We place our Mom here and have been very pleased with our decision. Staff is helpful , management is kind and considerate to elderly needs. Food needs to be little better. Overall happy. Would recommend to other families.

My experience with the people in charge was excellent, however, they are both gone. The turnover rate was higher than I expected at Quail Run Estates; so I don't know how I would give anyone a recommendation going forward, as I don't know who's there right now.

Willow Grove has really turned themselves around. They have great staff and their managers are on top of things. [name removed] gave us a GREAT tour with lots of info and was super smart. [name removed] met us during the tour and gave us a call the next day to check on things. Excellent customer service. Only remark would be to have more options on their menu.

We walked in and saw the apartment and knew right away my mom would love it. The décor was very much to her liking - she walked in when she came to look and felt the exact same way. There is only one complaint and that is that they go down at noon and five for dinner and the food service takes quite a long time. The best part for her is she can walk across the street to an Albertsons grocery store and she loves that. We have been very happy and would most definitely recommend Holiday Aspen View to others.

The activities they offer there are wonderful and the value for the money is just right.
