Other than the lack of activities because there's no event planner at this time, everything is going well. There is also a lack of transportation.

I think Holiday Fleming Point is great, and my mom loves it there. It's a nice, friendly place. The apartment is nice. And the food is phenomenal. She tells me it's really tasty.

Very professional, friendly staff. The facility is always clean and I receive amazing service every time I visit the Grizzly Peak. Keep up the good work! I am always greeted with a smile and feel so comfortable

Love this place for my mom and she loves it as well! Very comfortable for her and good food , great staff and lots of fun things to take part in. The facility is very well maintained and we feel like mom is truly safe a taken care of

I visited Blue Water Lodge for a community event they were hosting. They were under renovation at the time and amidst everything going on, the community was very clean, staff was friendly and attentive, and they were still able to put on a beautiful event. They had a musical performer, many treats, and Santa. I am looking forward to going back for a future event (and to see the final renovations).

Our family had an in-person tour as well as having prior experience and [name removed] was very attentive and patient with trying to find the right fit. The staff and residents were super friendly. We really liked the location and amenities. Ultimately didn't end up there because of the cost and it just did not have the recourses.

It was a hard decision to find a perfect place for my mother! But I did find this lodge and I have to say it's beautiful, pleasant and she really loves it! She has activities and has met some wonderful friends there. I would recommend this place to all my family and friends...The staff are very informative and will really set your mind at ease about whatever questions you have.

Through word of mouth, my mother in law learned of this facility where she now lives. It is half the cost of her previous facility and they are every bit as friendly, it is clean, the food is very good, they allow smoking on a patio outside, etc. The feel of the place is very cozy and the value is incredible. The rooms are very nice as well, we love the layout.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. This is a very good community that would be good for a loved one who is independent or lower level of care. If your loved one needs more care, this may not be the best option for them. The caregivers available here only offer lower amount of care. There are three meals a day served and several options for the residents to choose from. There are washer and dryers available in the building, and the resident must pay to use them.

Staff is very friendly and housekeeping is great....provide toilet paper & trash bags & everything is always clean. Also laundry service is provided. I would definitely recommend this facility.

We chose Alexis Gardens because the cleanliness, location, etc. It just made the most sense for what we were looking for. I am impressed with the variety of the activities that they have provided for the residents although my friend does not participate. The overall amenities and atmosphere is what sticks out about the facility most. It is bright and airy not dark and depressing like some places. The atmosphere is what sets it above most others that we saw.

There are a ton of different activities at Holiday Rock Creek - at the moment we do not have a bus diver but when we do - on Fridays we go to Freddy's or another place for lunch and we go to different shopping stores. On Tuesday's' and Thursday's they bring us to and from our doctors appointments. There is a group of guys that come to visit us and sing for us. It is expensive but with all the different services they offer it is totally worth it. We have really nice TV's with X-finity that has more channels you could ever want and even plenty of Spanish channels. The activities that are here, are fantastic. It is a very pet friendly community. It really is amazing.

Since move in day up until now what we really like about Holiday Aspen View are the staff- they are so friendly, helpful and understanding. We have not had experience with the meals ourselves but our loved one has not complained before and if she is late to a meal the staff are more the accommodating to fix her something. We also do not know about the activities since we aren't there all the time, but we do know that she is never in her room and always getting involved

My sister is really enjoying her apartment and her stay here. It is a very reasonable price especially compared to other places I found out there. It is a very nice facility overall. She is very happy and I would absolutely recommend Bluebird Estates to others.

I enjoy living here and have met some very nice people.

Wonderful staff/home sweet home.

The facility is awesome. Staff are friendly and responsible to all our needs. I enjoyed staying at Amber Meadows.

As for Meals and Dining: They say 5:30 for dinner and at 6:15 pm my parents were not eating. They should change the time so they don't go to bed with undigested food. Not enough servers -only 2, and not enough vegetables or an assortment of meals for breakfast. As for Activities: not enough musical groups.

The community could improve on dining service as service is very slow. As far as the staff, they are so friendly and caring. The staff communication with the family is great when we have questions or concerns.

We had a great tour with Forest Pines, I really liked this facility. It was smaller and had a very homey feeling to it. All of the staff we interacted with were so friendly.
