I have made a lot of friends while living here. The friendships I have made are very special. I enjoy the free transportation and interacting with the other residents and staff. I like the food and my doctor has even commented in how I am flourishing since moving into a community. I am happy that I made the choice to move to Echo Ridge.

The facility is beautiful. The staff was very friendly and up-beat. Lunch was delicious. I enjoyed the tour very much. When I start seriously thinking about making 'the move', your facility will definitely be in consideration. Thank you for your time.

I like living at Echo Ridge. The staff treat me with kindness I get no where else. They accommodate my doctors visits in Maryville and make sure bring me my food when I’m sick. Whenever I need someone, they are available to help me. I’m glad to have the residents around so I’m not lonely. The food is hit or miss but with people from many walks of life, I imagine it’s hard to please us all!

They are really friendly the whole staff. They keep the whole place ,Very clean. Health care professionals are staffed in the building . The apartment is just the right size and very bright with a lot of windows.. When one apt fell though they gave her another for the same price. Based on the experience we would recommend Holiday Alexis Gardens to others.

Every one was very friendly and the girl giving us a tour was very nice and knowledgeable. My mom liked that the place was so clean. She is still not ready to move out of her house but said she would think about it . We still have fieldstone to tour. I wanted to see different places and show her they are not as bad as she thought .

It is a beautiful and friendly retirement home and has all a the amenities a family would want for their loved one. For me , the location does not suit my needs as it is quite a distance . I need to be much closer to the retirement home so I can visit my mom daily. Thank you

We enjoyed the tour at Crystal View but financially it won't work. [name removed] was a very good guide and answered all of our questions. Thank you.

We were very impressed with Maple Suites. They were so welcoming and even invited us to have lunch with the residents. We were able to meet with one of their Ambassador residents during lunch and learn a bit more about the facility. We were very impressed and currently on the wait list.

I enjoyed the tour however I can not afford it at this time and I was able to find a place in Boone at least for now. I was empressed with all the activities you have for your residents.

[name removed] was so helpful, so welcoming and made the experience wonderful. She has the perfect personality to make us feel welcome and cared about. Our experience couldn't have been better. She certainly made us feel confident that this was the right fit for my dad.

Lovely facility with good amenities. Friendly and welcoming staff. Good options for living arrangements.

My sister and brother and I visited this facility to see if my brother would be able to live there. It was very nice and my brother loved it he was anxious to move in but we have to fill out some forms first and get some other things together but we’re hoping we can get him in there. [name removed] showed us around a couple of the studio apartments and they would work perfectly for him because he doesn’t need a whole lot he’s a pretty simple guy so we’re hoping that we can get everything straightened out and he can move in there within the next month or so.

The overall experience was great. Staff was knowledgeable, friendly and understanding of my needs. Looking for assisted living for mom but unfortunately they don't have memory care. But if your someone, looking for entertainment living. Then this community is for you. Interactive residents, fine dinning with restaurant feel and world class staff....call out to [name removed] and [name removed]. Amazing place. Check it out.

While touring this facility I was impressed by the smiles of both staff and residence. I began to feel like "I think I could feel like I was at home here"

A hidden gem !! Beautiful, economical, [name removed]was absolutely incredible !!! My friend I took signed a lease 2 days after our visit !! Highly recommend !!! 10 star !!!

Food is very good...all is clean...staff is nice & friendly

I would rate all of the above a 5 except for the food. I would give that a 3. The facility is exceptionally bright and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The short time my deceased brother-in-law was there they went out of their way to make him comfortable. Highly recommend this facility.

The staff was very helpful and professional and friendly. The facility always looked clean and orderly. Some of the other issues like food, etc. are too soon to respond to because this is only the second day that my brother has been there but I'm pretty sure he's very satisfied with everything.

[name removed], from the sales department, gave us a wonderful tour and overview of the property and amenities offered to residents there. He was very patient with our questions and for great information in helping us to understand the living opportunities at Holiday Regent Durham. Very nice!

Loved it! I really want to live here. Signed all the paperwork. This will be my new home [date removed].
