The place is excellent. The staff is amazing. Of all the places we've experienced - various hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and nursing homes - The Manor is great. There is literally not one person in the place who is too busy for you or sees you coming and turns and walks away.

Based on our families experience so far with Holiday we would recommend them to other families. We do wish the community was close but the staff really looks after him and cares for him. A few times they went out of their way to make sure he is safe and happy

I think they have done a very good job in all categories. If people are looking for an independent, older adult facility that has the amenities you need such as food, security, access in case of an emergency situation, activities, etc. Forsyth Court would be a great option in my opinion.

We are very grateful for the compassion and care provided for our Mom by Sky Peaks for the last two years of her life. The staff at Sky Peaks would often go above and beyond to take care of her needs. Even in the height of the pandemic, they made adjustments to ensure the needs of the residents were met in a safe and secure manner. Mom loved her apartment! She had views of mountains and trees with snow in the winter and beautiful fall colors in the autumn. Highly recommend this facility!

I picked this community, for my brother who lived there. It is a very nice place, and we were happy that he was able to spend his last moments in a very nice environment. The residents and staff were very kind to him.

As a geriatric care manager, I advise families and seniors to talk to the current residents in the community before they move in. It's not just about the bells and whistles when it comes to finding a good place for your loved one; it's also about the heart and soul of the place. The first day I was there I had lunch with my client and a few residents. The residents spoke highly of the attentive staff and how well they were treated by everyone. When my client moved the executive director fix the shower door himself rather than waiting for maintenance to fix it later that day. They really go above and beyond what you would expect from other facilities! The only negative feedback I have is they are doing renovations, but it is definitely something to overlook because remember- it's not about the bells and whistles this place clearly has the heart and soul for caring for residents.

We toured several places in the area and felt this one fit Mom's needs the most. We were right. It was in our price range, the staff worked tirelessly and were kind and gracious to all from the top down. It took her a bit to adjust leaving her home of many years, but she truly adjusted and found wonderful friends. She also felt safe in her apartment and in the building. I have many pictures of Momma with her friends at meals, at special activities, in her apartment there and in most all of them she is smiling and happy. It became a true community for her with her days left on this earth. A huge thank you to the staff for taking all of us in with open arms. We visited a lot and we were always welcomed. We also took advantage of the onsite nursing care when we needed home health care. They were respectful, loving and very competent. Thank you, Greenwood Terrace! I can't say enough good things about our experience. We are forever grateful.

After years of reluctance, my loved one is so happy with her decision and loves her new home here!

The community was very nice. We were needing someone available in the building overnight, and this isn't something the community offers. It would be nice to have a staff member at the desk overnight for the residents that need it. The community provides the residents with an alert button they wear. It would also be nice to have the call buttons within the apartments for the residents to use if they misplace their personal call button. The staff communication with the family was very good and they were responsive to our questions.

We picked this community because, we liked this community the best. It's a warm and happy place. Overall, it's a really a nice place.

My Dad has been a resident here for about a year and a half and I couldn’t be more thankful for all the people who live and work here. We toured several facilities, some very pricey, but this is where Dad wanted to make his new home. I live about 4 hours away and so I had to make sure he would be happy and safe when I couldn’t be there.Let me tell you my very recent experience. Two weeks ago the manager Deborah called to say that my Dad didn’t seem to be his usual self. There’s over 100 residents here and she knows every one personally. She keeps an eye out for anyone who might need assistance or just a kind ear. Anyway, even through my dad said he was fine( he never wants to be a bother) when I called, I decided to come down in person to check on him and ended up taking him to the emergency room for a check. It turned out he was in the early stages of what could have been a very serious medical condition. He’s much better now and in rehab soon to come back home. Thanks

You moved in a few months ago and so far so good. I am looking forward to the renovations when its done, and new spaces that will be available for socializing and activities. Staff is friendly is open to feedback. The physical therapy is wonderful, and the caregivers that work in the building are all great. Putting some thought into becoming a resident ambassador, and would like to volunteer to run a little store in the community.

Had a very nice tour with [name removed] and was pleasantly surprised at how clean the place was even though it was being renovated. The residents seemed genuinely happy there. [name removed] was extremely helpful with my questions.

They are super friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us wanting to get her in quickly. The district manager stayed late just so we could get the lease signed. They were very thorough in their tour. They could do better checking up on the residents because mother in law was behind on rent and by the time they contacted us she was over [amount removed] behind.

Burlington Gardens was great. From a human standpoint, all of the people that worked here from the time that we went and looked to filling out the paper work to the people who were working the lunch room. On every level the staff were just fantastic. The facility is very nice and has a lot of nice exterior spaces as well. I would recommend them to others looking.

The staff are incredibly friendly. They're running short-staffed in the dining room - they having trouble keeping help, like everywhere else currently. But they really make up or it with their generosity. For instance, they'll bring food to your room if you prefer that. There are plenty of activities to do if you choose to. And the apartment is very nice and clean.

The friendliness of the staff is a 5 plus, Holiday by Fleming Point has been a great place and we would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on our experience.

Transitioning my mom to Golden Oaks was very easy & pleasant. The facility is clean & beautiful inside-out. The staff are very friendly & helpful. When I came to visit, they always made me feel important & cared about. Any questions or concerns I had were always taken care of on the spot. My mom loved her apartment and thought the place was beautiful (although she was bedridden). Golden Oaks gave me an opportunity to strengthen my relationship with my mom & spend time with her as a daughter & not her caregiver. As her health declined, [name removed]& [name removed]helped me adjust every step of the way as I walked thru the journey with my mom being on hospice & eventually passing. I don't know what I would have done without them. I'm grateful to God for this experience. I met wonderful people and gained friendships I will never forget. I highly recommend this facility. It's a warm, friendly, safe facility where your loved one will be well taken care of.

It has been a great expeinrece and my mother has been very very happy here. The staff really strives to get residents involved and they introduce new comers to others to make them feel comfortable and that was really nice. The food is very good and they are chef prepared meals. Activities are plentiful as well. I would definitely recommend The Lodge at Cold Springs to others looking.

We toured with Holiday Golden Oaks and I really really liked this facility. It was very nice and clean and the staff were great. Unfortunately they did not have any openings at the time we needed.
