The property is clean and beautiful both inside and out. Food is way above par, the best I have had and I have lived n 4 other facilities, more choices than any other. Finally the management is outstanding, very hands on, quick response to any potential problems and they are not afraid to do anything to get the job done.

I love it. I really do. I have everything I want. I particularly love my room.

I've only been here two weeks, but I like it better every day. I like everything about it.

I like being here because it's very friendly and I like the staff.

I like it at Aspen View because people are very nice and we get good service. Everything is clean and the office tries hard to solve your problems, if there are any.

They do such a good job keeping the community clean they are always working very hard. The staff members are just wonderful and really do treat us like family and I really do like it here. The meals at first were fantastic but recently they have had some troubles with the quality of the meals and the dining service but they are currently working on fixing the problem. It really feels like home and they let you decorate your apartment however you like. it is a pet friendly community and I would definitely recommend them to other families.

It is absolutely the place to go and the place to be. Everything that you need for a loved one is there.

One of the things that I especially like about Birch Heights is that if your apartment needs some type of maintenance, it gets taken care of promptly.

I was extremely satisfied with how my husband was taken care of. I loved the room,it was a nice size. The tub wasnt great,and it needed a walk in shower.My husband was very happy with the food and I liked that I could read the reports that occurred every day when I was gone. My husband's brother had passed away when I was gone. I phoned to let them know what happened and I then phoned my husband to tell him. They checked on him and someone came and sat and talked to him. I just felt everyone went out of there way, to help especially the directors.

It's a pretty good deal for what it is. They've done a pretty good job taking care of my family member. And he's better off now than anywhere he's ever been. The apartment is very nice, both for us to visit and also for him to live. He's just not a big fan of the food. He says they serve too much chicken and too much fish.

Our loved one was very comfortable with Holiday Pinegate, it was a good fit for him and based on the experience we had we would recommend them to other families.

We had a wonderful tour experience with Holiday Vista de la Montana. Unfortunately the facility geographically for our family was just not going to work. We wanted mom to be within 5 minutes of my sister and I. That was the reason we did not choose this facility, otherwise it looked like a great place.

We had a great experience at Maple Downs. Both of my parents were here but my dad ended up sick in the hospital. The staff were really great at trying to help my mom out while he was gone even though it is independent living and we really appreciated that. Once he got out we realized that they were going to need more care which is why we moved out. Overall it was a wonderful experience and staff were great.

My older cousin whom has a number of health issues came and stayed with us for around a month. My experience was to move him in there, dealing with admin some which overall was positive. We helped him move in, have been several times. Most of the communication went well. It was clean and well run. They were great on protocol with Covid was handled wonderfully.

My Dad has resided at Briarcrest for over 3 years. I can't say enough about the friendliness staff and residents. It is like a big family there. Every time I come into the building I hear laughter and conversation. They have live music often and it is great seeing some of the residents dance to the music they remember. My Dad talks about the food all the time. The verity and the quality is the topic of many of our conversations. The building is dated and needs updating but it looks like they are starting to make some improvements. I could have taken Dad to a newer building at a higher cost but not everything important to my Dad in how new it looks. Best decision I ever made moving Dad to Briarcrest Estates.

It took me 5 years to finally decide the timing was/is right. to move to Briarcrest Estates. My husband who had been in a nursing home for three years died two years ago. The house was sold and I purchased a condo. So much for history! In that 5 years of looking, I never looked at any other independent senior living facility, but I did frequent Briarcrest about once a year. It was amazing -- it didn't appear anything changed including the friendliness of the residents. We didn't speak of money and most times I didn't even take "a tour" I just felt welcome and enjoyed that feeling a great deal. After living with my daughter and son in law for the better part of a year, I knew I needed to be around people to enjoy and to talk with. I talked about the loneliness with my children, they looked Briarcrest over and agreed that it seemed promising and everyone loved the unit I chose. And so, I'm delighted to be here and with a whole circle of new good friends.

Hartland Hills is an excellent place for your loved one. The location, staff, and the cleanliness make this an excellent place to be. The community overall is wonderful as well. The communication with the staff was fair at first, and it has improved over time. There are three meals served daily and the residents have choices to choose from. The Marketing Director was very welcoming and helpful during the tour and move in process. The warmth and concern of the staff in regards to my loved one and family was amazing during a life transition!

We're very pleased with Bluebird Estates. We've been very pleased with their communication with us. Our loved one says sometimes the food is pretty good, other times not. They do have lots of activities. They bring in entertainment and keep the residents involved if they choose to be. We think it's a good value for the cost. The only thing we wish was different has to do with transportation. They do provide transportation, but only during a small window during the day. You have to be back / picked up by noon.

Our mother’s 96th birthday was last week. I tried to have her favorite pie delivered to her but was not able to accomplish it. [name removed] the manager at Country Squire in St Joseph where she lives took it upon himself to go get the cherry pie to her. It was a complete surprise and she loved it! [name removed] went above and beyond in doing this for her. We say a big ‘thank you’ to [name removed]. He and the staff at Country Squire and Freudenthal are truly special and caring individuals. - Her children
