We have been extremely pleased with all aspects for Holiday Maple Downs community. We like that the aids work for us and not the facility. We all have come to know the personnel at M.D. more in less than two months than nine years at her previous residence. You can put me down for 5 in each category at this point.

Cedar Ridge looked great and the tour was very nice. We had lots of staff interactions during the tour. The only drawback was for us, was that our loved one wasn't ready for assisted living.

Their family member should be independent and fully able to advocate for themselves. [name removed] is extremely happy there and tries to other people to move in!

Friendly staff, good food, but a lot of snafus with the promised transportation and high staff turnover. I wish the residents were given more opportunities to travel to events: sports, theater, etc. instead of just shopping.

My loved one is a resident at Holiday Illahee Hills and everything has been great for him at this facility, so far. The cleanliness and friendliness are great! The staff and meals are also great. I rated the value for cost lower because the people that they partner with charge A LOT of money for extra services. Overall, I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

Birch Heights was the only facility that we had to look at, it had everything we wanted. Location in Derry, meals, transportation options, activities, laundry service, good price etc. I think they do everything here very well and I get a good feeling overall. I would recommend Birch Heights to others!

My aunt needed a place to stay and this facility was life changing! The staff is amazing and hard working. Not only do they care about each and every one of their residents is comfortable and happy no matter what. I wouldn’t want any other place taking care of my aunt, they treat her and all other residents like with empathy and love. 10/10 highly recommend!

[name removed], so far our experience, and what my mom has said, and what we've seen so far has been a very positive experience for all of us. The social aspect has been wonderful for my mom. She seems to enjoy the activities. The staff has been very friendly to all of the family and to my mom and great with all the residents when I've been there. The place is always been clean. I love all the little extras that [name removed] does with the residents to make them feel special. I watch how the staff interact with residents and you guys treat them like family. The cost is better than other places in the area and nicer than places we checked out.

My mom loves it there. She has many friends and activities that keep her busy. it's always been clean and neat when I go over. And the cleaners for her apartment do a good job too. The staff are s always very friendly and helpful to everyone. Always smiling! Since this is only a retirement community, there really isn't any care that they provide. It's not assisted living. The food is good almost all the time. Once in a while it's not the best. But the dining area and people who cook and serve are great. They have plenty of activities to choose from. And my mom has had a great time there. It seems high, but I think everywhere is about the same price. But I know many people would not be able to afford it, but luckily we can afford it.

My family and loved one had a great experience with the community. [Name removed] was very, very helpful. The community was always clean when we visit the community to see our loved one. Everyone has been friendly. There are activities and meals to engage the residents with socialization. Overall, this is a community we would recommend to others for their loved ones.

The staff are very friendly at Holiday The Lodge at Cold Spring. The food is very good. I ate here with my mom and the food was good and they gave you a few different options to choose from in case you didn't care for what they were serving that day. The facility was very clean and they had a nice sitting area out front with beautiful flowers. The folks at The Lodge were very nice, but my mother needs more care than they can provide. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

We toured Holiday Maple Downs during our search for an Independent Living facility for our loved one. This facility was terrific, everything seemed to be great! The staff was very helpful and aware of our needs. The facility was spotless. However, the cost of the facility was beyond our financial ability so we continued on with our search.

We toured Holiday The Springs of Escondido during our search for Independent Living for my mother. This facility was great! The cleanliness and friendliness were great. The staff and value for cost was great, also. We had a great tour of this facility!

We love it here, but have to move on due to how expensive it has become. Services offered, staff are excellent lots of interesting people,, other residents, to meet. The activities Director is so hardworking & provides many interesting options. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend Holiday Grizzly Peak to other families.

My dad was a resident at Holiday The Regent. The staff is very nice and helpful. Even though this is Independent Living, they keep a close eye on the residents. The people living there sometimes don't seem the happiest, but that's not the staff's fault. The housekeeping is consistent, but they only do linen change over and basic wipe down unless you ask them for other things like vacuuming. The maintenance team is a bit understaffed, so some requests can have slow responses. The facility itself is clean, but in need of an update in the rooms. However, one of the advantages of the facility is that it is actually affordable for more people. A major update would likely make the cost go up. Their transportation service is amazing. They go above and beyond to help residents get to appointments. The biggest thing to know is that residents need to be willing to advocate for what they need. The staff will help them figure it out, but it's not Assisted Living, so the residents need to speak up. I also really like that after the first 3 months, the leases are month to month. No huge buys ins. It makes flexibility possible. I would recommend this facility to others.

Moving to Holiday Golden Oaks is the best move I have ever made. I'm very happy living here. It's nice to know that I am not alone, and they have wonderful activities for us.

Tucked away in the lush beauty of Hilton Head, Indigo Pines is a delightful Independent Living Opportunity for a spand of ages. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The residents are "family" as they enjoy living in a community together. Many of the appartments and or studios have balconies. The dining room is inviting and the food is delicious. There is freedom for a life well lived, to engage in activities, or savor the solitude of your own personal living space, decorated to your style or taste. There is a library and Movie room. Various classes and entertainment enhance your experience. Best of all is the outdoor space with chairs, tables, and even a fire pit for social gatherings or quiet reflection. Indigo Pines is a treasure for those looking to live Independently in a beautiful setting.

We picked this community, because it seemed to be a good fit and we talked to some residents and they liked it there plus my loved one liked it too. We all still do! It's well kept up. Very nice place for Mom and we would recommend it to others.

A while back I had some concerns/ issues w Flemming Point. I am very pleased to say that all of my needs/concerns were dealt w in a timely manor - I was immediately contacted and my issues were resolved - I am so happy to walk in the building knowing things are up to par. I knew when we first looked at Flemming it was a wonderful place and setting. Kudos to [name removed]- [name removed] and [name removed]for always being happy and welcoming!

The only feedback I have is that my mother is blind and she has an intercom in her room that is supposed to announce activities (what she has told me, she was told by other residents), she and I have asked a few times for it to be turned on/fixed so that's mom can know which activities are happening since she can't read the calendar. Overall, happy with the service and care!
