I would give them a 5 on everything. My brother is very happy there. They know each person and what their needs are. They really try to emphasize that you are a part of their community. Even the family members. If you have any questions, they have an answer and ready to help you. When my brother first moved there, they made sure that other residents knew he was coming and they all welcomed him.

My dad just moved in. They were very helpful throughout the whole process. The location is great and the cost is reasonable.

They are welcoming, efficient, helpful if you are running late and need after hours access. I only know how big my 1 bedroom apt is. What is different is there is not a hall closet for coats etc and there is no pantry. Granted the bedroom closet is roomie and accessible to my wheelchair; I just may have a lot of stuff and that is my problem.

Rancho is a very nice place to stay I enjoy staying here meals are wonderful staff is wonderful it's clean I enjoy staying here I just love being here my room is spacious the people here listen to what I have to say I just love it

We would give everything a 5 except for the food. The food could use some variation according to a few residents. However, my loved one loves it there and he has made several acquaintances since he began his stay on [date removed] of this year.

The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I don't have much on the activities yet but I have been encouraged by other residents to attend and I will soon. The meals are good and the other residents are very friendly and sociable at meal time. It just seems to be another social time. There are several different floor plans for both the studios and one bedrooms. I have a nice ground level studio. I'm lucky to have one other very end near a parking area with five windows that are arranged like a Pentagon. The back door opens to a covered sidewalk that angles around the windows with plenty of room for some outdoor chairs. Other units have patios or balconies. For only being here for a month I feel very welcomed and comfortable.

My Mom didn't really want to move but where she was living was getting too expensive. She was a little hesitant because her apartment was smaller than she had before. She has lived there almost three weeks & just loves it there! Everyone is so friendly & already knows her by name. She loves the food & is worried she will gain weight because the food is so good. Loves the activities they do & really likes the activity director. The maintenance director stayed late on a Friday night to make sure her TV was connected properly. The general manager [name removed], assistant manager, [name removed], & the sales manager [name removed]have all been very helpful & welcoming. They want her to feel welcomed! The only downside is we wish they had someone there 24 hours a day for emergencies. I would like to mention & one of the reasons I chose Illahee Hills is they have a home health nurse on site & physical therapy. They are contracted out but for seniors who need these services it's great to have on site. Also even though they don't have someone there 24 hours a day they do have a life alert systems for a reasonable price. We are so happy that we found the perfect place for my Mom!

I would rate the overall experience a 5. The problem I have is that it it is in Maine. I would prefer to be in NH. All my doctors are in NH. My family is closer in NH. The staff here is very friendly. No activities director. Food is delicious. Many things I thought I knew when I came are slightly different.

The willows had a calm environment no loud hasssells reason dis unions at reasonable levels and em entertaining trips to farmers market and occasional go to the casino. I found something different to do every week and let's talk about the cuisine more days. I would read it as a two or one one because it didn't jury enough. I also have food that I can't head out digestion upset my stomach, and they proceeded to serve the same food to me all the time I like garnish but I don't want to soaked garlic, rubbed ham for anything the garlic in the soy salt and the soy and the garlic doesn't go wrong with it though it's Italian they have to do something like that occasionally, but it seems that almost every dinner has had a ham or a fish, but no meat meatballs, but they were garlic soaked with garlic, so I thought they made it just the other things like meatballs, trying to change the routine as helpful

This is a very nice place to stay. I enjoy being here. Everyone talks highly about the building. Staff is wonderful kitchen and is wonderful caregiving here is wonderful. I will recommend it to anyone.

Everyone is great and very nice. They are helpful and always willing to help you out. I have a 1 bedroom apartment with private bathroom and a kitchenette.

The place looks very nice and we like the outside porch/balcony. Also like that it is gated community. A little bit of walk to main building for meals but can be ok........not sure what else to say, thank you very much for the information.

What an amazing tour experience, I had a wonderful time viewing this community. It's very welcoming and clean. The staff and residents are so nice and family friendly. [name removed] was great, very knowledgeable and insightful about our needs and wants. If you are thinking of a place to call home for your loving family member to be care for and looked after. Montara Meadows is the place to be. The amenities are very abundant for the prices. The activities look very engaging and enjoyable with friends. The amazing part is that they have cleaning services weekly to keep residents homes well kept. The meals are like restaurant style with healthy options to choose from daily. I was also informed that events and holidays are always celebrated with such enthusiasm and wonderful times to be had.

Montara Meadows is a beautiful community full of energy and happy faces. Was a pleasure to visit my grandmother for Thanksgiving and see how they go above and beyond for their residents was a great event and always makes me feel happy knowing that she is definitely in the best community in Vegas.

The place is quiet and clean. I never had any problems with other residents. Overall the housekeeping I'm getting is pretty good, and they visit my apartment regularly. The food they serves is fine but I think they still can improve. And the caregivers (CareRite) took great care of me and my cat

Thinking about each of those items one through eight I can honestly say that I wait them a five in all of those areas. We could not be happier. The staff work together and cover all of the day to day requests without any concern about whose job it is. They all seem to know the residents personally, and when my mom had her first meal there on her own, the activities director knew exactly who to sit her with, and now Mom's first friend is her best friend at the residence.

Everything is great! Dad seems to be very happy. Everyone is very nice and seems like they really care about the tenants.

I have lived here over a year. Everyone has been so kind, patient and respectful. I love my apartment and caregiver [name removed]. He is handsome and easy to get along with. [name removed] is my dear friend here. We spend our time together which I enjoy. Everyone is nice. Absolutely wonderful people and beautiful place to live.

I was checking out this Senior living facility for a good friend of mine, who is blind. I was impressed as soon as I entered as it was light and bright, and everyone I met was very friendly and helpful. We hired extra home health services and they went out of their way to help my friend get acclimated into the new surroundings and keep in touch with me.

The team here at Rancho Village are wonderful. I couldn’t imagine being anywhere else! They treat you like family. They cook, clean and plan events for you! I have made some great friends here. This place is my home! I just kick back and live life!
