Holiday Hills in Farmington is great but too far from North Haven. Beautiful apartments, plenty of closets.

It's is a beautiful facility that is kept very and the grounds are beautiful throughout spring to fall .Each apartment special in their own ways, whether a resident lives in a studio or one bedroom apartment . They have nice sitting areas and a library. They have a wide variety of activities throughout each day. Each resident is giving a calendar, outlined of activities and other things going on at the facility as well as posted in different areas. They serve wonderful meals , including special meals that a resident can invite family members too for various holidays.

This senior living community provides exceptional care and a warm, friendly environment. The staff is attentive, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents’ well-being. There are plenty of engaging activities and the facility is well-maintained. It’s comforting to know our loved one is safe and happy here

It is an independent living facility. They take pets, seems to be a very relaxed atmosphere, it is a good atmosphere for friends and family to visit

My client said people are very friendly. They have quite a few activities for the residents. They also have a Home Care organization on site that helps with moneys things. The order is [name removed] and she has an office in one of the rooms.

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They go out of their way to be helpful and they get things done quickly! It is a independent senior apartment complex, but it really has the feel of a family type community. Both[Names Removed] have been so good and extremely helpful during my mom's transition to her new surroundings. They make sure she participates in the activities and keep me updated on how she is doing. So thankful

Excellent. The man who helped me called right away and really simplified the search for a place! I cannot believe how much easier it was to mot have to search on my own and he also had recommended a place that I never thought of which was a perfect fit for my sister. The value of A place for Mom service and expertise is I credible. I will not hesitate to use again if needed and will highly recommend to anyone searching for a retirement home.

The staff really cares about the residents. It's like and extended family.

Move in was quite easy, staff was very helpful. Many activities available. Holiday puts comfort back into your life!

Nice facility, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Residents seem pleasant and engaged. Planning to get back with my mother very soon.

I would give that facility of five. The biggest reason is they allowed us to meet the cottages host coordinator for lack of a better term. This gal is 90 years old and vibrant. She made my mother feel comfortable and that she already had a friend going into the facility. Knowing that she was gonna have help becoming part of the community was the biggest answer to what we needed. My mother gave up her house to move there. So far, she is very happy.

I was quite impressed with the facility. The cleanliness of the facility is what I noticed first. I spoke with a few of the current residents and their summary of their experience was outstanding. They were all friendly interacted well with each other. The tour was not rushed and I was encouraged to ask questions, which made me very comfortable. I have discussed the results of the tour with friends and family. Some have suggested an interest in touring the gs unity for their personal new home. Thank you again, your staff made it easy.

Niagara village was a very nice facility. My only concern was the size of the rooms. They were small.I feel what I need is a facility with assistance living a d medical. Thank you for a nice tour.

I loved the updated/modern facility. Lots of natural light. The Staff we met seemed very friendly and warm.

Recently, my Step-Dad [ Name Removed] and I decided to look at senior living options in the Sun City West, Surprise AZ area. There are many..... I looked at the Holiday Vista de la Montana web site and was impressed. I asked for more information and was connected with[Name Removed] the Sales and Marketing manager. We came for a tour and lunch and to say we were impressed would be an understatement. The staff, all friendly. The residents, all happy. The facility, immaculate. The amenities, all as listed. We were listened to, shown compassion and[Name Removed]showed [Name removed] the perfect apartment. [Name Removed] moved in and the great things that Holiday offers did not stop there. Being many miles away, I have been in contact with [Name Removed] many times. She always makes time and helps reassure [Name Removed]. In short, if you are looking for a senior community (not a nursing home) for you or a loved one, look no further. Friendly staff and happy residents, great food and support here!

[Name Removed] is a hard working lady who is very efficient and takes care of what needs to be done. She is consistently pleasant. She is personable and she makes a point of acknowledging each individual. She has a knack that is like a teacher who knows all the students and lets them know how they are special and important.

On the overall experience... food good, staff friendly, helpful...sometimes there is an odor in the hallway, but they try their best...they try very hard to accommodate those with disabilities and challenges...love the in home health care offered by Hope Services...wonderful and caring.
