I realize I may not be able to remain in my current home forever and wanted to investigate other options. I was invited to visit the home, where I was treated to a very nice lunch and then taken on a tour of the facility. Everyone was open and friendly and I received clear answers to my questions. However, I am not yet ready to give up my current living arrangements, but this was valuable information I needed.

[name removed] was very thorough and informative during out tour, and she patiently answered all our questions. I've seen the facility a few times over the past 5 years. They've maintained the facility wonderfully.

The staff and residents are very welcoming. My loved one is stubbornly independent and is thriving with meals and new friends . He says he feels stronger and enjoys all the free time he has to try new things. What a difference!

My loved one is happy. Activities are offered but my loved one does not participate. We picked this community because, my loved one liked the place. My loved one is getting out more and is fellowshiping with the other residents.

My loved one loves it there. Enjoys meeting and talking to the other residents. After our initial visit we didn't bother looking any further, we brought them here and wasn't interested in seeing anything else. The facility is well maintained, clean, and the neighborhood is beautiful.

In searching for assistant living home for my mom this place checked off all boxes and many more. We felt as if we were in a palace it is so beautiful. The staff that took us on our tour was amazing. [Name removed] and [name removed] made us feel like family. My mom loved it and was ready to move in. In the time she has been there she has made many friends. I also have a great relationship with manager [name removed]. They have all been there for us and my mom. We love it here. Thank you [name removed] and [name removed] and the rest of the staff.

We picked this community because, it's close to other family, and the price was affordable. They don't provide medical care, as it relates to giving our loved one their medication. It would be nice if they, provided resources for medication therapy or any other care services that they don't provide. Other than that, everything is great.

From our first appointment, to move in day, to continue care they were always accommodating and helpful. Every staff member from management to housekeeping appears to be there for the residents wants and needs. When Covid flared up again, they had to lock down a bit while maintaining services to the residents. My favorite service is the resident can use any other Holiday facility worldwide for a week at a time if they choose to travel out of the area.

We are thrilled with the experience our loved one is having at Fleming point. We chose this facility because we were looking for senior living 55+ without services. We advocated for her to be open to some services and the price point was well worth it at Fleming Point. The thing that sticks out most is the individualized care & size accommodation as well as bang for your buck.

Everyone is super nice. Hands on. The community is so clean. So pretty. The food is delicious. Activities are well chosen. The staff seems to actually care about their residents.

We liked the community. It was very nice and clean but it was a further distance.

We picked because of, the overall feel of the community, which seemed like a condominium for older people. Everything all together, has worked out pretty good. I would recommend to other families.

We chose Valencia Commons because of the value for the money, it is a little less than an assisted living facility. The apartment sizes are great. They have all different sizes, but his is spacious and fits his needs. I would recommend this community for someone who is independent. They have home health care and residents have life alert, but if you have more health care needs, it might not be the best fit.

I would recommend this community because it is so worth every penny to being able to have the independence for my loved one. Both the staff and the residents are very friendly. The residents have a nice variety for meals, the residents receive 3 meals a day. Also a great variety of activities that are provided by the community for the residents to partake in. Their housekeeping is also awesome, and the residents do not have to do any cleaning, the housekeepers come in once a week to do the cleaning including towels and sheets. Their is a shared laundry room on the premises for residents to do their laundry.

Our experience at Holiday White Oaks has been wonderful. The staff are very nice. Everyone has been so easy to work with. They are also very accommodating and attentive to my mothers needs. She is really enjoying the variety of meals that they have to offer. I would highly recommend White Oaks to others.

Our family had an in person tour and the tour experience was very good, all the of the staff we met with were very friendly and welcoming . good experience as well friendly staff and very welcoming

My father is very happy at Maple Downs. I have told friends that people who work at the community have been kind to my father and our family. My father has made new friends and is feeling a sense of being part of his new community. He is able to maintain friendships with people in his previous town and goes out to breakfast weekly with men from his church. My father was unexpectedly hospitalized and the sales director told him when he returned that she had asked her mother to pray and light a candle for him. This meant a lot to my father. He has repeatedly said that moving to Maple Downs was a good decision.

This is a good place. It seems like a nice fit for my loved one. The community could use more parking spaces for residents and visitors that are handicapped. There are three meals a day offered to the residents, and there is a snack bar the residents can take advantage of as well. There is a kitchenette in the apartment. There are communal laundry areas in the building for the residents to use.

The community is a safe place for mom. I really like the security and freedom that my mom is able to have at this community.

The staff is awesome. I was very impressed. The food is good but not great. They do a good job. They are really great with the activities. We picked thsi community, because it was the best deal out of all of the ones that we looked at, so it's affordable. [name removed] is amazing, and is especillay helpful with residents who need financial assistance with the VA's office. [name removed] the manger went out of his way. He works very hard. [name removed] the assitant manager is great. Also, the chef works really hard to make sure everyone happy.
