Our family had an in person tour and we thought the tour experience was great and in our opinion, it was the better place with a price that goes along with it.

My loved one was a resident here. It's a great place, very clean. Cost is higher than many other places in the area. If you can afford it, I would highly recommend it!

The facility is kept very nice and clean. I wish there was a permanent driver for the activity bus or van. The staff that I have encountered have been excellent. My loved one is safe in this facility and I feel that if I have a problem, I can call.

Crescent Heights is a great place for my mom. Staff is helpful and friendly. Food is good, although the meal experience is a very slow process... can take close to two hours to get through lunch ... is this due to a lack of help or just a slow process? While she hasn't participated in any of the activities yet, there certainly are many offered each day. Facility is clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend it to others.

Loved Crescent but they don't have 24/7 nursing on staff, they are outsourced and the price basically changes monthly.

The main things we really like about Holiday Pinegate is how attentive the staff members are to our loved one and the other residents. There are three good meals a day and if the residents choose they can have the meals delivered to their rooms. We also like the fact that there are activities everyday that they can participate in.

We picked this community becasue we have another family member here. It is a classy looking place, and everyone is extremely nice from the cleaning to food staff. They bend overbackwards, and answer any questions that we have. Overall, I would recommend to other families.

My mom lived here unfortunately a short time. I wished we moved her here sooner. She loved everything about it especially the staff and all the activities. There are on site aides and she never had to be alone unless she wanted to be. So many friendly people live here. Well worth it! [names removed] and are her staff are terrific! Thank you for all the love you showed my mom in her last days. I will never forget it!

Friendly and welcoming staff and residents.

They were nothing but good to me. I think it is a great facility, I just wish my brother would have cooperated. We had a good experience with the facility and would recommend them to others. I would move here myself.

My loved one says he likes everything and everyone, but the food is terrible. They only serve chicken over and over again. Other than that, he seems to like it.

Our experience with Village Gate of Farmington has been fantastic. Mom has been here 2 months and she is so happy. The people are all amazing - super friendly, all chip in to help with the residents, very accommodating and are extremely welcoming to families. They decorate the facility beautifully and have a fire going every day. She gets 3 meals a day, exercise classes, etc. I cannot say enough good things about them. She has made many friends. Her apartment is beautiful. Overall it is just an amazing place. Every month they have a room on special if you are looking. I would 100% highly recommend Village Gate of Farmington.

Everything was great other than the circumstances for being there - which was our loved one's declining health. but we found Holiday White Oaks to be extremely well managed. And the people there were very nice.

Everything is going great there and our family member is happy. The community is doing everything well, we don't have to worry about anything it's all taken care of. We picked this community, because it was what my loved one could afford.

I toured the place, very friendly, great staff, very helpful.. I love it just a bit out of my price range. Very clean, peaceful, and their smiles are bright.. you know your loved one will be safe when you walk out of the door. No complaints.. seems like a nice and comfortable place!

Came to stay at White Oaks for the second time after a fall. Also stayed here 3 years ago after rehab. Staying in the model suite, with furniture correct. White Oaks was the best deal around for a short term stay and includes all my meals, and my physical therapist is here on property. [name removed], the physical therapist is wonderful and has her own office on the 3rd floor. The staff is also great, and I would recommend.

I cannot sing loud enough the praises I have for Golden Oaks Senior Community. My uncle had fallen drastically ill and was no longer able to live alone. He was released from a skilled nursing facility so I was desperate to find a place for him where he would receive a little extra help. I called, (Company Name Removed) who referred me to Golden Oaks. What a tremendous blessing they have been! While this is not an assisted living facility, I can call on the staff at any time to check on my uncle. They ensure he eats three times a day and they clean his apartment once a week. I could not be happier to have found this community. The only complaint I have is with the (Company Name Removed) housed at the complex. (Company Name Removed) is not a part of the complex but rents a space there. I hired them to clean my uncle’s apartment 3-4 times/week. They agreed and came one week but suddenly stopped. Their management was rude and unprofessional. I would discourage anyone from hiring them.
