The staff at Illahee genuinely care about the residents, and it shows in the kindness and attention they provide each day. The residents themselves are wonderful and seem to look out for one another, creating a warm community atmosphere. The dining servers are especially sweet and caring. The reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5, for staff, is that I’ve observed a couple of isolated interactions with kitchen staff that could have been handled better. While these experiences were limited, I believe a little more warmth and patience in those situations would make an already positive environment even better.

the staff at Holiday Palmer Hills is fantastic! The facility is clean, the staff are always looking to help, there are TONS of activities. The food is even decent (no food other than my mom's is rated excellent) seriously, the food is a solid 3. I highly recommend Holiday Palmer Hills.

All I know is that my ex is happy there. They have been very responsive to all of his requests.

My father's liked it there. The only concern has been the turnover in the management staff. It hasn't caused a problem, but you wonder why the key leadership isn't sticking around. I would definitely recommend it to others. The place is well maintained and the food is good!

What's It Like Living at Holladay Farmington? I have resided here for eight months, and overall, I feel like I've died and gone to heaven! The staff is incredible—friendly, efficient, accommodating, and genuinely caring. They listen to residents' concerns and take immediate action when issues arise. Their commitment to making daily senior living enjoyable and stress-free is remarkable. The food is delicious and creatively prepared. We enjoy three hot meals a day, along with additional snacks. The dining staff and servers are exceptionally kind and efficient—far beyond what you might expect. As a former restaurant owner, I feel well qualified to make that assessment. The grounds are beautiful and meticulously maintained. There are flowers everywhere, creating stunning bursts of color throughout the property. Many residents enjoy the raised garden beds that are provided and maintained for us. The gardens also attract an abundance of wildlife, including birds, delightfully plump squirrels, adorable chipmunks, and even shy but curious deer. Birdhouses are encouraged for prospective feathered landlords! Hopefully, I'll wake up tomorrow and discover I'm not dreaming. ???? On the negative side, they seem to run out of biscuits and gravy at breakfast far too often—but that's a hardship I can survive. ???? I gladly give them all 10s on your survey. I'm deeply grateful that you helped me find this Xanadu for the final stretch of my marathon. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and inviting. We ate lunch as guests and were very pleased with the service and the food. We hope to be living here by the end of the month??

The food has a lot of variety. My rooms are spacious and have lots of light. The people are warm and caring and the staff are friendly. It feels like home.

Everyone couldn't be nicer...plenty to do....bus to give rides to Dr. appointments and trips to stores especially with wheel chair.... dining room......some of which I haven't taken advantage of as yet because of my own limitations and please don't read anything negative into it because I don't. Oh...and gotta love the chefs rendering of hotdogs and chili!

We were greeted warmly and taken for a tour of the entire facility. [name removed] was very friendly and informative, answering the many questions we asked during the tour. The facility was very clean and looked fairly new. The residents we encountered seemed very happy to be there.

My parent currently lives here still and mostly enjoys being here. Staff is helpful and place is very clean. I would recommend the community to others who are currently searching for one. The team has worked hands on and personally to ensure my parent has a safe and secure environment for their needs. They are always available and willing to help. We appreciate the entire team at Holiday Valencia Commons.

My mother in law has lived there since [date removed] and absolutely loves it! She no longer has to worry about maintenance of a home or cooking a meal.

The staff overall is super friendly and helpful. The activities vary so you can find something to be involved in. The place is clean and the residents themselves are nice. There are different sizes, some have a balcony and there are a few 2 bedrooms. There is not a full kitchenette. It is set up more like a wet bar. Sink and medium size fridge. There are restrictions on what appliances you can have. Have a laundry on every floor available.

Showed us around patiently. Thorough description. Ideas. I recommend this facility all the time to people.

Everyone was very polite and helpful when I brought my mom for a tour. [name removed] is well loved in the facility and knows her clients. We joined some residents for lunch. The food I would rate as good not great. The meat was easy for my mom to cut with a fork which is important at her age.

Holiday Springs Napa is personal and small. I do not really want a gated community. They are close to shopping and a fabulous gym. I could tell it’s friendly and has many active residents. I liked the beautiful grounds and spacious apartments. They have a chef who prepares fresh food. The General Manager, [name removed], is proud to show me everything and tells me that Atria supports her and maintains high standards. I could live here.

We have had my brothers, their spouses, and several of my parents, friends tour the facility, and every one of them has been blown away by how clean, safe and beautiful the facility is inside. [Name Removed] and the rest of the staff have patiently put up with a ton of questions that everyone involved in the process has had and been absolutely great about it. The greatest help to us was that he connected us with an organization that could help my parents move, empty their house, and put it on the market for them. That made the transition so much easier and so stress-free that I can't say enough, good things about it.

Tour was very helpful. We were shown a model unit and an actual available one. We observed the home in action during mealtimes and. Were even offered a meal. Many residents out and about visiting with one another. Very friendly atmosphere and all residents were seemingly very happy to be there! Staff were informative and willing to help. It turned out to be our chosen place to reside.
