What I like the most about the community is the atmosphere here. The staff members re great as are the residents. The food is also good. Based on the experience I have had so far I would recommend the Holiday Echo Ridge community to others

My aunt was struggling to maintain her home and the stairs were getting harder for her to maneuver. The nieces and nephews were getting burnt out from trying to manage our own families and trying to keep our aunt in her home. We did some research and found Birch Heights for her. She was really pushing back but we had a calm and constructive talk with her and convinced her that if she wanted to remain independent longer that her home was doing her (and her family) a disservice. She reluctantly agreed to move to Birch Heights, but within a couple of weeks she settled in, had new friends and was socializing...which she was lacking being isolated in her home. She needed to stop driving and now she can just hop on the shuttle bus for errands and field trips. We also like that all meals and housekeeping are included and if things change with her health we can hire private homecare aides to support her as well.

My loved one was previously a resident at Holiday The Springs and her experience at this facility was great. All of the staff were kind and friendly. The facility was very clean. The admin had good communication and they were extremely accommodating with moving my loved one in. I would recommend this facility to others.

I would tell folks we think it's a wonderful community. They should definitely take a tour.My Aunt picked this place for several reasons. It offered every feature she wanted in regards to services at a price she could afford. She was also impressed the friendliness of everyone and the cleanliness of the facility.

They are very friendly, they seem to work had to make sure all your concerns are met, I pick this place because they had an opening, be like it when I visited. I would recommend to others.

It's an absolutely perfect place to grow old. I picked this community because of the distance from home. It's the best place you can find. They've been temendous.

My Dad had a great experience there and the staff is superb in their care and concern for all residents. It's an excellent mid level independent living facility and I highly recommend it.

I was a caregiver for 37 years, my best friend died [date removed]. This left me homeless, nobody would take me, I lived with homeless I previously helped. Then I was referred here. They decided to step in, created my first footsteps inside. The staff is one with us all and us them. Thank you!!

Great experiences - signed up sight-unseen. Engaged quickly - happy folks - transportation - good food - social and clean - long timers and best - I feel safe and cared about. (86 year old female - active and positive)

It was very clean and everybody is nice and management. Everybody works there seems real nice.

Indigo Pines has made this transition for my 89 yr. young mother into this facility effortless. They have answered all of my 100 questions being 1800 miles away. [name removed], even the gentleman that answered the phone line initially let me ask him a lot of questions. If someone doesn't know the answer, they find out immediately. [name removed], is like the House Mom and makes sure my mom is taking her pills and gets her organized for the day. LOVE this place!!!!!!!

I would say the building inside and the outside of the building are very clean and gives you a feeling of relaxation. As well the staff are very friendly and look after you very well. The meals are excellent. The community for the most part are very friendly and inclusive.The reason I picked this place was it was very beautiful building and surroundings were beautiful. Staff were very friendly the meals we had there before we moved in were very good. Excellent services and amenities. My Aunt is also only 2 blocks away from her doctor appointments. They also provide Van transportation to appointments shopping trips etc.

I moved my dad to Birch Heights from Florida to be closer to family. At first he was resistant to the idea of being with the "old folks" but soon realized how much he enjoyed the conversations at mealtimes with the "like-minded" people who shared his interests and had gone through the loss of a spouse. He says he "fits right in" with the "old folks" because he's realized he's one of them.

My father is currently a resident at Holiday Genesee Gardens and everything has been great for him at this facility so far. The food is awesome. The staff is super friendly and feel like family. They are super helpful, too. I would recommend Holiday Genesee Gardens to others for Independent Living and have already.

When it comes to the quality of care we gave it that rating mostly because we thought staff there around the clock and maybe more attentive to potential medical needs to communicate to us but that was our assumption so didn't really check ahead of moving in. Our loved ones are pleased with meals, like the social aspect. Wish there was some flexibility in time for eating meals ( like getting breakfast 8- 10 am come as you are ready). They (mother- in- law) have just begun to start participating in some of the activities. For the value for cost, it still seems a little pricey and we are told rent goes up every year which is rough for those on a fixed income. But more reasonable than many of the others we looked at.

Amazing customer support here and extremely friendly and clean I love the new modeling of this place. Manager [name removed] is amazing and a wonderful blessing . Food looks yummy residents look friendly and well taken care of.

My father just moved in 3 months ago, and he loves it, and he loves the extra circular activities they provide.the meals are great. I love that they can have visitors stay.i love there morals towards elderly people. -Thanks Aspen view

My mother has been at Aspen view for about 2 1/2 months and she loves it and we love it as well the staff are fantastic and great meals for them love the extra activities they do just a great place for my mother

I have toured with the facility and I have had the greatest experience. All of the staff was accommodating and knowledgeable of their community. We were met by their resident ambassadors, offered a wonderful meal and sent home with a pie, AMAZING! We are in the beginning stages of our search and will definitely be returning to Maple Downs to finalize our plans.
