We have had my brothers, their spouses, and several of my parents, friends tour the facility, and every one of them has been blown away by how clean, safe and beautiful the facility is inside. [Name Removed] and the rest of the staff have patiently put up with a ton of questions that everyone involved in the process has had and been absolutely great about it. The greatest help to us was that he connected us with an organization that could help my parents move, empty their house, and put it on the market for them. That made the transition so much easier and so stress-free that I can't say enough, good things about it.

Tour was very helpful. We were shown a model unit and an actual available one. We observed the home in action during mealtimes and. Were even offered a meal. Many residents out and about visiting with one another. Very friendly atmosphere and all residents were seemingly very happy to be there! Staff were informative and willing to help. It turned out to be our chosen place to reside.

He likes it a lot, he's happy, his room is cleaned very well and often, and his family is happy too. I myself haven't been but my partner and his siblings have and they are satisfied.

The staff is very helpful, pleasant and really easy to talk to. The kitchen chefs and servers are also very pleasant and my mom thinks they are nice and mannerly. The activities are ok and they are getting better from what I hear from residents. My mom loves bingo which they have 2 or 3 times a week. The price is reasonable compared to other places I saw. The whole place is very clean and decorated beautifully. I and my mom are very pleased. The food is great!

Very clean, friendly place and the 3 meals are included as a restaurant style setting. The apartments are very clean, several choices on apartment styles. Pets are allowed. I would recommend the community to others!

Bridge Park is a great place! I chose it mostly for its convenience to my family. Staff and residents are both very friendly. The staff follow the no touch rules very seriously and wont offer you help even getting out of a chair. The food is good, but portions are a bit smaller than I expected. The facility is very clean, they just did an upgrade 2 years ago and it looks much newer.

It was a virtual tour with my sister (from BC) visiting. We both felt the person who conducted the tour was excellent - he explained everything clearly and answered our questions.

My mom was only there 1 week then went to hospital and now rehab. Apartment was great. The staff is amazing and you feel more like a family there. Everyone from [name removed] the general Mgr to [name removed] in events and [name removed] who takes care of the building. I just loved everyone there. You will love this place.

I highly recommend this facility. I love living here We have constant activities that done very well. We have 5 meals to pick from on lunch and dinner. Wonderful staff friendly and helpful at all times.

Tuesday we had a wonderful Memorial Day cookout on the front patio, with music and good food on lovely decorated tables. We have "parties" to celebrate all our steps as we 'walk' from Dover to Boston, New York,Washington, Florida and we are on our way to New Orleans. Every day we record our progress. We are treated to an hourly concert , accompanied by hot pop corn, each week.There are programs for health and spiritual subjects as well as games and puzzles to challenge the minds. Food is always available.

My father has really enjoyed the place. Apartment size is perfect for him. Staff and food is good. Has made lots of friends.

very friendly staff. While touring encountered 2 of the residances come up to the staff and gave them a hug. The property is very clean and has areas where you can sit and enjoy the quite. Apartments are spacious with lots of cabinets for storage.

Good morning. My brother and I toured this place last week. We were both happy with the experience. The staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable. The residence that we encountered during our visit were very welcoming.

I’ve had a wonderful experience living here. The staff is caring, attentive, and always willing to help with anything residents need. The community is clean, welcoming, and offers a great variety of activities that make it easy to stay active and social. The dining options are excellent, and there’s a real sense of comfort and safety throughout the community. I truly appreciate the friendships I’ve made here and the peace of mind that comes with knowing I’m in such a supportive environment. I would highly recommend Blue Water Lodge to anyone looking for a warm and caring place to call home.

My wife and I were very pleased with our introduction to Hartland. [name removed] was very helpful in giving us many details and showing us some potential units. The residents were very friendly in greeting us as well. Hartland appears to be well maintained and well managed.

This place is beautiful! I was very impressed with everything about it. My mom and step dad were very adamant about not even looking at an assisted-living place. My sisters and I finally talked them into going to see it and they are considering moving. That is a big deal! The rooms were spacious. The two bedroom/2 bathroom even had a bathtub. We particularly liked that all meals are cooked for them and they can eat in the dining room or in their own apartment. Everything is clean. We were very impressed with the entire facility. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and kind. We are hoping to move our mom and step dad within the next few months.

As a permanent Residence I’m sure this rates a 5. The staff were pleasant and professional. The facility was in excellent condition and well appointed. Rooms were more than adequate. I’m only disappointed that they require 30 days for any respite stay. At this time I require shorter stays. Would not hesitate to consider Quail Run for placement for my husband.

I recently moved into Echo Ridge. The staff is absolutely wonderful and VERY HELPFUL. I am so glad that I chose Echo Ridge. They have a wide variety of activities going on everyday. Residents have a wide variety of choices to keep us occupied every day. I am looking forward to trying all activities. I amglad that I chose Echo Ridge.
