Everyone is really nice. My Aunt isn't always clear on where to be for certain things, but she is learning. The apartment that she has is really nice and she got a corner room with a bedroom and it has so many windows that let an amazing amount of natural light in. That is her favorite part. The girl that does her housekeeping is so friendly and does an excellent job as well.

This facility is safe, clean, and the staff is always working hard. The first few weeks transitioning were challenging. My loved one is gluten free and the kitchen staff needed to get to know her. She doesn't remember and/or eats what she wants. She did not make it easy for the kitchen staff, but they really try each day. So so grateful that she is there. Her apartment is great, too!

We chose Niagara Village because this is the only facility we found that offered meals three times a day. Right now, they do seem to have difficulty hiring enough staff members. I would recommend Niagara Village to others looking for independent living.

The housekeeping lady is not that great. Food- they run out of fruit and bread sometimes. The activities are good, but they could have more of a variety. As for Care...only the food staff is a little understaffed.

I toured Holiday Essex House and it was great. It's a lovely community. The facility felt very welcoming. The cleanliness and friendliness were great. However, my loved one thought that the other facility that we toured seemed more homey than this one.

The community offers a stable, affordable senior housing with an extraordinarily helpful, friendly staff. The apartments have carpet, a kitchenette, and ample closet space. Overall, it has been a good experience.

[name removed] from A Place For Mom was the biggest help. I would highly recommend it. I had to place a friend, and they had physical and occupational therapy.

My father was looking for an Independent Living facility having recently moved from a small sr. community to an asst. living facility. The Asst. Living arrangement was for his wife. After three months he decided that as nice as the facility was, it was just too expensive and he did not want to spend all his savings on it. He wanted an Independent Living Place and the family would find appropriate supportive care services for his wife. I worked through A PLACE FOR MOM. My contact there mentioned this one. After some urging,My father decided to go with me to visit Maple Suites in Dover, NH. We had a delightful visit and tour. And to the amazement of the Marketing Manager and myself, "he said he liked it and decided he wanted to move in"! The special multi-month Savings was also an added incentive. His monthly rent was also going to be 60% less than the Assisted Living Facility. He was able to move in the following week! They have been there 2 months and says he is very happy.

I'm having a wonderful experience here. The staff are great. I'm very comfortable here. I would recommend to anyone.

My mother has been very happy at Stamford. The staff obviously care and love their job. My mother's only complaint might be the meals, which although usually excellent, are sometimes a little too spicy for her. She loves most of the activities but sometimes she has commented that " the entertainment / movie tonight put me to sleep. "

What we really like about the Holiday Maple Downs is the friendliness of the staff. They recognize me and knows who my family person is. We would definitely recommend this community to other families based on our experience so far.

Valencia Commons was wonderful. They bent over backwards for me. The Care staff was very helpful. Everyone there was very supportive. Unfortunately my loved one only had three days there before they passed. My loved one was really looking forward to being there because they saw their self getting better here. My loved one called it their bachelor pad. I want to thank the staff at Valencia Commons for making my loved one comfortable and happy. Although my loved one was not there long enough to rate the activities the bulletin looked like it would be fun.

Holiday Birch Heights were easy to work with and accommodating my loved one with short notice. There are washers and dryers on every floor. There is a fridge and sink in the apartment, and there are no open flames in the apartment. There are three meals a day with choices. My loved one can either eat in the dining hall restaurant style or pick it up to go and eat in their apartment. My loved one is complicated and complains about everything. So it's hard to tell if they are happy or not.

It's clean, friendly, and welcoming. I feel at home. After seeing what's out there I got a good deal here. Both in cost and layout. I really like the staff and residents are so nice.

We also really liked a place in Loma Linda, but went with Golden Oaks because it was closer to us. On our tour of Golden Oaks we were able to have lunch with the residents and the friendliness sold us on that place.We are very pleased with Golden Oaks. Mom is enjoying the variety of classes and the residents are happy and friendly.

All the above done well, especially those I marked 5's. Could be a little better on timeliness of requested repairs. Also, changed meal policy after we arrived which was a bit disappointing. Used to allow us to pick up a meal to take to Moms room at no charge. Now they charge $[removed].

Mom really likes it there. We have not noticed anything aside from the minor housekeeping issue. Everyone who has gone to visit her have been impressed. It is great they are so welcoming of children. My nephew's and niece love going there.

A close friend lives at Burlington Gardens and really enjoys all of the services and facilities that are available. we appreciates the family atmosphere, great nutritious food and above all the caring and helpful staff, who actually seem more like friends. It is a safe, secure, clean, welcoming retirement home. Residents can participate in the many shared activities offered or have the flexibility and fun of their own unique interests. Burlington Gardens is an excellent environment with many advantages for seniors. The staff are outstanding!

The staff is fantastic. My friend likes the food. They have a big variety of activites, including church services. It's good value for the money. We picked this community, becaue they had an opening at the time, and it was a little better value for the money, and the cleanliness

What we really like about Holiday Chateau is the staff members - they have all be so great. All of the people involved with our loved one have been wonderful, helpful, and very caring. The meals and dining service is really good as well as the activities. For us the location was really good and based on our experience so far we would recommend Holiday Chateau for other families.
