I've actually recommended it to others already. The facility is clean. The dining room is nice. Everything has been updated. The staff was great to work with as they really tried to get my mother-in-law to interact with others and participate in activities.

The community was friendly and open. Apartments were in excellent condition. I feel the value for the money was excellent. All questions were answered fully.

Well, although my father in-law was only there one month, we have nothing but good things to say. Everyone who works there was incredibly kind and accommodating. They made it extremely easy to move in, and also extremely easy to move out. No weird or hidden financial snags or anything. It just wasn't the right arrangement for us at the time

Administration has been very kind and receptive to her needs and requests, care for her medication needs has also been provided in a timely manner. She has enjoyed the food and occasional bingo games with prizes there as well.

The employees are great, they really do care about the people. So many activities. The place is beautiful and we'll taken care of both inside and out. The nursing service was very helpful and the food was excellent! So nice having a menu.

[Name Removed] was awesome and gave a wonderful tour and provided us with all the information we needed. Holidays birch had some lovely options for residency and activities.

The marketing manager is dynamic and welcoming with a “can do” attitude that is refreshing. The facility is clean and nicely appointed. The rooms she showed me were freshly painted and the carpet was new-looking. The best part for me is that they have a relationship with Bayada Home Health who can meet home health care needs as needed to the residents. With an office on site they can respond quickly to an emergency. Best of all, my sister liked enough to move in.

I received a very warm welcome on my visit. I haven't had so many friendly handshakes. I thought the facility was very clean and looked as it was well maintained, I looked at 3 different apartments. All were very nice. I liked all the safety hand rails in the Bathrooms.. I was treated to lunch,(very good) Thank you. Was shown around the facility. Very impressed. I am looking at places now for next year, I be will tell my friends about it. Thank you for the Tour.

We loved Holiday Bridge Park, the staff and residents were very friendly and helpful. The place is so bright and clean with many activity areas and activities. A Place for Mom was so helpful, we have been looking for so long for a place and as soon as they contacted us we had a place in a few days, thanks!

[name removed] was wonderful and the facility was very nice and welcoming!! I’m just checking into some options for both of my parents. When I talk to them I will surely include Holiday Alexis Gardens.

My aunt is very happy at Blue Water Lodge and I highly recommend this facility.

The staff at Sheldon Oaks are extremely patient, knowledgeable and easy to get along with.

Overall experience has been great. Cleanliness appears good. Staff are friendly and helpful. Mom doesn't get care from the staff. We provide it. She said the food is ok most of time. The place offers a variety of activities all week long which is good, . We are pleased with the value for what she is getting. Would recommend it to others.

My uncle became a resident of Valencia Commons approximately six years ago. I consistently observe the community to be exceptionally clean during my visits. I have shared numerous meals with him, and the menu consistently offers a wide variety of excellent selections. For all major holidays, the community extends an invitation to residents' families to participate in a complimentary special holiday luncheon. I particularly appreciate that all amenities, excluding caregiver services, are encompassed within the monthly rental fee. The staff are always helping if you need any kind of service.

I would rate my experience a 5. My room was cleaned every week, the food was great the staff was welcoming, helpful, friendly and professional. The activities were varied and always fun - I enjoyed the various activities, bus trips, entertainment, crafts etc. at Bluebird Estates and if I ever need to stay in an all inclusive apartment again I would definitely choose Bluebird Estates and the food was always varied and delicious. They make your golden years more fun and enjoyable in many ways.

Well we've survived the monumental process of moving in and I feel compelled to report on how things worked out! To make a long story short, it has been much better than I could have expected. Cathy, the sales manager, referred us to a realtor who had helped several residents sell their homes, and then that person helped us to find not only a buyer but people who helped sell our furniture as well as a mover very familiar with moving people here. From that first day, we felt at home. It took a while to unpack, but that was our problem. It was hard at first to make friends and meet people. To be expected. But we had a lot of help from the very friendly residents. We now feel very much part of this community and are finding our way to new interests, new activities. We do whatever we want to do, and nothing we don't want to. The management is wonderful! They are dependable, warm and will help with anything. They listen. And yes, I recommend this community to my friends!

This was a very nice facility and the staff was very knowledgeable however my mother requires assisted living services and these must be separately contracted at this location.

A good place to live. Friendly people. Very clean. Good, but limited, menu. Reasonable prices. If could easily move on tomorrow I'd be happy.

It was a pleasure meeting [name removed] and touring the facility. She was patient and we went to several apartments multiple times. She was very friendly, compassionate and accessible. From the moment we arrived we liked the homey ambiance and the natural lighting and nature around the place. My 83 year old friend who has been dragging her feet on moving into a facility found an apartment she liked and was ready to sign that day. [name removed] was able to lower the already promo price down even lower making it very affordable for my friend. Lots of services, transportation, 3 meals a day, art class, library, exercise room, courtyard, decks and balconies and a friendly supportive community.
