Good first place for someone who could not longer live in town home alone. We picked this community because of the price, and available personal care assistance.

My father is currently a resident at Prince George Chateau and everything about his experience at this facility has been great so far! The move in process was simple and easy. The staff have gone way above and beyond in dealing with difficult situations. The meals are wonderful. They have brought my father back from the brink of starvation! The housekeeping is great. I would definitely recommend Prince George Chateau to anyone with elderly family.

I have lived here for 9 months and enjoy the staff, outings, bus service no Uber charges! Popcorn fresh everyday! Enjoy happy hours entertainment and snacks are delicious!! Friendly staff. Good breakfast!

I have live here for 3 years and love it. I have made a lot of friends. I Use the transportation. I enjoy the events very much. The food is very good. I love my apartment. I have referred many friends here.

I would rate everything at 5. I found the staff at Victoria Park to be very friendly and accommodating. My husband was very happy there. Based on the experience we have had so far with Victoria Park, we would definitely recommend them to other families.

Excellent. Very helpful, concerned and responsive staff. Small but cheerful lobby. Residents are talkative and seem very happy. Apartments are all being remodeled so units are basically new and well designed with very large bathrooms and adequate living space

Willow Gardens is very nice, they are just finishing a upgrade and it looks beautiful. The staff are all super sweet and go above and beyond to help out. I had lunch here with my aunt and it was so good, they must have a great chef. The apartments are really nice and have cute little balconies. She is so happy since she moved in, she is making new friends and eating very well.

Mom said meals weren't very good, however the friendliness of the staff gets a 5+++. What our family likes the most about the community, again is the friendliness... even the other families were so friendly to mom. Everyone made her feel very welcome

I recently toured this facility with [name removed]. The property was warm and inviting and spotless clean! [name removed] familiarized me with the activities they offer along with the many facility features and services available there. I got to visit with an old friend who is living there and he was very pleased with everything! If you, your friend or a family member is ready to enjoy their retirement without worrying about all the details and chores that have become difficult for you to achieve this is a great place to consider! [name removed] is the perfect example of how the owners and staff of this home place great care in providing comfortable, convenient and friendly living conditions for the residents! I encourage you to schedule a tour with [name removed] sometime soon. You will be pleased that you did!

Appreciate the response to our questions and requests in getting into Holiday by Atria and getting settled into his apartment. A little over whelming with how quickly everything was going, but seems like that is not unusual in this day and age. Want to thank everyone for their patience and understanding and hope it continues once we get everything moved in.

Go there they know how to help seniors . They give them dignity.I wish we would've found this place years ago. It is amazing not one bad thing to say it's over the top perfect.

[name removed] stayed in touch with me for a year and a half and it finally worked out. We couldn't be happier. My mom loves her new place. I've decorated it to look like her old place. Today I drive a mile away(instead of 40 minutes) and pick her up to take her to a pumpkin patch.

My mother is currently a resident at Holiday Birch Heights and overall things have been great for her at this facility so far. However, three weeks after she moved in, major updates and construction started. This is still ongoing and is disruptive. Thus why I rated the value for cost at a three. The staff and the housekeeping are very good. Any problems appear to be handled promptly. With the exception of the construction going on, I would highly recommend Holiday Birch Heights to others. The food, according to my mother, is very good. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The move in process was very smooth and easy. the only problem is, there's only one elevator and it gets tied up at meal times.

I would have to say that Holiday Warburton Place brought my mother happiness place is clean. The food is good she's happy with daily exercise. The residence and staff are great specially, maintenance the cleaning women very good job. My mom is happy there. Thank you.

My loved one currently resides at Holiday Redbud Hills and everything has been great for her at this facility so far. Everyone, from the staff to other residents, is so friendly here. The move in process was easy, everyone was so helpful. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff, activities and value for cost are also great. The food is okay. I would highly recommend giving Holiday Redbud Hills a look!

Cost is very reasonable, place is completely remodeled and residents treat you like family. I picked this community because of the cost.

The place has been great for my dad, I've nothing but good things to say about it so far, he even calls it 'high end'. They seem to be a really good and affordabele place, the staff are great and it's very nice and well kept. That's about it I think.

I had moved Mom from another facility, which was Assisted Living. It was that bad. I had concerns about moving Mom to Independent Living. Every facility talks a good game when you are looking at the facility, Hartland follows through. Mom is an alcoholic and they really have done everything that they can to help me with the situation. They have given me the peace of mind so I can finally have a life. I'm not having to deal with Mom's crisis by myself. I know they are helping me. If I'm not there, they call and talk with me about it. They say they are a family and mean it. There's always a manager in the dining room or walking around and always talking to the residents. Everyone I have met has been friendly. The food is good and they work with the residents. At one point, Mom had just been released from the hospital and I went and asked the kitchen staff if Mom could have something to eat for when she was hungry. They immediately made her a sandwich, etc. This was not during meal time. I haven't experienced anything negative. One thing that I learned from Hartland that I did not know: Hartland is private, which means the family makes the decision when your loved one needs to be moved to Memory Care. You can add on home Healthcare which is located in Hartland. Mom had been in a facility that was much more expensive but State run. If you disagree with them sending your loved one to Memory Care, you have to get an attorney and go to court to fight it. It's a lot more expensive. I highly recommend Holiday Hartland Hills. Talk with them, it will be worth your while.

I have lived at Pinegate for almost six years. There are lots of fun activities. The staff is friendly and really care about the residents. The food is good with a variety on each menu. This was a good move for me. And I am glad I chose Pinegate
