complete with salad, dessert, roll, and sides in addition to the main dish. The family is able to eat with our loved ones in the dining room for a small fee. The community has lots of activities for the residents to choose from. The community has a pleasant smell to it. The community has a taxi service contract that the residents are able to utilize for appointments that set up through the office.

It's a good place to go, but in regards to the cost; everyone seems to have a different price, but for the same apartment. For example: what my mom is paying compared to other people who have the same size apartment can differ. Different residents get locked in at different times, and some people have a raised rent. They've increased the rent for one person by [price removed]. So my mom is concerned about having to move to a state facility or having to find a new place in general. Other than that concern, they're great people. Every time I've visited Essex they're super nice and they know me by name. They take the residents out on bus trips and outings; I just think they're really nice people. I would recommend Holiday Essex House to others.

I chose Edgewood Downs because it is close to my granddaughter and she is able to come over to visit often. We both came to tour and really liked the facility. The room sizes are pretty small. I find the food to be very good. The staff have been super helpful and really helped me integrate into the community and made it easier than I ever thought it would be. I would definitely recommend to others.

The Golden Oaks community is a beautiful place, and I really like my studio apartment. I can walk outdoors, and the shower has all the handicapped necessities. It is large and relaxing. My family and I just fell in love immediately. I look forward to eating in the dining hall with all my new friends. I really enjoy the activities such as the senior exercise classes, the Mexican train and all other board games. I would absolutely recommend this community to others

This is a great place to be. the residents are very friendly and helpful. The food is also awesome. The staff are very courteous and friendly. They have activities like morning stretches, they had a carnival, painting classes, Easter egg hunt and more for the residents to stay busy and active in the community. The tour was great and very inviting and I got to view the different apartments and all the residents stopped to speak and tell you how they felt.

This community is very nice and we would have went with this community but it was too far from the hospital that my loved one goes to for treatments. The tour was great it was just not the right community for my loved one.

Our loved one was only at Birch Heights for a couple of weeks, but it was no fault of the community - they were an amazing community. The staff were amazing and it was such a positive drastic change we noticed with our loved one just in those couple of weeks. We started to notice just how incredibly happy our loved one was, and her apartment was just unbelievable. Birch Heights gave our loved one the chance to participate in activities she never would of done on her own, and she was quickly making friends. The staff really put themselves out there to speak with the families and keep everyone updated. They gave the families an idea on how things were progressing with their loved ones. It is an expensive place to send your loved one, but if you can afford it we would absolutely recommend them. They are an exceptional community.

I love the cozy atmosphere, and I feel safe and secure. I grew up in this area, and I’m close to my family who visit often. I’m amongst people my own age and I fit in. I eat breakfast lunch and dinner with my friends every day, what more could a man ask for? This is my home.

The people here are really nice and I'm making new friends.

I have been in the senior services industry for several years and have visited just about every place in the Willamette Valley. What Hidden Lakes offers is truly unique! There's a sidewalk that encircles the "hidden lake" and is a great place for residents to go for walks in a safe/private environment. If you are looking at options for independent senior living, definitely visit Hidden Lakes.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a great experience. The community was extremely clean and everybody we met was super friendly.

If you have to live in this area in California this is a good community to be in. The staff are wonderful and there for all of my needs with my loved one. They also do have nursing care in this community if it is needed per individual.

I like the location and the people. The young gals that work here are great - they make me feel young and they care about it.

I would highly recommend this community for you or your loved one. They have activities like painting, bingo, holiday activities, and more for the residents to have a good time at the community. The staff are excellent with my loved one.

This was a virtual tour and I liked this community as well. The location was just further than where my loved ones wanted to be located.

I live at the Rolling Hills and its a complete package for everything you get. I shopped around at many places and once I visited with [name removed] I knew this was the place.

The meals are accommodating. You can switch out something for another option. She plays bridge with a group. It has taken her time. Housekeeping comes once every other week. They provide transportation to her doctors appointments. The residents ages seem to be 70s-90s. They provide sheets and towels and wash those. They have laundry on site available to do themselves 3pm.

I have lived at the Rolling Hills Ranch for 3 1/2 years and have been very satisfying with my choice to move here. the building is modern and safe. the food is good and three meals per day with choices at each meal is a bonus not found in other communities. the management and staff here are top notch and always looking out for the residents. a complete solution here.

this community goes above and beyond for its residents, you can tell the staff really cares about them. the community is also really beautiful on the outside and looks nice on the inside as well.
