I probably would rate all categories 5++++ I honestly feel I've died and gone to Heaven...I've owned a lot of businesses and believe this one is beyond compare(??????????) soooo grateful for your assistance Approximately 7 apartments left, negotiating is possible, my appointment runs about [price removed]... includes almost everything (cable, electricity,3 meals ( excellent food)gym,multiple daily activities,bus service for shopping, medical,etc ...many other things

The virtual tour was very thorough with actual view of each room. The facility was clean with a large dining room. The apartment setup meets independent living and especially liked the activity calendar and chapel for church services.

My mother and I were given an excellent tour of their facility and I was very impressed. The tour guides were very friendly and honest and the residents all appeared happy and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend as a place for your loved ones to reside.

Sky Peaks is a newly renovated facility that has amenities available for their residents, including `weekly events: Yoga, Painting, Canasta, Bridge Book Clubs and many more. The apartments are spacious, ranging from Studios to 2 bedrooms, with different floor plans to choose from. They serve 3 meals a day, and snacks and beverages available in a a beautiful dining room. Anyone looking to move to an all inclusive residental facility, be sure to put Holiday Sky Peaks on your list.

All are very good!! My cousin has been there for a year and she is very happy. It is a pleasant atmosphere, and I believe it is a good value for the money. Most of the time the food is very good... there are times when it is not...

It's only been a few months, but my father likes it there. It's very clean and the staff is friendly, helpful and attentive. He definitely enjoys the food. He likes the Activity Director, but he doesn't care to get involved with too many of the activities so far. He still drives, so he still does things with his friends and family outside of the facility.

We tour this facility, everyone is extremely friendly and pleasant we were very impress with the quality of food and how clean everything was!!! Everyone seems to enjoy helping others and even the housekeper took the time to talk to us you can tell that seniors love to be there because they are in good hands very recommended

My sister is super happy with her place. They have been so good to her and not just the employees but the residence as well have been very welcoming. We're super happy with where she is. Thank you.

Genesee Gardens is a beautiful place the staff is so welcoming and [name removed], the sales manager, has went out of her way to accommodate my brother’s needs. I think my brother will be very happy here and looking forward to seeing him here.

My 92 year old Mother has been at this facility for well over a year now and likes it very much. Comfort, safety, rules, courtesy and common consideration here runs a tight ship thanks to the manager and a top staff member who has been here for about 28 years. I often see them juggling sales activities while putting out small fires with some resident "soap opera" situations. They are always willing to help out the residents, family's and fellow employees. They go above and beyond there duties on most days. For example, I remember a kitchen staff member not showing up for work and the top manager working very hard to take their place and pick up the slack. I was impressed with the food, synergy and friendliness of the staff (from top to bottom).

The spaces were consistently clean and well maintained, which made the environment very comfortable. The staff were helpful, attentive, and easy to approach whenever assistance was needed. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I truly appreciated the professionalism and care shown.

Right now, I would say 5 for all categories. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. The facility is clean and the residents appear friendly, the food is good and yes, I would recommend for independent living.

Great folks . Facility is beautiful. Clean and bright. Staff seemed interested in me and my wife. Went out of their way to accommodate us. Would recommend you talk to them. Food was good. Not typical institutional fare. Go see them.

Had a lovely and thorough 90 minute tour of Birch Heights. The facility is newly renovated and has a great modern feel and is extremely clean. All the residents we ran across were happy and engaged. The units I viewed were in good shape with very plush carpets. I think it's a very good option!

I am doing very well I love it here so far everyone is very nice. They offer studios, one bedroom, and 2 bedroom apartments.

5+. Mom is currently in Hospice and will not be moving in unfortunately. We are heartbroken that she won't get to enjoy all Alexis Gardens has to offer. They have been wonderful to us as we moved her furniture in as we anticipated her arrival. Unfortunately, her discharge date from rehab went from [date removed], then[date removed], then, but she tested positive for COVID on [date removed] and was hospitalized [date removed]. She has COVID, pneumonia, a UTI and a blood infection. She was in the hospital 8 days and now we are at hospice. I kept Alexis Gardens updated all along and they have been caring and supportive. I stopped today to let them know that she is in hospice and we will move her things out eventually. They hugged me and expressed their condolences. My friend is bringing her mom for lunch and a tour this Saturday. I told [name removed] to show them our mom's apartment cuz it looks so cute. So we were delighted with everything we experienced at Alexis Gardens!

Facility is very clean and staff was very helpful and responsive to our questions. My mother in law has been there about a week and a half and so far she is really enjoying it. Food is good and she already went to the salon and was happy with it! Her apartment is larger than her living area was in her home.

They were very helpful In explaining the process of independent living and also in listening to our questions. Everything went smoothly and we would recommend working with your guys and Holiday Crescent.
