We were looking for a space near us for my 90 year old dad. The GM, Sales Manager and staff were very helpful. The facility was well maintained, plenty of activities and food was good (variety and quality). We signed dad up and are ready to move in!

I would 100 % recommend Churchill manor to any senior looking for a place to live. It is a very friendly place with lots of activities. Due to my initial conversation with [name removed] at Churchill manor and the fact that she in my books went above and beyond to assist us in our decision with a relocation. She made arrangements for us to visit Churchill manor.

I toured this community for my mom and immediately felt welcomed and at home. They are doing a beautiful remodel on the apartments and it was the perfect fit. Unfortunately, my mom‘s health has taken a turn and we weren’t able to move her in there. I highly recommend checking Briarcrest out. Lunch was delicious and the price for a brand new apartment was the best we’ve found!

My dad has been at Simi Hills for almost a year and he’s very happy there. The staff is wonderful. They couldn’t be nicer and are always so helpful. The facility and the grounds are beautiful, and it’s always nice and clean. There’s a lovely path for walks outside which he loves. They have many fun activities and events. He’s made many friends as the residents are all so nice. He enjoys getting together with everyone in the dining room for meals. Simi Hills is the perfect place for my dad!!

The people were very helpful, accommodating and gave us immediate options when placing our mother. The rates, activities and meal plans allow her to thrive. Also they partner with a home health aide services that allows us to pay and for additional services that she needs. It makes us feel good that she is in a safe place

Holiday Niagara Village community is a nice place, with friendly staff. Maintenance a little slow. We wished that [name removed] was still on the staff. Mom is happy there, and that's all that matters

My mom is happier than she has been in years. Her physical and mental health have improved greatly. The only reason I didn't give this a five is because I feel like the staff could do a better job of managing when people have contagious illnesses and keeping them away from others. They have struggled with adequate staffing, availability of items and just overall service issues. I only rated this low because it is costing my mom every penny of the money that she gets. And we have to use our own personal income to provide personal items and other things for her. There should be more of a sliding scale on what someone can afford. It is although the cheapest and most complete or inclusive package I could find.

This place is special. We spent a lot of time learning about the community. Everyone I encountered made me feel welcome and at home. LOVE the renovations. You don't see this often with apartment homes, not when it comes to the inside. My uncle is currently overseas, but once he returns, we look forward to showing him Pinegate.

Toured this community a few months ago in advance for my mum and it was such a pleasant experience. Staff was welcoming, atmosphere was uplifting and fun, food was good, apartments are being renovated, therefore, everything was new and the pricing was extremely affordable considering the upgrades! I've viewed a lot of communities in the middle GA area and this is by far the best one I've seen.

I like it here because you have your privacy and you have the choice to be social. Staff is also incredible. [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed] have all been so kind and understanding towards me during this transition. I also use to live here once before, and since I've been back, I've noticed the food has improved tremendously!!!!

When we needed a place for Mom to live, we visited all the places in Simi Valley and Thousand Oaks. Most were booked up or at a higher price. We came across Holiday by Atria, there were rooms available, and the price was right. We moved her in, and she loves it here. Big room, with a balcony overlooking the hills near the Reagan Library. Great meals at 8 am, noon and 5 pm. She usually askes for only half a meal as the portions are large. She has many friends now and would rather stay here for meals then go out. But has used the free bus service to go to the mall and her favorite Chinese restaurant here in Simi Valley. The staff knows everyone's name and the life alert pendant is a great security tool that the facility provides at no additional cost to all. WiFi, cable TV, room cleaning once a week, and laundry rooms throughout the facility are well maintained. I recommend this facility to everyone we meet. They are almost finished with their remodel of the common areas.

My loved one was previously a resident at Holiday Aspen View Senior Living and this was a great place. That staff was great. They offered a lot of activities, but my loved one chose not to participate and take advantage of any of them. The cleanliness and friendliness were great. The care services and meals were great. However, they are very short handed. I do feel that it was very expensive for what you get.

[Name removed] has gone above and beyond to help my mother. She is a good person and it shows by the way she values and loves her job.

She loves caregivers, other tenants, apartment, plenty of food, activities and much more !!!!It is great !!! They have a lot of in-house care taker for remembering pills, walking dogs, hair salon, emergency in-house fobs in case of falls, and much more...I would recommend to others.

I wanted a small facility. I couldn't be happier with Holiday Rock Creek community. My father loves it. My mom doesn't live there. But when I've gone out of town she has stayed with him. She has made friends there too.

I’m a new resident everything was a very smooth transition. My apartment is perfect! My cat is setting in!! I’ve made friends already and enjoy meals. I’m looking forward to going to activities when I get unpacked.

What our family likes the most about the Holiday Andover Place is the staff and the other residents that live there. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to others.

Welcome Home! Happy to see you. This is the way I feel whenever I return to Sheldon Oaks. The office staff is kind and helpful. I have met some wonderful residents (some a little grumpy, including me at times). The kitchen and wait staff are excellent.

Everything about Holiday Braircrest Estates has been great - from the staff to the cleanliness, quality of care, meals and dining, the activities that are offered and the value for cost. I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

[names removed] have been amazing with my parents. They all spent a lot of time with them before they signed their lease. They were able to get an amazing apartment. I know they will enjoy being residents of Briarcrest Estates.
