I have lived at the Rolling Hills Ranch for 3 1/2 years and have been very satisfying with my choice to move here. the building is modern and safe. the food is good and three meals per day with choices at each meal is a bonus not found in other communities. the management and staff here are top notch and always looking out for the residents. a complete solution here.

this community goes above and beyond for its residents, you can tell the staff really cares about them. the community is also really beautiful on the outside and looks nice on the inside as well.

All and all I think it is a really nice place. Everybody is really friendly and supportive and try to help my loved one as much as they could. I think my loved one could really enjoy it if she got more involved. She has a cute little apartment with a balcony. It has everything she needs. Meals are good and can be delivered to her room for a fee and she enjoys that option. Housekeeping comes once a week.

the facility is very clean and friendly. I recently visited for an event and what I witnessed was heart warming.

food is great with lots of activities. management makes you feel like family. I feel secure here. service is great with transportation to Dr. appointments and shopping.

very caring staff!! cooperative. short on help, but hopefully positions will be filled soon. wish there were more elevators!

I would recommend Grizzly Peak to others for their loved ones. My loved one is fitting in nicely into the community. The staff have been very good to work with when I have questions or concerns. They are cordial, and they know all the resident's names. The staff seem to really pay attention to what the residents are participating in. The food has been good. Some of the activities that are available include exercise class, church services, games, bingo, Wii bowling, and more for the residents to choose from. Meals, housekeeping once a week, and cleaning of linens are included in the monthly fee. The personal laundry is done by the residents and they have washer and dryers available on each floor.

This was a lovely community with friendly staff and residents. The staff weren't on site 24 hours a day and this was a drawback for us.

It was a nice place, but out of our price range.

Bingo, church services, entertainment and more are some of the activities offered to the residents to choose from. My loved one is very happy here, and has embraced moving from their home to this community. It has provided us peace of mind knowing our loved one is taken care of. The residents are very friendly and helpful. In fact my loved one has a neighbor who has assisted my loved one getting to activities and checking on my loved one. The food is great for my loved one. The menu changes weekly. They meals are well balanced. Eating in the dining room, gives the residents some socialization, which is wonderful.

my mom and I had a follow-up tour here with [name removed]. we didn't feel rushed and spent several hours with her including lunch. [name removed] made sure all questions were answered. mom was originally a little reluctant leaving her home and has been thinking she would wait another year or more, but after touring the facility she is excitedly moving here in about a month. mom is very happy about the room with many windows she chose and thinks she will be happy here.

Very good and more of a clinical feel.

very inviting staff, as soon as I walked in I was happy to see there was an activity going on with many residents attending. rooms were spacious and clean. nice time walking around building.

The Blair House is a safe place to be, it is a place where you can put your loved one and do not have to worry. The residents are friendly, the day to day staff, house keeping and kitchen staff are wonderful. The meals are prepared by a chef and even though some of the meals are "off the wall" our loved one has yet to complain She does not always participate in the activities but they have a ton of different opportunities to get involved. We highly recommend this community to others, the location is good and it has great access.

I enjoy Blair House and have made a lot of friends here. Blair House is a great place to live. The staff are excellent to work with if I have questions or concerns. The meals are as good as you can expect. Some of the activities available are cards, bridge, poker, bingo, and more for the residents to choose from.

My dear friend lived here for less than two months but he received amazing support from the entire staff! The only reason he did not remain a resident was because he needed additional care after he went to the hospital. But even when he was in the hospital and it was a very difficult time for him they continued to do everything they could to help and support him. Even sent little treats to him while he was in the hospital:) As his friend And Power of Attorney I went almost every day to visit him and interacted with the manager, sales manager and front desk staff multiple times a week. They were always very compassionate and engaging. They went out of there way for him to feel safe and cared for the entire time! The lovely caregiver ( [name removed]) that has been working with this community was absolutely top notch! I highly recommend her if someone needs additional care as a resident. If I could I would give them more than 5 stars! Exceptional group of people who really care!

The grounds are beautiful and the consistent staff are amazing and they keep my loved one really safe. The safety itself is outstanding. They have activities like card games, bingo, arts and crafts, outings, parties, church groups that come in for church or bible study. If you want to be active there there is something to do.

It is a nice community for my loved one. The staff work well with the residents. The food could be improved by allowing more special dietary restrictions available for the residents. Some of the activities that are available are puzzles, games, social hour, and more for the residents to choose from. All the residents are happy here. I would highly recommend the community to others for their loved ones.

I really enjoy everything about Essex House, I am very happy overall. The staff are very supportive, helpful, kind and I feel safe here. The meals are really good, I enjoy the flexibility of being able to eat in the dining room or staying in the apartment. I love the view out of my apartment. This community has given me a sense of independence again.
