Great place, recently tour for my mother she is not ready yet but was a great experience we stay for lunch everyone was happy and employees were very friendly and helpful they introduce themselves and honestly surprised me with what a senior living can be instead of just a nursing home that I was expecting.

The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Birch Heights is clean and well staffed. There is always something to do and my dad hasn't complained about the food ever. (That's saying a lot!) His studio apartment is spacious and the balcony is a bonus.

I appreciated the warm welcome, the friendly, thorough tour I was given. The facility was beautiful and spotless. The residents greeted me with beautiful smiles.

Recently, toured this facility with my mother, it was a very strong contender. Until the family decided just to step in and stay home with her. But I would highly recommend this for anyone who is looking for their loved ones. The experience was absolutely amazing from the healthcare to the workers felt extremely comfortable, and they answered every single question I had.

Mom recently moved in Blue Water Lodge and it has been an amazing and wonderful experience. So far, she absolutely loves it. And is comfortable, the staff is inviting and welcoming. We have had nothing but good experiences so far within the last month.

Everyone was inviting and kind. The residents were lively and you could tell a lot is in motion there. Lots of activities and friendly faces. The staff helped us figure out a plan quickly with information and details needed. The facility is well taken care of and the design is new and updated.

This assisted living facility was very nice. The staff was friendly and residents seemed to be happy there. The only issue was the cost and how they were paid. They do not accept waiver.

We love living here. The people are friendly, welcoming, and inviting, making it easy to feel at home. One of the things we enjoy most is that there are no assigned seats in the dining room. Each meal is an opportunity to meet new people and make new friends. Meals are served restaurant-style, with at least three choices available at every meal. I have not had a meal that I disliked—the food is consistently good and offers plenty of variety. Meals are served at 7:00 a.m., noon, and 5:00 p.m., providing a convenient schedule for residents. Overall, this is a wonderful place to live, with a warm community atmosphere and excellent dining options.

I feel completely at ease. Very comfortable here. It was a good decision to come live here.

Blue Water Lodge is truly a wonderful place to call home. From the caring and compassionate staff to the welcoming atmosphere, I have felt comfortable and supported since the day I moved in. The community is always clean, the activities are enjoyable, and there are plenty of opportunities to make friends and stay engaged. What I appreciate most is how everyone here feels like family. The staff goes above and beyond to make residents feel valued and cared for, and it's clear they genuinely love what they do. I am grateful to be part of such a wonderful community and would highly recommend Blue Water Lodge to anyone looking for a place that feels like home.

The facility and all their staff members are wonderful. They seem to have a type of room for everyone's needs. They have activities and a cafeteria with snacks. My brother lived there for a short time. He passed away in [Date removed]. But all my interactions with them were exceptional.

My MIL has only been there 10 days out of the last 6 weeks as she ended up back in hospital. All interactions with staff have been great and they have all gone above and beyond.

All the activities, and the people. I am very busy and they have special things going on on all the time. It's a great place to live. I love it.

It is good for meeting and mingling with other Seniors, the apartment rooms are unfurnished but nice, they serve 3 good meals everyday, they have inside mailboxes and have people who are helpful at assisting you.

The staff is wonderful! Great peace of mind to have found a safe place for Mom. Thank you so much for the assistance in finding a place, without your help the whole situation would have been a lot more challenging. Good size apartment, big bathroom. The dining facility is great and there are always activities. The shuttle service that brings her to doctor appts., pick up prescriptions, etc. has also been super helpful and very patient with my mother

Our tour guide was well informed and answered our questions. We were not rushed. Our luncheon was with an ambassador who has lived there multiple years who also answered questions easily

Very well conducted and informative tour. Shown quite a few apartments all very nice. Definitely a Place to consider.

What we like the most about the community is that the staff are super friendly and caring. Love that it's in a walkable area. The employees are great.

The residents are very welcoming to new residents, and staff is always ready to help.
