[name removed] was wonderful to work with and made a difficult transition feel smooth and manageable. The apartment was the perfect size and very affordable. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and has an excellent reputation. Everything also came together perfectly timing-wise, which made the entire experience even better.

This place was very welcoming. A few of the residents were sitting out there having a great conversation with each other. Jill our tour leader was full of information and gave us a helpful guide of questions to ask. My husband and I were ready to sign-up! Still looking at a few more facilities to compare. This facility is over 30 old but is well maintained.

The experience was very nice but I was disappointed by the outdoor parking situation and lack of 24 hour security service. At this time, I am also looking got a larger living space

Everything was great! Personnel were friendly and informative. I had lunch with two residents and the food was good and their company was friendly and informative as well. They are definitely on my good list, when I actually know when I want to make the move. I need to figure what is best for me, sell or rent my current home, which is still several months down the line. Thanks, joyce

The staff is friendly and dedicated. The facilities are simple, clean and community-centered. The cost is very reasonable given the quality of care and services. The food is consistently good. I wish I could keep my father there. If he could afford it, we would make it his permanent home.

The staff works hard to get to know the residents and accommodate their needs when possible. Plenty of daily activities. Very clean with weekly apartment housekeeping. The meals are very good considering they are prepared for 50+ people. A one bedroom is too small for 2 people downsizing for the first time. Only 1 elevator for a 3 story building.

Staff and residents were very friendly and welcoming. The facility was clean and maintained. The apartments are spacious. My brother and sister chose Holiday Andover House after several other facilities were toured.

We have been here for over a year and have enjoyed the staff and residents very much and have made so many friends. The events and activities are plentiful so there's lots to keep you busy. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and you can enjoy peaceful walks every day.

The over year I have been here I enjoy living here the help has been real helpful and nice the people who live here are very nice and helpful . The actives are outstanding and educated .I would remind to everybody

Echo Ridge is a great place for independent seniors to live. The activities, dining, transportation and the staff are all wonderful and I love my little apartment!!! Sometimes the activities director will have a game of seated volleyball. This is really fun!!!

I really love it here I have been here for a little over two years. Very friendly. I would recommend this place to everyone . Food is very good and I am a very picky eater. I love to talk with all the folks or should I say I like to ask questions.

This place is wonderful and I am enjoying it. The people are wonderful, staff is wonderful as well. Me and my husband are very happy with choosing this place. The food is delicious we enjoy not cooking.

The best place to be! This has been so much fun and I love it here. The people are nice and are lovable. The residents are very lovable, and enjoyable. It’s a nice place and we are loving the upgrades.

I’m happy to live here and plan to stay ?? This is the best place. Need a better sound system for announcements sometimes cannot hear.The staff is wonderful and I just love it. Been here a year started a bigger bridge group. Love it

All the staff at Holiday have been very kind to me - E who is the handy person is fun to be around . The room I’m in is very quiet- studio apt is just the right size- nice to have a bus to drive us to dr appts and shopping .

The facility is well maintained , quiet, secure and located near a shopping center , the Millcreek Mall . Also there is a Dollar General nearby perfect senior shopping. There are medical facilities nearby for healthcare. The food is abundant. My mom is very satisfied with the food and room. It is also independent senior living. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly . When my mom and I visited we toured the facility and had lunch and met the management staff, so I definitely recommend an extensive visit to make a decision to move to Niagara Village.

The place is beautiful and inviting. The people were very friendly. The apartments are smaller than the one we currently reside in (at Fieldstone Place). But the price is also lower. My reason for needing an assisted living facility is my husband’s Alzheimer’s and vascular dementia. A few days after I visited Uffelman Estates he walked out of the building here and was found and helped back into the building by a couple of RA’s. The fact that he is now into such extensive roaming makes me lean more toward a memory care facility for him. I can stay at our daughter’s house as long as needed. Thank you for your cheerful assistance with the tour of Uffelman.
