My kid’s great grandma [name removed] lives at Regent for over 10 years! We enjoy having lunch with her on Saturday while the pianist, plays classical music an hour before lunch. Over the years we get to know many residents, mangers and staffs at Regent. When kids are home during holidays, go to Regent to have lunch with great grandma would be one of the favorite activities during kids visiting home. Our family love the 3 course wonderful lunch at Regent! The service staffs always make us feel welcome and appreciative. Great grandma enjoys the many activities Regent offers: bridge, poker, gym to exercise, movie matinee, field trips and shopping trips … Regent often invites residents family for a free lunch at the facility with our love one during holidays! My husband and I thought Regent would be a great place to move to when we are ready!

The Manor is a wonderful place to live. My mother moved in there several years ago and has loved every minute of it. Recently she broke her hip and was in a rehabilitation facility, which did not help her at all. After two months there I spoke with the staff at the Manor and they said to bring her back “home” and they would take care of her. Since she has been back her attitude has taken a complete 360. They are getting her out of bed, eating and drinking again. She is also talking about going back to her beloved bingo games. The entire staff and Aides have been wonderful, caring and loving. They are what the say “one big family”

My mom resided in The Manor for 3 years until she fell in [date removed]. She had surgery and then spent 2 months in an awful rehabilitation center where they ignored her and she was never able to walk again. My family assumed my mom was going to have to live in a nursing home. Upon speaking to the staff at The Manor, they assured us that they would take care of her and provide for her needs. And so they did! They have provided for her every need with love, compassion, care, concern, and respect. There are not enough words to convey my gratitude for all they have done to ease my family’s worry and stress. The staff and aids of The Manor are truly special and caring people.

My 92 year old mother in law resides in The Manor. In August she had a fall and broke her hip. This completely changed the outlook for the rest of her life. She spent two months in an awful rehabilitation facility and left there never to walk again. We started to look into nursing homes since she was not able to live independently. That was until the staff at The Manor told us to bring her home, that they would take care of her. Home is The Manor. Not only do the staff and aids meet her every need, they treat her as if she was their family member. I can honestly say that they love her and are meeting her every need with compassion, care, concern, kindness, and gentleness. They talk to her, encourage her to get out of bed, they take her our of her room to walk through the halls, and feed her. The entire work force of The Manor go above and beyond what I ever expected or hoped for. My mother in law will live out the rest of her life at The Manor knowing that she is loved and important .

I can’t say enough about the staff at The Manor at Woodside. When my mom moved there they made her feel welcome and at home. They were attentive, making sure she was happy and engaged in the activities they offered. They knew what she liked and encouraged her to join. She made friends quickly because of the interest of the staff to include her. When Covid hit the staff stepped up and did everything they could for both our family and my mom. When Mom needed more care again the staff stepped up and are caring for her like she was their mother. They have been a god send for our family. Truly!

I would definitely recommend for people to check it out. Very nice apartments, we feel our mom is safe and has opportunities to interact with others. Although at this time they are short staffed and hiking up the rates... but so is every place else.

There are all too many stories to tell how Golden Oaks has made my brother's quality of life better. 2,00 characters wouldn't be enough to tell the whole story. The stories are the people, led by [Name Removed]. She and her staff creates an atmosphere of friendliness, enjoyment, caring, competence and yes, even love. It would be safe to say my brother wouldn't alive if it wasn't for Golden Oaks. They turned an angry man into one who loves life. You just can't mail it in and get that kind of result. [Named Removed] is the best support staff member I have ever experienced. During an emotional and difficult time, [Named Removed] created the PERFECT solution for my mom and our family! I would be lost without [Named Removed] support and guidance….. forever grateful! Thank you [Named Removed]

It's good value for the money. We picked this community because, of the affordability, and I liked the feel of the community, and it seemed like my loved one would fit. The people were nice, welcoming and pleasant. I would recommend to other families. Also, the views from the mountains are beautiful, and they have a nice walking path.

I love living at Indigo Pines. The people are great, staff and residents alike. Everyone that moves feels right at home and they are supported and made to feel welcome every step of the way. I wouldn't live anywhere else!

Very good service on all accounts. I am very happy here and feel blessed to call it my home. Everyone I know and like everything and everything about what they have here.

Holiday by Rancho Village has been an incredible experience. My mom has adjusted very well. The apartment is beautiful. It's just a really nice, beautiful, welcoming, well cared for place - and the best value for the money.

When my parents were forced out of their dream home in the mountains due to their declining health, we were lucky enough to find Holiday. Sure, there have been ups and downs, but most of those were minor things. Over the years, my parents found the staff helpful and kind. And really, what more could you ask?

I checked out Atria Assisted Living for myself. The customer service is extraordinary. The place is spotless clean. My mom tried the food and was pleased. I could easily see living here. I enjoyed the sitting area and the dining area looked comfortable.

My siblings and I are so relieved that dad moved to Birch Heights. He enjoys the walking path. He is eating better and he joined the choir. The opportunity for him to socialize and have the support of new friends and very friendly staff has improved his depression since mom passed. What a difference. We have peace of mind now.
