It was a pleasure meeting [name removed] and touring the facility. She was patient and we went to several apartments multiple times. She was very friendly, compassionate and accessible. From the moment we arrived we liked the homey ambiance and the natural lighting and nature around the place. My 83 year old friend who has been dragging her feet on moving into a facility found an apartment she liked and was ready to sign that day. [name removed] was able to lower the already promo price down even lower making it very affordable for my friend. Lots of services, transportation, 3 meals a day, art class, library, exercise room, courtyard, decks and balconies and a friendly supportive community.

We had a great tour with [name removed]. We spent 2.5 hours there and are definitely going to consider it as a possible place to live. Nice facility, nice area, the problem for us is trying to identify exactly where we want to live.

It was a very warm environment and [name removed] was so helpful and very kind to everyone we saw. I'd love to live there when I get older.

From the moment you walk in, this cozy studio feels bright, welcoming, and beautifully arranged. The open layout is thoughtfully designed to make the most of the space, with a well-equipped kitchenette that flows comfortably into the living space, The sleeping area feels cozy and intimate that makes it easy to unwind. Though it’s a studio, it never feels cramped—just perfectly curated, comfortable, and effortlessly charming.

Loved the location and how the rooms look and the view. The dining area is neat. [name removed]was delightful enjoyed touring the facility with her. It will be a good choice for me if the menu could be adjusted for a pescatarian like me. Thanks

As we are moving from Florida, everyone has gone out of their way to make the transition as seamless as possible. [name removed] gave us a video tour of Birch Heights to assist us in choosing unit. Additionally, we have ordered new apartment-sized furniture. The whole team is aiding us in getting settled prior to our move-in. PLUS, they are gracious and kind.

The difference between assisted and independent living facilities- what's provided and what isn't. The people I dealt with patiently answered the question of what is and isn't provided but also gave options of agencies who they've worked with who could provide some of the services that would make possible for my ex- husband to live at that facility.

We thought that this was an outstanding facility with quality staff, food and services! [name removed] did a wonderful job showing us around and explaining our options.

Clean and newly remodeled, 3 meals a day, clean dining area. Helpful and knowledgable staff. Nice gym and room layout No other comments at this time.

My husband and I are very happy we chose The View at Lethbridge AB as our new home. We were welcomed to this attractive facility. It was very clean and bright, and the residents seemed happy. We have found the management and staff very helpful and caring and well trained.. Our general manager has been exceptionally understanding, approachable and helpful. The food is great, served in the clean, bright dining room. There are many amenities and programs such as good laundry room entertainment and common areas. I love the library, the grounds, and the peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Our suite is roomy and comfortable. We have made many new friends and feel a part of this lovely community.

The apartment was real nice my mom really liked the food the whole facility is well maintained nice and clean staff is great and caring . Overall great.

The food is good The administration is very nice and helpful The building is architecturally nice My room is very functional Lastly, it's a lot cheaper than my old place

One brother moved in 4 weeks ago and another brother just moved in with him, on a two bedroom. All of us are very happy with the entire situation and everyone there are nice and friendly. Yes, we would recommend the community to others.

I think it's a wonderful option for seniors that need some assistance but not requiring assisted living. the residents and staff are very friendly and helpful. I wish I had moved my mom there sooner.

Enjoyed my tour. Facility was clean, well kept and the Staff was friendly. Overall great experience and would definitely feel good about having my Mom be a part of this community. Even the Bus was spotless!!

They were very easy to work with in person and over the phone. Very good at meeting your needs and concerns.

I would give them 5 stars across the board. Unfortunately, we couldn’t keep him there because he needed more care than they were able to provide. He suffered a fall in the bathroom, hit his head, and has been on a breathing tube ever since. That said, it’s a wonderful and very affordable place for someone who is able to care for themselves. [name removed] , who helps with the rental process, was incredibly kind and empathetic—truly a pleasure to work with. The food is great, and they even have a piano, which adds such a nice touch to the atmosphere.

For 1 - 5 above I would rate all of these a 5. Our experience has been amazing so far. Since I am not eating the food or taking part in the activities it is hard to comment on. My mother-in-law is living there. I have heard mixed reviews. Some things enjoyed and others just ok. That seems normal since everyone has different likes and dislikes. I will say the value for the money is a 5 as well. We are very impressed and happy with our choice of Fleming. We visited other places and this one hits so many positive points. Thank you.

Social aspect so important. My Mom doesn't sit alone in an apartment anymore. She goes to " work" everyday helping other resident's. She is happy again. Staff are very friendly and caring. I would highly recommend Fleming point for independent living! Puts family members at ease knowing they are safe and enjoying life, making new friends! My Mom went to Bingo and won the jackpot twice! My Mom is never in her room!! Makes me so happy! She never left her apartment and was going stir crazy
