Everyone was sweet and kind and Patient with my mother who was not certain/ sure in this experience. First time she has ACTUALLY looked at a REAL POSSIBILITY. The Amenities were lovely. However, the Suite that was Available was quite a bit SMALLER than she was willing to COMMIT to. For fear of BEING STUCK in a box. Maybe 1 day ANOTHER OPPORTUNITY WILL Arise. Finances Are definitely a factor in WHAT MAKES anything A POSSIBILITY for her... Thank you. Her Daughter

I was greeted by Laura for a late morning tour. She was a wealth of information. We saw all units except cottages. The facilities were well kept up and staff that was introduced were friendly and helpful. This is a place I would consider being a part of.

Really great experience with [name removed]. Really helpful and gave us a Facetime tour. She had good advice and insight into areas that I may not thinking or know about for senior living! Very positive feeling and good energy about the loving facility. Lucky to have her on your staff!

What I like the most about the community is the cleanliness, and the staff are the most amazing, and my mother loves it there, she's really happy. Yes, I would recommend this community to others, actually I have been spreading the word, will continue to

I am a private caregiver for a resident who lives at this “independent “facility. And the amount of time I have been working here, I have witnessed the staff so above and beyond for the residents. Wow, this is a “Independent” Facility, and does not provide “Wellness Care”, the staff will help guide families to the resources that their loved one may need. There are tons of activities and various types of entertainment available for them. This facility is also “Pet Friendly”! This is a great addition for any resident to help them have companionship and feel like they are home. If you are looking for a wonderful Independent Community for yourself or your loved one, Holiday Redwood Independent Living is the place to be!

Was being updated, haven't had chance to see finished product but sure it will be very nice, staff is very helpful and friendly, property is well maintained outside Only there during lunch and a little after so had many amenities listed but didn't get to see most, apartment size seems to be adequate if you don't carry a lot of junk with you!!!

Living here has truly been a blessing. The staff are incredibly kind, patient, and caring, and they make me feel valued every single day. The care is excellent, but just as important is the warmth and respect shown to everyone. The fellow residents are wonderful, and there’s a real sense of community and belonging. This feels like home, and I’m genuinely grateful to be here. ??

I've been a resident at Blue Water Lodge for over 10 years and moving here was the best decision I've ever made. I've made so many wonderful friends here. The staff become family. The food is delicious, the activities keep me busy and life is just much easier. True retirement living!

Zoom tour of the facility. Interested. would be a good place to live... with plenty of light, livable rooms, and interesting meals.

What we like the most about the community is the proximity, the staff, the residents and the building...Yes. we would recommend Holiday Durham Regent to other families based on the experience.

It's my brother-in-law who lives there, so he could answer better than I, but I would rate it a 5 across the board. I know they have activities planned for the residents. Robert plays bingo, listens to special music, and gathered together to watch the IU championship game. Staff has always been friendly. It's affordable. Hoping they don't raise the cost every year, though. It went up $[removed] last year, I believe, so [name removed] had to move into a smaller apartment-- his retirement income decreased. No complaints about cleanliness and I feel he gets great care (if and when needed).

My husband and I were looking for a home for a relative and we went on a tour. Everyone was friendly and kind. it was very clean and smelled fresh. The atrium, dining area and rooms are very bright and cheery with a lot of natural sunlight. We stayed for lunch and it was very pleasant, enjoying ourselves in the dining area and conversing with a gentleman that resides there. I also thought the pricing was rather affordable; especially compared to other homes we have considered. Lastly we appreciate [name removed] taking the time to show us around and answering all our questions. She is a delight and so very helpful.

I was offered lunch with 3 ladies, who were friendly. They shared their experience with living there, and I enjoyed their company and their insights. I toured the facilities after lunch, and was impressed with everything I saw. I drove away later, knowing that I could fit in comfortably at some future date, but not at this time. Thank you for being so helpful, and allowing me to draw my own conclusions. The only negative conclusions were the food was lukewarm, and gluten free options were not identified.

There are some people memory issues but the place good reviews and the team there is very accommodating. I would recommend to others

They have a nice staff, lovely facilities, variety of room sizes, nice variety of scheduled activities. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a community.

Holiday Forsyth Court is bright, cheerful, and clean. The rooms are lovely and well laid out. There are various activities and events for the residents. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and they go out of their way to help you with information, arrangements, and accommodations. And we were impressed right from the beginning that the residents are just as friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We couldn't be more satisfied. My sister-in-law loves everything about the place!

I love Maple Suites. People are friendly and plenty to do. We have some program of exercise every day and lots to do. bridge, cards, book club, bingo, and entertainment twice a month. The food isn't always great but most of the time you can find something you like. There is always a couple of choices. I am very happy here. I made the right choice.

Pinegate was clean and inviting. Staff was very kind and helpful. The residents all look happy and involved in the activities taking place and very friendly. I was impressed with the the amount of activities available and what Pinegate offered. While I’m simply looking to the future and compiling a list I must say the Pinegate is at the top of my list.
