We toured with Holiday Golden Oaks and I really really liked this facility. It was very nice and clean and the staff were great. Unfortunately they did not have any openings at the time we needed.

A little more thought into nutrition

The staff and aids at The Manor are wonderful people and caring professionals who treated us like family while my mother-in-law stayed with them. I can't say enough kind words about them all. They did whatever we needed with no fuss. Thank you all.

The staff is extremely helpful, welcoming, and accommodating to all ages. The residents range from their 60s to their 90s+, and the staff is very respectful to all. For the most part the other residents are very friendly as well. It's a great environment, and my loved one has made a group of friends. There's a good sense of community there. The apartment is a great size, and the staff was helpful in getting little things set up for him. The cleaning staff does a great job every week. Overall my loved one is having a great time there!

We are very happy with the community. The staff are very kind, helpful, and very pleased with the care they provide. The staff communication with the family has been great! There are three meals a day served and there are choices for the residents to choose from. There is entertainment, games, and more for the residents to participate in for activities.

The staff at Regent are extremely caring, professional, and communicative. They offer amazing amenities and services for their residents. [name removed] is extremely helpful in helping families and setting up new residents for success. I highly recommend this community for your loved one!

I toured this community and it was very nice! Clean atmosphere and friendly staff. However, they're not licensed by the state and insurance wouldn't cover them so we continued our search. It's a really nice place, though!

My loved one said food was good. It was good value for the money. My loved one picked this community because, of the independence that it gave them.

What stood out to me about this community is that it's very clean and always smells pleasant. All of the staff are so kind to residents and visitors. They actually know the residents by name and it feels like a family. They did everything possible to help with the transition. They're very sympathetic, understanding, and knowledgeable. Housekeeping is very good and provides extras when needed. They're very accommodating, even with things that weren't their responsibility. The food is ok, not gourmet or anything, but good. They always have food/beverages available in between meals, also. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

The Regent is a good place for my mom. She likes the food and the variety of activities. And the staff is friendly and responsive.

Since the moment we toured the facility, we have felt wonderful and secure in our decision to become part of the Indigo Pines community. The staff and residents have been super helpful, polite, and have become our friends as we share this experience together.

Holiday Illahee Hill is very clean but at times they do have staffing struggles so sometimes the house keeping lacks a little. Overall our loved one says the meals are pretty good and they have really good activities. It is a great value and the reason we picked this community is the location - its a location our loved one is familiar with and has friends in the area. We would recommend this community to other families based on our experience so far.

What sticks out about Fleming Point to us is that the staff and residents are very friendly and the facility itself is well maintained.

My husband describes the building as reminding him of a mansion in Gone with the Wind. There's a wide curving stairway coming down from the second floor to the first which you see upon entering the building and from the dining room. We visited three senior living facilities last year. This was by far the cheeriest, cleanest facility. Staff is attentive. Food is good with a nice variety. You are eating in a dining room not a cafeteria. We would live there. The apartments are cleaned weekly. The dining room staff remembers what my brother-in-law likes to eat and chats with him every meal. The building has just been repainted outside and the parking area has been refinished. The facility is well maintained

This facility is terrific. One of the best deals! We looked at other facilities and this one is top notch AND comparative in cost to the other communities that we looked at. That kind of surprised us, but was a great thing. The feedback from the residents was great from the tour and consistent with our experience across the board. Everyone seems happy here. Housekeeping is great, but sometimes lacked a little bit in mom's opinion. But I think they did great! The assistant manager, who is now the GM, is fantastic and always has been. We couldn't be happier and we would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Our family had an in person and the experience was very good but it was a little bit more rundown then what our loved one was looking for

Copley Place made us feel the most comfortable having our loved one here and the least sales-like and it is affordable. Even though it is independent living they have a 3rd party group of ladies that are there almost 24/7 to assist your loved one. We really appreciate that they would communicate with us not only when something "bad" happens but even communicates with us all the positive things our loved one is doing. They have a ton of activities - they would do karaoke, they would have get togethers, poetry and adult coloring. Our loved one did not each much of the meals but from what we saw the food looked really good. The value was great and we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

What sticks out about Holiday Indigo Pines is the staff members, they are extremely warm and caring. We love this place.

(Only needs longer bus service hours) Otherwise everything is wonderful.
